Very nice hotel. Clean and welcoming. Close to all amenities. Our only complaint is there is very low water pressure in the shower! On a plus there is a lovely breakfast room with a variety of item to enjoy to start your day.

Great hotel, comfy bed and quiet large rooms with kitchenette. Close to restaurants and walmart. Fantastic staff. Will stay here again when visit.

Good people at the front desk, but soggy hashbrowns for breakfast.

Always a great place to stay, staff are very friendly. I like the Ramada over the other hotels because of the size of the rooms.

Everything is just perfect from the entrance door to the room. The costumer service is far excellent, the manager and staffs were polite and helpful. Ambiance is very good, quiet, and our room was huge and very clean.

The Ramada Cold Lake is rated only 3.5 out of 5 stars for a reason. We had to change rooms twice due to poor cleaning skills. E. G. Hair in tubs and microwave as well as floors. Smelly pillow cases of strong perfume dirty fridge, scewer sticks inbetween desks, carpet not vacummed. I could go on… the worst yet, blood on the floor in front of jet tub. The operations manager response was "if it's not clean to your standards you can have a refund". Needless to say the 3.5 star rating speaks for itself! Health inspected needed.

Room was very nice as well as the offered continental breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

These folks were happy to accommodate my trip appointments. I was able to check in early and check out late according to the check in / out times listed. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend this motel. Cheers.

Plenty of parking spots. Nice and friendly.

Very nice clean and we'll appointed rooms. Internet is a little slow and the hot tub was out of service.

Big rooms. Haven't really used the facilities yet but seem quite complete. Have a kitchenette which helps.

I write this review 2 weeks after I emailed the hotel manager about shortcomings but never got a response. Old TV, old coffee maker, loose facuet lever hard to set the temp, damaged TV table, very poor fitting room and out of order hot tub, cost Ramada 2 stars!

My 2nd visit. Excellent customer service, room is immaculate. Will return in the future. *example of customer service — I usually book through Wyndham app and this time tried a different way. When I mentioned this to the person checking me in, they immediately asked for my rewards number do I'd get the points. Giving a little extra is always appreciated.

Very clean rooms. But on both nights we where there the hot tub was out of order and the work out room is very warm. The breakfast in the morning is sub par. And they did not call me for my wake up call at 635am. This place is not that good at all. And on top of all of that the first night we came here all the lights are off and nothing was lit up we weren't even sure this place was open we drove right by it I suggest you do the same thing.

The room was fine. I always find the TV is hard to work. It didn't work again this time when I stayed. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Lots of available rooms. Located on the south side of Cold Lake. Clean rooms, and quiet.

It is a very nice hotel, great check in however their right to personal privacy is VERY poor. I had no choice but to allow them to photo copy my drivers license in order to get a room. With privacy of information laws in place leaving a copy of my license with a desk clerk is way over the top. I will be staying down the road in the future.
