The Staff was very friendly.

Very cozy place in the heart of Vienna. Clean, quiet, delicious breakfasts, polite staff and a very beautiful building with antique Elevator.

Very good location, friendly and courteous staff. The reception is only manned from 8am to 3pm. The rooms are very clean and spacious (also for three people). Plumbing is clean and large. Breakfast is recommended — appealing selection, is taken in the room. Is something else. The pension is definitely highly recommended.

After researching reviews, I'm so much looking forward to be in A und A. Family running hotel and free allergic beddings are the very advantages as well as its location of this hotel. Really bored to sit on train seats~ :)

I like this hotel when I come in Wien. The elevator is cool, room is enough big for me and the location is awesome. I accept the check in could be stressful if you arrive late but they give us their cell phone in case of. I already made a check in at 11pm. It works :).

Beautiful hotel with very modern rooms and a full tub in our rooms. After two weeks of travel the beds here were heavenly. Ours has a memory foam topper and is extremely comfortable. Great location near the museums and parks. And they have AC! I personally like having breakfast in our room on the little breakfast bar on the end of the bed.

Stay in may, 2014, 2 people, 4 nights > 50 years Location of the Pension top, there is nothing to say. Room no-go, why — > bed just 1.2 m wide with a superimposed 1.3 cm mattress does not make it better, so what needs to be declared! For 2 people is not easy so ok, each contact must be in place (i. E. You have to really be awake), so that the other is not equal vanishes. Air conditioning is on but it was turned off, much too hot in the night. Breakfast: Breakfast must be in the space. As far as it went but still ok, except it is missing the coffee/tea that you have in-room cooking. (the cook yourself in such a small room with little Foundation — it would be little effort, a small coffee stand), Starbucks is only 50m away. Bathroom: the bathroom if large enough, a bathtub is much too large, for showers rather impractical (why such a small room, a large bathtub have it is a lot of ecological simply a clean shower to show for it. A shower on a rounded Wannenseite with a shower faucet from the cheap hardware store is not the best. Cleanliness: ok, as much cheaper laminate flooring clean can be. Bad as far as clean. General: it has been renovated and has tried a couple of "IKEA" like objects in the room, but the architect was more of an apprentice, Bsp. 1 the place is in the bathroom used improperly (room layout, oversized bathtub, it has space in the room but not on/in the basin where things used to be). The place would be in the room, however, urgently necessary to Bsp.

Small rooms, uncomfortable pillows, rude owner and above all we had to take our breakfast on a tray in our room. When we complained that we were not told about that from the beginning they tried to convince us that it was clear on the internet that breakfast is served in the room. They forgot to add the world "only" in the room. How would be possible for 3 people to eat in a room on a very small table. When we asked them to refund the money from the breakfast, we had to speak to the owner who was a very rude lady with no manners at all and very sarcastic. Apparently these people they don't need new clients. Not only that, the hotel was on the 2nd floor of another building and not a separate building which took us sometime until we realize it and find it. Don't go there if you want to enjoy yourself.

We had a very bad experience with this pension. The reception is occupied only till 5pm. So we arranged check in between 10-11pm and it was said to us they will be waiting from 9pm. However at 9:55pm nobody was there and when we called on the number, all we got was only full of lies that they're on the way. After more than half an hour of waiting with our luggage on the street after long journey, a boy came with almost no english, said sorry that it's not his fault and that we cannot throw anything in a toilet. Room was horribly small, so we went on the reception in the morning and asked for the upgrade for what happened last night, but Monika at the reception, told us we're paying for the small room so she cannot give us a bigger room, and 1000more excuses, all she can was give us max 20e, or then she would recommend to leave. We were shocked with unprofessional dealing with us, even a small benefit would make our trip nice again, but her attitude ruined our whole trip, since she totally didn't care about customer satisfaction. So we rather left with the worst traveling experience ever. The only + was the location, but for us did't matter after all.
