Arrived at 2pm to check in and room was not ready. The front desk girl (very courteous and polite girl) politely asked the housekeeping manager or supervisor (heavier set woman) if the room was ready and she snapped back and said check in time is 3 don’t ask me again. We have never seen such rude attitude from a hotel staff member ever in the years of traveling. You would think that one hour before checkin something would be ready for guests, I mean one hour early is not a huge demand. We came back at 3pm and guess what room was not ready also and same front desk girl apologized and tried to find us a room but would not get a answer back from housekeeping. We got in our room at 4:30pm finally, wow an hour and half late and this housekeeping manager lady thinks that’s acceptable? NO IT IS NOT!

Terrible terrible. Arrived for 300 check in. Room not ready. Told to have a seat it would be 10 minutes. At 315 not ready. Td yo have a seat again. After 30 minutes sitting staring at the walls went up to counter. Not ready yet. Now 335 and she says she has no idea how long. I asked if crew were prioritizing and she says she is new and has no clue… leaving now.

Don’t put someone who can’t understand English in a position where they have to interact and help guests. The girl working the morning on front desk “Grace” I think was very nice and polite but what was a easy job to check out of our room and pay cash turned into a 30 minute session and we ended up giving up and paying on credit card on file, resulting in being charged fees for using a US credit card when we could have avoided paying cash. The hotel was nice and clean and staff friendly but don’t place someone in the front desk who can’t understand the language of your clients.

Evening corporate reception with food and drinks was nice but it’s a shame you don’t recycle especially the cans and bottles from the drinks. Only a garbage can was provided beside table and cans went straight to the trash. The lady hosting reception was nice but was more interested in talking with her husband and friend then other guests. Room was very nice and clean and staff were friendly, probably friendlier than any other hotel I have stayed at. If you recycled your cans and bottles I would have given this a 5 out 5 review instead of 3 our 5 as recycling is very important to me.

Booked room months in advance for a wedding. We had requested a crib in our room as we have 2 kids under the age of 2. When we checked in at midnight they told us there was a note on our reservation that said all of the cribs were broken. I am glad we weren't given a broken crib for safety reasons, but it really left us in a bind as we were 5 hours from home and no stores were open. I would have appreciated a phone call in advance to let us know this as the employee stated they had been broken for awhile. I could have then brought our own. Unfortunately one of our babies had to sleep on the floor. Very disappointing and the employee did not seem to care about my concern regarding this situation.

The hotel was Nicely decorated. Retro Orange chairs in room are cool; however, the TV is small for the size of the room and I am all for having a diverse workforce and working with people from other companies. The issue I have is that if you are going to hire a foreign person to work front desk and interact with your customer make sure they can actually speak the language and understand your customers. When we called to book the girl could not understand what we were booking and what should have been a simple call took 35 minutes and we still got the wrong room and at check in she still could not understand us in person nor did she show any compassion for our situation with wrong room. Fortunately later that night we spoke with other team member and they spoke English and helped fix our issue. Just make sure of you have someone work front desk they know and understand English really well as this can be frustrating to your clients who all speak English. We had a reservation for next month and we have already cancelled this reservation and will be staying at the Best a Western beside you to avoid these issues again.

Corrina was very friendly and helpful, we came to visit friends in town for a wedding and she helped to make sure we had bottled water and coffee while we visited in Lobby. She even gave us wine glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine while we visited. A real asset to your hotel and we will make sure to recommend all family and friends to stay here when they visit.

Visited family staying here for weekend and since we live in Lethbridge we never see what hotels are like. This hotel looks brand new, not a scratch or scuff anywhere, cudos to their team. The staff are very friendly especially Corrina at the desk. We joined our family in morning at 7am before they left and the breakfast was incredible for a free buffet and breakfast staff were awesome. (Ashley I think). We then went with our family to the pool before they left and enjoyed ourselves and the kids loved the slide. Whenever we have family come to Lethbridge this is where we will have them stay, we may even have to take a staycation ourselves.

We didn’t stay as we live in Lethbridge but were there visiting family in town Easter Sunday. Front desk attendant was busy with a line of people checking in and phones ringing, could hear staff in back office (sounded like 3 people) arguing or fighting with each other. Doesn’t make hotel look good, they could have at least came and help poor front desk attendant check in the line instead of argue while phones were ringing as well too. The front desk attendant did well overcoming the rush with no help to thanks. The coffee bar was a nice treat while we sat and visited, as we also enjoyed pool area and our family loved the slide for the kids to have fun while visited their cousins a good family reunion. Most hotels don’t let hotel guests bring family to use pool while they stay but this hotel was more than welcoming. The room appeared to be clean and very new and from talking to family after they left they loved the hotel.

Very nice hotel, the pool was great for the kids. Belinda is awesome at check in, all though she does talk way too much when you just want to get to room and get settled.

Loved the pillows the best of any hotel. The location is way out of the way and nothing around in the area. The evening girl on staff was far too chatty for my liking but still she was friendly and good at her job, some people will love this and some people will not. This is not a deal breaker and we will be back.

Helen at desk was outstanding and very friendly, the manager Curtis was also very nice. Our room 425 looked brand new and was very clean and well stocked. My wife loved walk in shower and how soft the Duvet was. The excessive room was well stocked and allowed our normal workout routine. Ashleigh in breakfast was also very nice and served a great breakfast. We have a wedding in summer to come back to and will be convincing other family to stay here.

Hotel is just ok. I mean the rooms are clean and well decorated but the staff are just plain and not the most friendliest. I stayed here late February during a 2 week plant tour for our company. Belinda checked our group in and we waited at least 30 minutes just to get checked in cause kept talking and telling us a life story, not the type of chatter we expect from a Hilton hotel that should be quick to the point. Victoria was in breakfast and was more interested in her text messages on her phone than serving breakfast. Our group sat at our table for 25 minutes waiting for service to come take our breakfast order and then after the wait decided just to help ourselves, and even then we didn’t get any help from waitress. Jermey checked us out and was better and quick an to the point amd the kind of employee we expect from a Hilton hotel very professional and not full of chatter, way to go and Good work Jermey. The rooms are clean and well decorated but staff is ok and to focused on being your friend and not a hotel employee. Overall a good hotel and we would choose this again if come back to Lethbridge.

Belinda was the most unprofessional and rudest front person in a hotel I have ever met. She was condescending and ignorant. We asked to pay cash and she said well then you have to pay an extra $300 because of the colour of our skin she was implying we would damage room. We did not stay and went across to the Best Western and had a great stay.

Checked out with the manager Jeremey and mentioned the sink had trouble draining and for all night it sat with crud in sink and we had to wash and brush our teeth in the bath tub as sink could not be used. He just said ok, offered no apology or assurance that this will be fixed. Was not looking for anything but his lack of compassion and empathy was atrocious. The heater in room was also very loud and hard to sleep with it running, the floor was stained in room and TV had no remote. I think I will try the Marriott next door next time.

Front desk was atrocious, Jonathon would not let us check in early at 10am, he wanted to charge me a extra night even though room was empty and hote, not sold out. I travel 240 nights a year and have never been told I had to pay for extra night when room is open. There is a weird yellow stain and funky smell in the elevators that was there every time we rode the elevators. The pool is closed the entire time we were there and hot tub was dirty with bugs and dirt in water. Do your self a favour when traveling into Regina do not stay at the Hampton Inn in Regina as this hotel is a old run down and dirty.

We showed up at just around 1130am to check in for a room and were told this was too early to check in and we would have to wait to check in till later. I said ok can I hold my luggage at hotel and how long till I could check in and as we can go have lunch. I was told the hotel does not store luggage and check in time was after 3 no exceptions. Upon coming back at almost 4pm room was still not ready we had to wait another 5 minutes to check with housekeeping and front desk seemed more interested in texting on phone then helping us. Later that evening we walked by desk and no one was at desk and when coming back no one was at desk, finally I stood at desk for 10 minutes and staff came from back room, no apology or how can I help you just a hello and blank stare. I said the heater was loud in our room and asked if someone can come help and was told no one could come till morning after we left and was not offered a new room or a simple apology. So after a rather cold sleep cause had to turn off heater to sleep cause of noise we just left just after 6am. I must say the man in the morning was pleasant but after all the hassle before I just asked for my receipt, saw no price adjustment for issues with room, and left, no way were we trying breakfast after other issues. Look else where when staying in town.

My room had a lovely view of the fence and self storage lot beside the property. I could have requested a higher floor but wasn't in town for sightseeing. The room itself was fine. Bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. Solid Wi-Fi connectivity. Continental breakfast had minimal selection and the only insight option. I would stay here again if back in town. I had minimal interactions with the staff but would commend them based on how I saw them help other guests.

King Jacuzzi suite was really nice with a walk in shower! The King Junior suite was spacious enough to host a New Years Eve party! Only thing they are missing is a bar and restaurant.

Friendly service great staff. Jeremey at front desk is fantastic and very helpful. The girl working the other shift was a little cold and unwelcoming but not a major issue and Jeremey more than made up for this with real 6 star hotel service.

This place is neat, clean and staff clearly like what they do. They are so pleasant! LOVE the king sized beds which are so comfy.

It's company booked, so I have no choice in this. But I typically will not book hotel next to a casino, no restaurants in walking distance. Room is cleaned and tidy. Parking lot is a bit icy. Too close to train track and locate at city skirt. Multiple honks can be heard overnight. And the hotel wide 6am wake up call (false fire alarm)

The hotel is standard. The room was standard size and was a good value at $125 per night. The breakfast is above average. Good selection or cold breakfast stuff and each day a different selection of hot food. Omelettes, sausage, bacon, pancakes etc. Waffle maker makes a pretty good waffle. The pool was good. We went swimming with our 3 year old. It has one slide, a pool and a hot tub. Cons: The air conditioner in the room was SO loud. It was on a lot (because it was very hot). The air conditioner rattled and was very loud. I slept with ear plugs and it still woke me up every time it came on. My wife did not get much sleep because of this. The hotel is also located close to train tracks. You will hear the train horn twice a night at like 12 am and 4 am : — (.

We stayed here for a night and it was a good experience, but didn't blow me away either. If you're looking for a hotel in Lethbridge though, this is probably the best you'll find. Rooms were decent and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Beds killed me because they're so soft (but as this is a matter of personal preference, you may actually like this). Overall a good experience.

My words can't explain the amazing service this hotel has! A big shout out to Belinda whom I think should be awarded the best employee in Alberta! Belinda went above and beyond with making sure every part of my stay was to a complete satisfaction. she treats every guest I saw with the biggest smile and upmost respect. This hotel was great but what makes it stand out was its staff. Thank you so much for your awesome service, & Thank You Belinda!

Had a great one night stay. Hotel room was clean, AC was ice cold, and breakfast was delicious.

Clean rooms, friendly service. The complimentary breakfast had a pretty good selection, but the hot foods were too buttery.

Stayed here many times. Nice place. Hot breakfast included. Which consists of things such as waffles, sausage toast. They also have yogurt, eggs, cereal and more. Rooms are well kept. Sometimes they are noisy and you can here through the walls. However it doesn't seem that ever room has this problem. Top floor and west facing side of hotel can be noisy during a windy chinook night.

The rooms were clean and well stocked, the pool and hot tub were nice. Excellent complementary breakfast. The service was good overall, but Bob at the front desk was rude and not very helpful, he seemed to lack professionalism.

Good clean hotel with great accommodations and amenities. The room was spacious and clean with a fridge and microwave in the room. They offer free water bottles and to go breakfast bags which is always a great plus. The breakfast was adequate but could use a bit more selection. Definitely will stay here again.

Staff was so courteous. Breakfast was amazing! (a full hot breakfast). We had a king room with beautiful shower and it was very clean. Cable sucked. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect my chrome cast. You could hear ever door in the hotel slamming shut all hours of the night. They were nice enough to take 25% off but on the front desk they claim if you aren't satisfied the stay is free.

The stay was awsome and the continental was different every day which was nice.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and overall a fairly good experience. It's my second time staying there and I would recommend going for a comfortable stay.

Wow so clean! And free breakfast. And they call me sir. This is the only place to stay. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there is no beer store nearby.

Bed bugs like crazy. Worst hotel. They upcharged as well.

Although only about a year and a half old, it does not look as though it was built with the same standards of the slightly older-ones? The fit and finish, stained spots here and there, bad wallpaper installations,. The view? What view? Regardless of what floor or side, you get no view as the hotel is surrounded by industrial buildings, structures and sites. The hallway carpet-patern is nice and a surprise in the pool-room, a waterside. Anise the front dest assistant supervisor and her staff were great. Overal nothing exciting in Lethbridge! This is a great hotel! Friendly, modern, super clean and reasonable rates. Includes breakfast. Cardio room and sweet shop were a nice touch as well. Definitely recommended even though it's a bit out of the city centre.

I phoned the front desk tonight, looking for help with some business space — say a room with a phone and internet for four hours His answer "I've got plenty of rooms but you can't have anything until 3 pm which is our check in time. " Well, you just told me you have empty rooms "Yes, but you can't have them until check in at 3 pm" My next question was, well do you have a business center I can use for four hours tomorrow? His answer " Yes, we've got one but you can't have it unless you call some manger at 9 30 tomorrow" Singularly unhelpful and unable to be customer aware let alone customer focused.

Very nice breakfast area, with some hot breakfast items (complimentary). Fruit and coffee always available throughout day. Pool is on the small side, but good for kids. I found pool temperature a bit cold — waterslide is fun for the little kids. Staff were very friendly and room was modern and comfortable. Would stay here again.
