➜ The WORST of the amenities, entered my room 205 without my permission and went to do maintenance work. It seems that in this hotel do not understand privacy and security as they bring maintenance people into your room without even asking your permission and when you are absent; regardless of whether your belongings are filled with dust for the work they do. The WORST hotel service in ICA and is supposed to be a 3 star hotel.

Bad attention really, we asked for a family room and were told to wait 20 min and then in a very bad way they attend us and tell us that the family room was already occupied.
