We had a terrible experience, had neighbours in a room that yelled and screamed at each other all night. People were in and out of the room many times and were very loud. We called front desk and they did nothing but tell the people to quiet down. Didn’t work and there were no other rooms we could be moved to. We’ve asked to get a refund but be reply from the hotel. We have emailed, facebooked and all avenues explored with no reply. Stay away if you like to sleep.

Front desk agent was extremely helpful and friendly will definitely be back.

The pictures online make it look nicer than it is. We had booked via the air bnb so u think we probably got a crappy room because of it. We were promptly told everything was extra including the Continental breakfast which would be $20 extra. Laughable. The fire prevention sprinkler were gone and a Kleenex was in its place. The mattress felt slightly better than a box spring. The bathroom door couldn't be closed but at least would stay in the mostly closed position. The shower was nice if you don't like water pressure. Oh and there was a mini fridge in the room that was unplugged, but we didn't bother trying to use it as the doors path was blocked by a shelf lip. All in all it wasnt a great experience. The location was great if you want to be next to the all night gentleman's club… The road noise was also kind of lame.

As far as budget hotels go, this was a good choice for me. It is located close to shopping, parks and Lethbridge's annual Whoop Up days park. The staff all were friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, they had sausage, eggs, pancakes and all the other usual items.

I said here for 9 days, the hotel is in a prime location. The hotel is a basic hotel and you get what you pay for, but the hotel rooms are really comfortable and clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is obviously free and not the healthiest but it's edible. All in all, its a great little hotel, with friendly staff and is nice and clean.

Location is on major street and easy to locate. It is situated right beside nikka Yuko garden and Henderson lake Park. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's breakfast with the room. There are many restaurants located in the same complex as the hotel.

We stayed 4 nights for a sports event. The building looks old from outside but the room is clean and well maintained. It could have been renovated recently. Everything worked well. Breakfast was ok, small varieties, it was fine for the first day but got bored after. Great value for the price over all.

The workers are very friendly and nice. Shelby (I think, blonde girl) was wonderful. The bathrooms are great but the shower water pressure is pretty bad. The end tables near the bed look like they have 10 years of water damage. They are bubbling up. That definitely needs addressed. I'm pretty positive my sheets were not cleaned or at least very very poorly if they were. There were lots of hairs on the sheets that were not mine. Big long black 6+ inch hairs and my hair is much less than that. I only found one the first night at the end of the bed so I attributed that to the cleaning lady. I should have checked more. The next morning I found more hair that isn't mine throughout the sheets. I understand sheets and everything all get washed together but I've never had an issue like this at any hotel. It could honestly just be the lady that fits the sheets is losing that hair but it doesn't matter, it shouldn't be there. One other thing is the heat… I'm not sure if it's just my room or not but there is none that can be controlled. If you turn the knob towards a cooler temp AC kicks on. If you turn the knob so the way to the right as hot as it can go, nothing happens. It's a little cold outside and some heat would be nice.

The rooms were clean and the service was really nice. But, we did get woken up by partying at 4 am. We contacted the front desk a few times about it and eventually it got shut down an hour later. Shut down as the volume was reduced slightly, but not by much. Not an ideal situation for people looking to get a good night's rest.

Always friendly and accommodating. The management always goes above and beyond and always recognize and greet me in a friendly manner. Front desk staff are attentive and too notch. Always have stayed here, and will continue to do so.

The family there go out of their way to be accommodating. Clean and newly renovated in a good area.

They have the friendliest staff that I have ever met. Quiet place close to Henderson Lake. Great walking or running spot. It is about 100 metres from the Runner’s Sole Running store.

The room rates may be cheaper but you don't get cable that works, dirty drapes, dirty room. The cable never works so they shouldn't advertise free cable! No ice bucket, lamp shades falling apart or the lamps don't work at all. Not worth the money unless you like sleeping in a dirty room. The photos on the website are not what they actually look like.

Good location with easy access to many destinations. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food served in the lounge is outstanding. I enjoyed the great selection available for the continental breakfast including a hot breakfast.

Owner is fantastic and makes your stay a pleasure. Renovated, gorgeous lounge, very comfy beds and nice a quiet clean comfy rooms. Breakfast coffee is good, offerings always full and fresh. A steal at the price!

We have stayed at Travelodge in Lethbridge several times when we go to visit our kids. The staff are always friendly and willing to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They have an awesome continental breakfast that has something for everyone and is far more than a simple breakfast. We found the rooms to be comfortable and the beds are better than home. Travelodge gets not only two thumbs up, but also 5 stars for their service, friendliness, and value. We expect to return many times.

The staff are super friendly. An older hotel, but good value for your travel dollars.

What a lovely experience we had. Clean room, clean linen and the shower was perfectly relaxing. But best of all was the breakfast. They called it a Continental breakfast but really was a Canadian one with eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, and all but never before saw a machine that made pancakes! Just press ok and it makes them. We chose this because someone recommended the breakfast, and we weren't disappointed. Great experience.

I went to the new Ales & Tales pub. Decor is nice, prices are high, service was mediocre. They advertised a lunch special on an exterior sign, but never told me about it & it wasn't listed on the menu. The Pastrami sandwich I ordered was a disappointment, with only one slice of pastrami.

Was a nice hotel. Not enough lighting in the rooms except for 2 lamps (no ceiling fixtures) which made it hard to get ready. Breakfast was good, but lots of fruit flies which apparently this year they are really bad everywhere in Alberta. Quiet, pleasant stay. And a good price as well.

On the way from Banff to Yellow Stone we stay for one night. Good price and breakfast is high quality. Manager (Owner? ) is very polite and friendly. We would stay there again it we pass by Lethbridge.

The service was great. We were late arriving and received a call from the hotel confirming that we were still coming. The rooms were clean and reasonably modern. Free Wi-Fi was available and complimentary breakfast was included. We would stay here again.

Great hotel, great price. Staff and management are very friendly and helpful. New lounge is great as well. Awesome breakfast. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel, I stay here every time I'm in Lethbridge. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I'm sure I will be a repeat customer for a very long time.

Recently came to Lethbridge for a three day work trip and chose to stay at the Travelodge on Major Magrath Drive. The hotel was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, the bathrooms were newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast bar in the morning was open quite early and featured hot as well as cold food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Most importantly was the host, Peter, whom was very attentive to our needs, graceful and helpful. I would highly recommend the travelodge for anyone staying in Lethbridge.

The manage has been really good to everyone staying here. He was asking everyone if there was enough food. Also if everyone had a good sleep and if they have been enjoying their say.

This hotel is disgusting! I'm not sure which is worse, the crack heads, or the drug dealers both inside and outside the hotel! Or maybe the low class two bit hookers walking the hallway and riding the elevator soliciting for a quick buck to get their fix… The manager (I think one of the owners) lies to your face about what's taking place, then pockets the cash deposit from people with the lamest of reasoning! Never ever ever would I recommend to my worst enemy this place! Lounge staff was amazing as they tried to control the ongoing trafficking of drugs in there I witnessed. Kitchen closed to early and from what I hear I was lucky they did! Giving one star was too kind! Sleep in your car! Safer and cleaner! That's what you get for no Id or credit cards required!

The room are cheap and reasonably clean, and the breakfast is okay, but the Wi-Fi slow and drops unexpectedly and the walls are paper thin. You can hear every little creak your neighbors make on their bed.

I'm a young man that works all around Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba with my job. Ive stayed in the dirtiest rig hotels before but I have to say this Travelodge was beyond horrible. The sheets stink. I walk in the room and there is hair all over the shower and filth EVERYWHERE. Ive had to stay in this hell hole for 3 weeks. Please take my word and never stay here. The rooms are never clean and the halls smell musty and usually reek of weed. I would recommend sleeping in your car before ever setting foot in this place. There are many other hotels on the same road. Pay the extra 30 bucks per night if need be just take my word and never come here.

This is a fine, over-night stay as long as you aren't looking for luxury. The girl at the front desk was very nice. The 1 queen bed room is small but looks clean and has decent furniture. The bathroom fixtures are surprisingly new and the linens are clean. The window in this room won't close all the way so I'm just glad I'm not paying the utilities. Most important for me, there are no weird odors and I haven't seen any bugs. There is a small fridge in the room and a community microwave in the coin-op laundry room on this floor. There is a flat screen tv, semi-slow free Wi-Fi, and a free breakfast. I got the room for only $65 with a military and a USAA discount so I'm satisfied with it overall. I suggest that the owner invest in new windows to help with insulation and lower utility costs, especially in the winter.

Basic accommodations, dated but clean. NO sound insulation. Noise level entirely at mercy of neighbors. Several items not working at check in but management tried hard to fix. Hard beds.
