HORRENDOUS customer service — RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The guys that run the place/front desk are HORRIBLE! I will NEVER stay here again.

I would NOT recommend this hotel! The staff/owners are rude rude RUDE! I was a visitor of someone staying there. The way I heard the staff/management talk to them was horrific. The things they said was so unbelievably rude and judgemental — I still can't believe it and not only that but the staff/management actually LIED and made things up to keet the $300 cash deposit. The people staying at this horrible place did so because they did not require a credit card. My friends husband had been the victim of a brutal attack and was lucky to be alive. He was hospitalized for a week before going to the hotel. He was brutally beaten and bruised from head to toe. He without a doubt looked rough. The management of this place treated them as if they were the attackers. As if they were the criminals. One front desk lady actually told them that my friends husband scared her and she wouldn't deal with him… because of the way he looked! Are you kidding me? He was also accused of being a drug addict and "on drugs" — yes the poor guy was taking pain killers and probably groggy. Yes he slurred his words a little but who were they to judge? He's lucky to be alive — some slurred words are minor issues. Finally I talked my friends into leaving and going elsewhere and when they did? The staff told my friend that they would not be getting their $300 deposit back! The first reason was MY dog whom I tied up outside the room on two seperate occasions because it was too hot to keep her inside the car.

This is a great choice for a low cost stay. Everything works and is clean and up to date. The beds are newer and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The Japanese Garden, Henderson Lake, public waterpark and baseball stadium are an easy walk, as are restaurants and bars. Breakfast has the usual continental offerings and everything is fresh. We have stayed here three times and it has always been very satisfactory.

My experience here at Knights inn is everything you can expect from a motel. We didn't have any room keys because of the system being down. Shower was awful! There was still someone else's clothes the bathroom when I arrived. Breakfast sucked. This was my last option. I don't recommend checking unless you're desperate. Thumbs down. Wi-Fi is okay.

Spent two nights last week. The hotel was clean, room was a very good size, complete with a couch. While the decor might be considered a little dated, it was in good repair, matched and was very pleasant. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the new TV in my room was great. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Breakfast was included, and while fairly basic, it was good, the breakfast area was clean and well maintained. This is a basic motel that offers a great place to stay at a reasonable cost. It's very good value for the money. I'm happy to recommend it, and will be happy to stay again.

Mixed feelings, night staff was rude when we checked in, but the morning staff was very accommodating and considerate. Location is great close to sites and shops, room was spacious but air conditioning is old and noisy. Will stay again and hope for a better visit next time in lethbridge.

This is not a hotel but more like a motel. The room was ok. The beds were comfortable enough. Value wise, it was good. Staff was very accommodating. This place is close to a smokehouse restaurant (great food by the way) and a Mexican restaurant if you want to skip the traditional fast food places that are also nearby.

This motel is okay… manager is very nice and friendly… it's an old place… On our visit there was a very large muscle man drinking and smoking on the upstairs balcony for Two days… my instincts say;. " tweaker" The bars let out and the " guests" staying here have no consideration for others, alcohol does affect the sense's. The continental breakfast is what it is… bagels, muffins, frozen waffles, some cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Towels are like drying yourself with 80 Grit sandpaper, but hey it's a place to sleep. Lethbridge is a very nice city, reminds me of many mid sized cities in the US. We made reservations at the Alberta Center in West Glacier Montana because we were told everything was booked for "Canada Day", not so… there are better options … now that we know, we would just come up find Accommodation's when we arrive.

Other than the terrible CRT Television, everything was satisfactory (especially for their rates). Nothing in Lethbridge is more than a ten minute drive from here, so I would recommend it.

Hotel room was poorly maintained. The shower faucet was falling off of the shower wall, the tv's are old and outdated, and we had to knock on the managers door because the "continental" breakfast was late. Breakfast as some stale bagels and stale muffins on the fridge. Some juice as well. Thrilling. Sadly, we had no choice but to go there, but next time, I will definitely push our boss to hook us up somewhere else.

Nice beds but bring your own blankets they are like sheets only nearly. Good cheap breakfast, actually one of the worst hojo's I have been to but still good overall.

I will not go back to this place ever again. Dirty bathtub! A coffee maker without a filter. Breakfast was very cheap and juice taste bad. Don't dare to try this place. Ramada acorss the street is a better choice.

My room 29 was newly renovated — very comfy and clean. Mini fridge, microwave, iron+board, coffee machine, fast wireless. Fewer TV channels than I have at home but that isn't a big issue. Manager Paul friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again.

Dirty room. As soon as we walked into our non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. There was a dead fly on the windowsill that was being eaten by another fly. Disgusting to say the least. There was also a spider on the wall. These were the things we noticed the first 20 seconds in the room. The whole room was dusty and dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Bedspread had holes in it and box spring was torn open (we were trying to check for bed bugs). I feel bad bringing my son into this type of environment. I wish we would have spent the extra cash for a good hotel.

In August 09 we stay at the Howard Johnson in Lethbridge for 1 night. It was early evening and we had been driving all day, $70.00 seemed reasonable, not too little and not too much as far as the rate per night. We were given the keys to our room and when I opened the door the stench of urine was horrid. I tried to ignore it as we were bringing in our luggage but I couldn't I had to ask for a different room. They gave us another room which was better but I can say the overall cleanliness was exceptionally poor. I will not be staying at a Howard Johnson again. I am finally understanding that you get what you pay for. Langley, BC.

We wanted to spend the weekend in Lethbridge and spent extra to get a jacuzzi suite. The room had a jacuzzi but it wasn't very clean. The ceiling was cracked and in some parts had fallen off or was falling off. There were also 4 dead flies throughout the room, as if no one had rented the room and they just didn't bother vacuuming it before we showed up. Overall a very poor experience.
