Great hotel the rooms and services.

Clean and quiet hotel! comfortable room and reasonable price for Fort St John.

The whole hotel is amazing from check in to check out! Everyone is very helpful and the rooms are wonderful! I’ve enjoyed my stay both times I’ve been here.

To all brides Don’t book at the northern grand Friends of mine had there wedding there they only had 1 server and 1 bar tender. Waited 15-20 minutes for a drink and the bartender was selling the booze for different prices. They shut the bar down at 9:45 and told them they had to clean up. The reception was done at 10:30pm when they paid till 1:30. Had a meeting with them said they would give them a $50 gift certificate to a restaurant or $250 back. So just a heads up if your thinking about having your wedding there.

Staff are friendly, bed is comfy, room is well appointed and the restaurant had a delicious Pineapply Upside Down Cheesecake that I may need have again before I leave.

Great event space. Easy to work with AV equipment. Good catering; friendly, professional staff; good acoustics.

Stayed here for work. It was quite pleasant. The rooms are more modern in design and the food is quite good at the restaurant. The staff could have been more helpful at times.

I attended a professional social event at this hotel and found it very enjoyable. The food was excellent, the decor was beautiful and elegant, but I did find the staff a bit lacking. Impolite and a bit rough.

Great location, right downtown, hotel itself has good restaurant and big banquet rooms. Rates are a bit high but rooms are nice with all the amenities. Has airport shuttle service too.

Stayed here while working. They got me into a room late at night with short notice after checking into caravan hotel and checking out immediately (avoid caravan hotel see my review) Friendly staff and great accommodations.

5star hotel, love every aspect of this hotel, very clean throughout, hot breakfast was quite good, only complaint is there was only one piece of chocolate lol.

Worst possible place u can stay! Rented a room here post surgery so I asked the nice lady at the front. Desk if they had a handicap room Wich she did and rented me, all night all I could here we as the ice machine stationed right outside our door but ok it happens then at 4 am I am awakened buy a barking Dogg next door so I call front desk as the barking just keeps on goin where the ladies and gentlemen then proceeded to basically laugh at me and tell me their was nothing they could do about the situation! Wouldn't recommend this place to my dog!

Very clean updated rooms staff are very friendly let us check in early because we were here for hockey and the game was over at noon kids really enjoyed the games room they didn't even mention that their was not a pool would stay here again anytime prices very reasonable.

Nice modern hotel with great service and beautiful rooms. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and the restaurant/bar had great options for all diets, just wished they stated open later. Overall great option in ft St John's.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Very clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great. Pet friendly was a plus.

Rooms were great, service was great very clean and great complementary breakfast.
Only thing was the bar that's attached to isn't the best there was puke outside the main lobby doors and blood.

GREAT location, love the breakfast. Tile in the bathtub is perfect, bathroom surfaces were all extremely clean except the bathroom fan. Very nice sheets and towels Heated bathroom floor was a great touch and main room wallpaper and art was very nice. Window coverings were nice. Thank you.

Probably one of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had. The Northern Grand certainly meets or surpasses many World Class hotels in quality of service and room ambience. All of this and a fabulous restaurant, Fort St. John is a lucky place.

Recently renovated, good, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent hot breakfast in the mornings. Definitely recommend for business travel.

Central location, the rooms appear to be recently renovated. The hotel staff is friendly, very clean, and good spacious rooms. The restaurant was under construction when I stayed, but has previously had rave reviews.

This is a pretty good hotel. Free Wifi. Clean rooms. Pretty good free breakfast. Decent restaurant/pub in the building. The parking lot is a bit crowded when the hotel is full.

It is no longer a quality inn it is now the NorthernGrand still a great hotel. Totally renovated 48 inch TV's I love this hotel.

Comfortable rooms with the amenities you need. Very clean, well maintained. Service is most hospitable. Centrally located, it's close to any business you may have in town. Pub and restaurant on premises with reasonable pub-style food.
