Walk into my room couldnt tell if it smelled like urine or smoke or a mixture of both, and on top of that their was probably about 20-30 fruit flys in the bathroom sink. Would not recommend.

Pricing is good. Hotel is always clean. All housekeeping staff are excellent. Head housekeeper is amazing.

Not my favorite place to stay. Really wish they would invest in an elevator, and step up the quality and quantity of they're breakfast. They make you feel like you're not really welcome to eat. Rooms are okay when you finally get to them. Parking sucks.

Clean and very comfortable, good free breakfast! Folks were very friendly and went the extra mile to help! Restaurant next door has an AMAZING seafood chowder and you get a 15% off card from hotel.

Hotel room is bad — decent bed but the hotel is run down. The wallpaper in the rooms are peeling and the window in my hotel was leaking, I stayed here for work and whatever it was a place to sleep. If I paid to stay I’d b livid. The hotel has no elevators! It is absolutely not handicap friendly the ramp has no traction and even a sprinkle of rain and your hauling get you will far. Ridiculous. If you are a worker with 100+lbs of gear DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to haul your gear up multiple flights of stairs. Garbage. I doubt highly Its up to code for a building that big, no elevators is ridiculous. On top of that the house keeping girls though they are very sweet do not change your sheets. I spilt something on my sheets and left a large stain, left my room open for service came back and the same sheets an comforter were on the bed the stain was just rotated. Basically if you are being paid to stay that’s fine but if you plan on paying for stay, skip it go somewhere quality.

This is certainly an older property. The front steps are evidence of this they are all chipped away and in disrepair. By way of the layout of the property, the parking lot is along the side of the building. The rooms are old, but adequate. I was put right across from an active meeting room which had a class going on that started at 730am. I could clearly hear participants talking in the hall and in their meeting room, as well as the door slamming closed everytime someone went into the room. The young lady who checked me in was excellent, but when I called back since I thought I left my phone charger behind, I was promised a call back which never happened.

Old carpet and furniture. Bathroom fanwas broken. Very loud noise.

Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Decent Breakfast.

Up until today this has been my motel of choice great price clean rooms comfy beds and accommodating front desk staff but today a day I had my alarm set for 9am I have to listen to there cleaning staff visit at 7am, talking so loud it woke me up and and start vacuuming at 10min to 8am. when I got up and complained they looked at me like I had 3 heads and keep on doing it. I guess its the Royal Grand from now on!

Calm and quiet hotel. Decent rates. The fitness center wasn't available for some reason so you had to get a pass to the local gym. No pool or hot tubs, but the breakfast made up for that.

Clean and comfortable. Good night sleep on a very decent bed. Don't be afraid to ask for a discount; they're very accommodating. Coin operated laundry room on the premises is a bonus.

Hi, I was there for 13 days business trip for the first time. Even though it was my first experience in Lakeview, before getting there from airport, I thought to ask for my room facing the lake! lol I guess I was in a wrong location! Oh, well I should admit, I was overall happy with their service, including room and breakfast (some features are still available even after). It is in a very convenient location close to nice restaurants that I highly recommend to go at least once to each and across nofrills and not too far from a mall and surprisingly a casino! If you are visiting from big city, do not expect the casino is open all day and try to get out an hour their closing time as their taxi services sometimes sucks! The only complain I have from the hotel is the noise of their doors (slams and pretty much inevitable) and sometimes slow internet. Their receptionists are very kind and helpful and considerate and rooms are clean. That is all :)

Nice to have free breakfast and movies.

Staff was professional. Clean meeting facility. Intend to use again, very fun experience.

Older hotel. The service was great. Standard hotel room. A little dicey. Could smell smoke from other rooms and the window screen had been torn out. Wifi was ok. Beds ok. Breakfast was decent. Probably wouldn't stay again if other hotels were available.

Almost felt like I was at home. The feather beds and duvets were so comfy. The service was top notch, the Breakfast room very attractive and clean, along with a computer available for hotel guests. The rooms were spotless. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, flat screen TV and wireless available. In addition, we got a Super Saver Rate of $89/night. I can't say enough good about this place.
