I went to a wedding here it was a nice e hall. I have had dinner in the restaurant many times other that one terrible experience I enjoyed the restaurant everytime. Good foot and nice staff. Regards.

I will start by saying this is one of the nicer 3-star hotels I have been to based on decor alone. Due to the absurdity of hotel ratings, its actually nicer than some 4-star options is the city. The reason for a lower rating from me is twofold: There is some issue with their card reader system and service in the restaurant was disappointing. We had three keys to our room, one of which worked inconsistently and the other two which didn't work at all. Replacements also had issues the following morning. We stayed here with a large group and all were reporting the same issue, so clearly it wasn't an isolated case. I really liked the look of the Firestone lounge, but the service was rather poor. It took close to 15 minutes after joining a table to receive service, and was not offered a menu, only water. The water I was served was in a dirty glass (lipstick on the rim) and the flagon of water left on the table had floating debris. It was served above room temperature with no ice, which shouldn't have been surprising considering the restauranteur was probably 30 degrees or warmer. In summary, nice hotel, some technical frustrations with key cards, and I'd avoid the restaurant.

Friendly environment, excellent food, and great atmosphere highly recommend. Kid friendly with a menu that would cater to everyone. Will definitely be going back again, and again…

Superb establishment! The front desk staff, restaurant and catering company are great! So helpful, flexible, friendly, quick problem solvers, good sense of humor and very kind! I've stayed here more than a few times for work and will be my work place stay. Thank you Coast Hotel! Also, it is clean and beds are comfy.

The staff were super friendly, and switched us to a nicer room when the AC unit in our first room stopped working. The Grand ballroom conference room is gorgeous, and the food at the lounge is not to be missed. If I'm ever in Lethbridge, I'll definitely book here again.

Okay hotel. Great location. Nice amenities. But, the rooms are quite dated and old fashioned. Clean though! Which is a plus.

Firstly, the food was second to none. The roasts were cooked perfectly, the horseradish was fresh, the salads were stellar. The buffet was PERFECT. The staff engagement was minimal, but what there was was also fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone planning an event.

Attended a wedding at the Coast hotel in Lethbridge. Venue was nice, clean and the staff were very good. Meal wasn't as good as other hotel suppers I've had, but still very good. Would recommend for social and professional events.

The Grand Ballroom at the Coast is a stunning room with plenty of space for large gatherings. The catering provided by LA Chefs was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

I attended a professional development seminar hosted in the Foothills room. The food was nice presented and service was prompt. My only complaint is that the lighting in to room makes it difficult to see the projector images.

Wonderful conference center. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. They created a warm and welcoming environment for our function. The facility was clean, and well decorated.

Clean, yet small rooms. Accommodating and friendly staff. The attached restaurant did a wonderful two meals for me and the conference room was beautiful (for a wedding)

Hotel was clean and efficiently run. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Has a gym and a pool with a hot tub, all of which was very cleaned and well stocked. Rooms are not very sound-proofed so can get quite loud during busy times, especially if room window is facing entrance/lobby. Attended a wedding while there which was beautifully decorated, with delicious food.

Clean hotel. Great looking lobby. Pool and hot tub were great! Rooms were a good size and I didn't have any noise complaints at all. Only complaint would be that the pillows were too thick for my tastes.

Was there for a large gathering. Light catering. Nice space.

I love going to the coast hotel for events. Their ballrooms are extremely nice. Definitely the best place to host an event in Lethbridge.

We were here for drinks. Also we are having our wedding here so met with the staff and started putting our plan together. Was a fantastic experience.

Had a great time at the new years gala. The 5 course dinner catered by LA chefs was excellent and the Chevelles were amazing as usual. The one small detail I'm glad they got right was the volume. It was easy to converse and easy to listen to the music. Well done, coast!

Always an amazing stay at the Coast! Friendly staff, clean and up-to-date rooms, and silence for sleeping.

Rooms are a bit expensive for what you get. The conference rooms are really nice, the on site restaurant Firestone is amazing. They have a pool, lounge, and nice lobby. It's well renovated and in a good location of the city. If you're attending a wedding here, it's worth staying on site.

Attended a professional conference at this location. Room setup was good and food was well presented. Service in the room w was prompt and attentive. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the lights were flickering, like a few of the bulbs needed replacing.

Attended a confrence here. The staff who catered our event were excellent. They were fast and efficient with their service. Great place if you need a large space and very able staff.

Lovely place, beautiful rooms service was great. The restaurant was amazing. Close to buses waking distance to stores and fast food restaurants.

I always stay here when I'm in town. Great staff and the rooms are always in good shape. The Wi-Fi was a problem this time but who knows, it could have been my laptop?

It was a nice setting for the wedding reception. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of room to move and comfy chairs. Needs more parking.

The conference room was nice, spacious and well kept. Catering services were pretty good though it was strange that they only served us a small plate of desserts; in fact there wasn't enough desserts for each of us at the table to get one each. They also gave us pitchers of red punch but there was almost no flavour in them; but they did also have standard ice water too.

Staff are great. Beds are comfy. Rooms were clean. Missed 5 stars cause of parking. Parking lot was completely full a few evenings. We will be back!

Decent spot for a one night stay. We stayed on the main level, off the main entrance, but it was quiet. Our climate control (AC in this case) didn't work properly — — it made horrendous clanging noises, and turned off and on (even though the ideal temperature hadn't yet been set). If I were staying for more than one night I would have asked for a different room, especially since the place was clearly not even closed to booked full.

Great option for a stay in the Lethbridge area. I stay here exclusively about 3 times a year and will not go anywhere else. Staff is on top of all requests and are very attentive. Firestone restaurant is located conveniently downstairs and is a best option for local food in the area. Japanese garden is just across the street and convenient to shopping up and down McGrath road.

The Coast is a thoroughly adequate hotel with new clean rooms, exceptional service, and a modest but clean, bright, functional, and very clean pool. The suites are large enough to have people over for casual business meetings. The regular rooms are standard size, but not cramped. I have never had booking troubles or difficulty with noise while staying here. The Coast is always my first choice to stay in Lethbridge. The conference center seems to have things put together as well. The tables are functional. The food is decent. The coffee never ran out. And the staff are very courteous and professional.

It is at a handy location for local conference needs. The environment is pleasant.

Staff are very nice. Had a mess up with my booking through Expedia and the staff were very helpful in getting it resolved!

Every year our company provides a Christmas party for us, they give the out-of-towners a room, they feed us, and we have a great time dancing to some great music. The hotel staff are friendly, efficient and care about every question that we ask. They have a turndown service, the restaurant, caterers, and cleaning staff are fantastic people who work hard to ensure our staff have a great stay. The rates here are comparable to other hotels in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

Upgraded to premium jacuzzi room at $180/night. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, lots of soap, etc. Lighting was poor. Blue-white low-power CFL bulbs in most fixtures made it strangely dim. Not a huge detractors, just really weird for such a nice room. Jacuzzi was clean, and in good working order, but remarkably shallow — not great for actual soaking, but otherwise nice. Shower was clearly designed to save water rather than wash anything, but was clean & well provisioned. Toilet was strangely small, not something I would normally comment on, but better for kids than adults. Bed was very clean & comfortable. Pillows were amazing. Blankets were a bit thin and didn't come up very high, so that was peculiar. Alarm radio was a high quality Sony dream-machine. A train was audible passing by at midnight. Not much of a disturbance, but clearly audible. The restaurant brunch was great. Not a buffet, and a smidge pricey, but very high quality food, and plenty of it. Service was satisfactory.

Service was great. Room was very fancy with a jacuzzi. Decorating was very tasteful. Jacuzzi was very shallow though. My husband did not like the shower… I never tried it. We soaked in the jacuzzi for awhile but because it was do shallow I was getting cold arms and legs because I could not fully submerge under the water. The location was great. My favourite thing was the restaurant Firestone! By word of mouth we heard about the fantastic breakfasts there. That was the whole reason we choose this hotel. It lived up to the hype. Superb brunch! I would choose this restaurant again but I wouldn't choose the jacuzzi room again. A regular room would be better.

My standard room was the size of a stamp. Could not access the closet because of poor layout. Refrigerator and microwave was in way.

Had my reception at this hotel this week. They did a fantastic job. I will write a big long review of all the details this weekend.

Stayed twice on business here. Great reception. Nicely remodeled rooms. Good food. Great value compared to other stays here.
