We just had a wonderful stay here. The room was quite nice and very clean. The location is perfect close to stephanplatz and karlsplatz. The reception employees were very friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from.
The only inconvenient was the remodelling of the square in front of the hotel.

Europa was friendly small but perfect little room amazing breakfast and nice staff … not so much in the sister-hotel Astoria.

WARNING: If you are about to make a reservation at this hotel, please take a few seconds to read about what happened to my family inside its facilities. We are left with this unique means to claim and prevent this from happening to other guests, we do not know what else we can do. ALL the money they had in the "SAFETY BOX" HAS BEEN STOLEN! As you read, all the security that the hotel itself provides by offering you its own safety deposit box as a service to "feel" at ease was avoided by simply forcing the door of the room with a pry bar and "magically" opening the safety deposit box. What did the Hotel do about this unfortunate event? NOTHING. It is worth mentioning that the corresponding report to the police was made (if someone is interested I can give you the number of the report), but even so, the people of the hotel disassociated themselves from all responsibility. The fact was clear: somebody broke into the room (as it was verified by the police) and stole the money count on to continue their vacation. What about the CCTV footages? What a pity! In the hallway they happen to have no cameras and cannot corroborate who entered or left the room. Needless to say, the hotel IS RESPONSIBLE for the theft. Only people with access cards may enter the elevator. You check into a four-star hotel to make sure these things don't happen, but they do. And this is not only about money, they've spoiled my family's vacations.

Great hotel location right near the Stephanplatz, shopping and restaurants. Nice room and comfy accomodations with air conditioning. My only criticism is the room service menue was lacking in options.

The hotel confirmed all expectations. The rooms are comfortable, air conditioning is present, which is important for summer. Breakfasts are great. And what else does a tourist need in a place like Vena.

Very modern and great style. I really like the executive rooms, renovated and very spacious. They have a great idea how to prepare and present their breakfast but as far as I know all austria trend hotels have refreshed the way to offer unique, local and organic products at the buffet. The hotel itself does not have a garage but the friendly hotel staff will help you with that, because you will need good suggestions, as it is a perfect location in Vienna, next to the shopping area.

Nice hotel in the center of Vienna. The size of the rooms and shower is certainly less than in a similar hotel in the city of Graz, but also clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Were (unfortunately) only one night here… very friendly, competent staff! Clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful, tasteful ambiance, modern and aesthetically furnished! Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and leaves nothing to be desired! We can only recommend the hotel to anyone, not least because of the brilliant location really in the middle of Vienna! In this sense, gladly again!

Were "only" in the hotel bar which is highly recommended.

Loved my stay there this past October 2017. Excellent location, friendly wonderful staff, beautiful room and views. The breakfast was wonderful! The bar tender, who's name I have forgotten is a delight to spend time with and I hope he has saved enough for his hair! ;) (You would have had to talk with him to get that joke. ) All and all a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it as the best hotel in Wien!

It's a very convenient location, but the hotel is just okay. Not very comfortable and plain bedroom decorations. The bathroom was the lowlight for us, the door won't even properly close. If you are staying just one night and there is a deal, go for it.

Nice place. Surrounded by cafes and food market. But shower room is too small and can be harmful for elderly.

Right In the center. A stone's throw from everything, including the Metro. Bright wide rooms with modern bathrooms and orthopedic beds. Fantastic.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. It's quite warm in Vienna and it was very comfortable that there was air conditioning in the room. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful with tourist information.

5 minute walk to the city centre, 2 min to state Opera. Excellent location. Very close to pedestrians walking area, supermarket near by. The receptionist Marion and Nicole are friendly and helpful, also the other staff in the hotel. Keep on guys! Breakfast start from 6:30 to 10:30, foods are good.

An amazing hotel. I am pretty sure it's this one I went to over a year ago. I received an upgrade for free and the room was a very nice almost suite. The bathroom extremely clean and furnished with a modern new and exquisite look. The design of the room was trendy and the room was taller than the entrance as you had to climb about two stairs to exist. The door was very secure and what I loved about this hotel is that it had an independent lock on the inside with tamper protection. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the hotel is downtown near Stephanplatz one of the best places to be in downtown Vienna. There is a beautiful Japanesse restaurant nearby. The hotel is one of the best I have ever been to. It has a cozy, artsy, trendy, comfortable, modern design with some interesting paintings and is in one of the best places in Vienna.

This is our 3rd visit and we love this place, we were upgraded to a bigger room, very comfortable and bed and pillows as good as at home.
All the staff very friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble.
Can't wish for a better area, close to all the famous tourist places.

Nice hotel inside the city center!

Excellent location. 2 min. Walk to the central underground station. The pedestrian street can be noisy at night, so ask for the opposite side of the hotel and/or on a high floor. The AC is a little weak. Good, clean, large (by european standards) rooms. Nice and helpful staff.

Best place to stay in Vienna.

Good city — hotel with an ideal location to explore the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Not barrier-free.

Good Hotel in a very Central City location. Friendly Staff. I have allergies and can't sleep in rooms with carpeted floor. I asked for a room with a parquet/laminate floor and an Executive room without extra price. In Spite Of Holiday Time!

This hotel is well located about midway between Stephansdom and the Hofburg area. The Stephansplatz metro station is nearby for easy transport throughout the city. Also nearby are numerous shops, restaurants, ATMs, and grocery stores. Valet parking is a bit pricey but seems to be consistent with the costs of other parking options in the city. We didn't try the hotel's restaurant or buffet breakfast, choosing instead to visit other nearby options. Our room was spacious and clean. It looked out over the busy Karntnerstrasse on the back side of the hotel. Might be a little loud in the summer. The room contained all advertised amenities, although we found it a bit odd that it didn't include coffee/tea making facilities. The room had modern furniture & fixtures, also AC (which didn't work very well) and good Wi-Fi. Lots of closet and storage space.

One night only. It was enough. There was a construction site over the street. They worked all night long. No sleep. Old windows let noise in 100%. Breakfast is average.

I was very disappointed with the "Wiener Früstuck" of this coffee.
For a pretty cheap price (5, 90 euros) We were served a discreet melange, a boiled egg, butter, Nutella and jam (in a little limited quantity), a little bread and-here come the pains-the hideous "Pariser" Viennese, that is the "brioche" that We mean us.
In any bakery in Vienna you will find the best parisers or croissants of these: small, dry, clearly singed from excessive cooking, probably even old. After trying to taste them, we basically refused to go ahead and we, a little polemically, left there. I would have preferred to pay a couple of euros more but to have at least decent croissants.
But no.
But it doesn't end here.
At the time of paying the waitress, in a rough English, she makes us notice — with a remarkable elegance I must say, that I would not have expected in a room in the centre of Vienna — that "La Mancha is not included"!
We were open-mouthed: But how, after a less than mediocre breakfast I also ask for a tip?
Obviously we refused to leave her and we actually pointed out the parisers were either old or otherwise very bad.
His answer was "No, they're cool, they're good and we do it ourselves every morning. " Admitting that they were therefore fresh — which I doubt — were surely and clearly burnt.
