Horrible management staff.

My mom ate there today with her friend and the food was awesome, awesome service, especially when they offered them blankets and placed them under a heater to make sure my mom and her friend were warm. The cook even helped out. Definitely good service all around it was amazing and my mom was impressed. I thank you for the awesome food she brought home to me. Thanks guys.

I finally ate at Bridges Cafe and it was AMAZING! I will be ordering from them again for sure! I tried the sushi and a hot hamburger meal and they were so delicious! Delivery was fast and friendly as well! 😊

Visiting from Newfoundland and Labrador. Kudos to the Chef. Best steak meal I think ive everrrrr had. The portions were amazing and steak delicious. … and wine! Lovely ladies served us! cleanest bathrooms in Alberta! will be back before we leave to go home. Definitely!

Nice clean rooms, quiet as well. Excellent size mini fridge for diabetic supplies and left overs. Super comfy beds, lots of room in bathroom/shower.

One of the longest running hotels in the area offering a nice diner for breakfasts and restaurant for more romantic dinning options. Clean rooms, great service and located within walking distance of many amenities.

Great service, staff and management. Great new menu, food is excellent and very tasty, way better than a couple of years back. Renovations looks beautiful and tastefully done. Highly recommended!

Stayed on business, clean rooms, front counter reception area is a bit dated but friendly folks working there. Rooms have been updated and the beds nice. Only gripe is the fan that runs all-night above the bed (and it wasn't the a/c unit). Enjoyed it and you should also.

I was fully impressed with this hotel. Well taken care of, clean rooms, friendly staff, a wide variety of places to eat in a single hotel, great complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, etc. Quite literally the only 'improvement' I would suggest would be to have microwaves in the rooms so anyone staying for a more extended stretch can have more options for feeding themselves.

I give a 6 stars for the sushis… so tasty but long waiting time. We ordered around 60 sushis, after 1 hour we received 12, then 25 mins after another 12 and after 30 min we finally reveived what remain.

Took my in-laws to the Crossing Grill for supper. The service was friendly and accommodating; the food was delicious. Very happy to have made reservations there.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Cold Lake. The rooms are high quality from the beds to the toilet paper. 2 different restaurant/bars in the hotel itself have decent food. Very friendly staff. Very close to all stores and food, overall I would highly recommend.

Great updates in the rooms. Awesome friendly staff thruout the premises Restaurant and fine dining. Pub great for hockey games a d fresh tap beer. $95 plus taxes. Great value!

Food was very good. Right down to the liver and onions. Fish and chips also very Good, not greasy. Will go again.

We hold meetings here throughout the year and the staff and food are always top notch. The facility has decent Wi-Fi that meets our needs, they also provide a sound system.

Eggs not cooked over medium like asked wasn't offered a coffee refill and ice water had melted ice. Disapointing.

I grew up in this town and the lakeland has always been a good motel, bar and reasteraunt. I hope it's always around.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds. Free Wi-Fi at a decent speed. Free continental breakfast with a menu that offers good choices. No Frills across the street. 10 min walk from Hamel's meats, Original Joe's and Subway.

Had breakfast here service is food breakfast now more expensive then lunch or dinner.

They have two bars the best bar in there is the oak room. There are dart boards and vlts. The service is always great. The oak room is where all the old men of cold lake drink and talk. This is the most original cold lake drinking hole. They also have a sushi place I have not had the chance to dine. I keep forgetting its there.

Attended a graduation ceremony at the Lakeland Inn, the meal that was prepared by the staff was excellent, the servers were very friendly. This is not the first time that I've attended a function here; the service and meals have always been top notch.

The food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there for a meal.

Location is convenient. The variety on the menu is of moderate variety, however, the prices are quite high for what you are getting. Taste was average.

Had lunch at the cafe/restaurant. They had a nice lunch special which included, soup, a Chicken Cesar wrap, onion rings, and a desert for less than $12. Great deal and didn't have to wait long for my meal. Atmosphere seems a little dated however.

Sound insulation is horrible. I can hear my neighbours having a conversation and they aren't even talking loud. Its really that bad. I will not stay here again. If that doesn't bother you, great — the beds are decent and the room comes with a complimentary breakfast.

Room was gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. Amazing water pressure. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great… my only complaint would be the pan fried potatoes were way to big… need to be cut alot smaller… otherwise I highly recommend it.
