I always stay at Holiday Inn hotels and recently had a bad experience. I was approached by the manager of this hotel and my brother and I were accused of not being hotel guests when having breakfast at the free hot breakfast for guests in the lobby. Gave the manager my info when she asked and she never returned to our table to apologize. Emailed corporate and the hotel directly providing details of our experience and still yet to hear back. Would not recommend to stay here because of how we were treated.

Amazing experience. Very attentive staff and close to all amenities. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Cold Lake.

We stayed in a single queen bed room. It has an apartment size fridge, microwave, cupboards, personal safe, iron, ironing board, table for two, office desk, tv, alarm clock, good size bathroom, opaque screen and blackout screen. The room is very clean. The bathroom is really nice and clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were amazing. The cleaning staff also were very friendly and did a great job cleaning the room. The morning hot breakfast is much better than a continental breakfast. There were hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, pancakes, pork sausage, bagels, pancakes, egg and cheese omelet, pastry, muffins, assorted fruit juices, coffee and milk. The exercise room has a decent amount of equipment and has windows on most sides so it is very well lit. The pool is decent size (3 ft 3" at shallow end and a bit over 4 ft 6" at the deep end. No diving allowed. Pool is not heated, water is cold until you acclimate. The hot tub is 2 ft 10" deep but is very large around 18 people can sit. Really enjoyed our stay, this will be the place we stay every time we come to town. I.

Building was fairly new, but quite modern interior. Location was PERFECT for the airshow. No smoking, so Ideal for families, and a medium sized pool with a small hot tub.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, breakfast is standard from. Holiday inn, pools seems nice, and an alright exercise room. Can't really ask for much more.

This place has incredible staff. Especially the girl with really long light brown/dark blonde hair, she wears it in a ponytail. She was fantastic on all of our stays. I wish I could remember her name. I hope she sees this. If you know who I am talking about please show her how much she was appreciated by my family.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and very well maintained hotel. Good layout for breakfast meal. Whenever I travel to Cold Lake for business, (8-10) times a year I stay here.

Rooms are very nice, clean and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast was terrible, just head to the nearest timhortons or McDonald's fur breakfast.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating! the room we stayed in was super clean, never said this for a hotel before! free bfast, free parking, 24/7 mini gym, pool, 24/7 coffee/tea. Super recommend this place!

Service was great, initially received a not so clean room but the staff quickly moved us into another room no problem.

Thank you to the wonderful staff. This was the perfect location for my creative escape craft retreat. The service was great, the building, rooms, pool area and conference room were immaculate, all of my customers were impressed and a fun weekend was had by all. I've already booked two more retreat dates and can't wait to come back.

Nice hotel with zero guests. The place is empty but my room is clean so I can't complain. Comfortable beds and the fridge smells like sausage. Access to the hotel is weird because you have to take a service road. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or eat the free breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Brand new! Best part about this hotel is the manager Herbert. First class service. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
