Really great experience with hotel. Check-in was simple. Pleasant front desk depending upon who's there. The room was quite and comfortable. We were on the top floor. Everything was super clean. I know people don't give enough information when it comes to the room which can be important. The toilet is separate from the sink/bath/shower which is convenient for two travelers. There is all the amenities at least for me. Blow dryer in bath room. Safe and refrigerator in room. Coffee/tea hot water kettle. The pillows were a little flat so asked for another one. Breakfast in the morning was plenty enough to pick from. I personally don't know when people complain about it. How much do you need and how much variety do they eat normally in the morning when at home? They even has champagne if you wanted mimosas every morning. There is always fresh apples and lemon water in the lobby plus every morning had fresh fruit… banana. Peaches. Plums… etc Service was always friendly. Neighborhood is convenient getting to all the tourstist site that is walkable. Vienna is very walkable. Tram/subway is also a short walk. For LGBT you have a two bars practically next door and one across the street. Only knock was had asked hotel to arrange airport pickup upon arrival. They said they would but then never got back to us. We ended up taking a cab which was fine. There was a cab queue and all were reputable so didn't worry about getting ripped off.

We visited the beautiful Vienna for short two nights (wish it was longer). Best of this hotel is it’s cleanliness, nice small touches like chocolates on pillows, perfect location right in the center of the city, plus it’s 5-6 minutes away from the nearest metro station. Wi-Fi is good. Very nice bathroom, shower. … In case you are wondering about views from your hotel room, they are limited to the building across the street. Vienna buildings are beautiful to look at, so it’s not a downside by any means. … Best sleep I had during my week’s stay in Europe.

Stayed for a single night. We arrived in the early afternoon and were given an upgrade to a junior suite. The hotel is nice and the facilities were ideal for what we needed with tea and coffee in the room. The location is ideal for exploring Vienna as it is a short walk to the main square or to the nearest U station. There's also a stop for the city buses about 200m away. There's currently some building work going on along and across the street but this didn't affect our stay at all.

The hotel has very good location in the central part of Vienna, there is a parking lot nearby and the subway is close too. Room was very comfortable and spacious with modern style furniture, lots of mirrors, all kinds of appliances, maybe the only thing missing was great view from the window, but you can't have it all. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and the service was excellent. Also in the lobby there is dedicated place for reading and relax.

Hotel Tigra is a great place to stay while in Vienna. It is right in the city center. The hotel space is cosy and lovely designed and friendly staff provides excellent service. Breakfast they offer is quite memorable. Would love to return back.

Clean and pleasant. Too bad it is close to a building under construction, with opening yard before 7 in the morning.

Hotel Das Tigra was able to get us two rooms with extremely short notice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the noise from outside.

Remarkably located in the heart of the historic District of Vienna, the hotel is very comfortable and has an agreement with the public parking located very close (3MN). The staff are very welcoming and the rooms have all the comfort and luxury necessary. Breakfast.

The hotel very modern and feels pretty new. the breakfast was pretty good for Europe. the costumer service was amazing! the only minus is that the Wi-Fi signal is always loose : (

Nice small boutique hotel in the inner City of vienna. Reception been very friendly and helped straight away with a early arrival request. Rooms are ok but a nothing fancy, a bit oldish — not good light —, New very nice bathroom though. Breakfast is quite good with several options.

Quiet but close to centre. Good accomodation comfortable bed good lighting. Plenty of hot water. Over bath shower excellent. Good variety at breakfast porcelain teapot with good spout!. Friendly staff. Bonus earplugs I room and Apples in foyer.

Very centrally located hotel in the first district of Vienna. From here everything is within walking distance: The Hofburg, St. Stephen's Cathedral, all shopping facilities, pharmacies, doctors, etc…
The breakfast buffet is adequate and so far delicious.
The staff is friendly, the reception is 24/7 reachable and also helps with all questions quickly and reliably.
However, there is no on-site restaurant available. This does not bother us, however, as there are dozens of cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Our booked suite is clean, spacious and practically equipped.
The wireless internet is available everywhere and free of charge.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to the main shopping area. Tram stops and train station within a ten minute walk. Hotel staff polite and very accommodating. Our bedroom was clean with a very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast extensive and more than adequate. Excellent value for money.

Very nice room. Good breakfast buffet. However, without any views and with open windows until late in the night due to various bars relatively noisy. Thanks to the central location, many sights are easily accessible.

Price/performance 1a, small well run house which is only recommended. Top.

Excellent Hotel. It is not very large, is in The Centre of Vienna, it is modern, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very complete. I would say again…

Great location. You can visit almost everything on foot. Very close to important monuments. The room is wide and clean. And at the reception there is at least one employee who speaks perfect English and very friendly. Breakfast ok but nothing special. I would repeat without doubt.

Hotel Das Tigra is a quiet sophisticated retreat, located near the heart of the city of Vienna. The rooms are styled in voque of Mozart's, spacious and comfortable with rooms looking out onto the classic Vien street scape. The hotel provides all necessary amenities expected of a modern facility.

Nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms, great location in downtown, good restaurants in vicinity. Be aware of construction across the street.

Nice small Boutique Hotel, perfectly situated in the Heart of Distrct one. 10 mins walk from the Stefensplaz one way and the Central Cafe, Hofburg and Spanish Riding School the other way. Friendly staff, very comfortable well maintained and clean throughout and a good Breafast choice. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it would be our Hotel of choice next time we are in Vienna and would have no hesitation recommending thus Hotel to anyone.

We were in this hotel in June 2015. Excellent rooms, super clean, rich breakfast, and above all, the staff very attentive. If I return to Vienna I probably go back to hosting here.

Here, the value for money. Good room, very nice new bathroom with rain shower. TipTop breakfast, super location, just 5 minutes to the subway in the middle of the old town, and not according to. To recommend, we come back in any case.

Very helpful front desk staff and within walking distance of tons of attractions. The rooms were very clean and well kept, they look like they had been renovated very recently, especially the bathrooms. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We just left Wien. We booked online and everything is as was stated. The room was good, breakfast filling and the location and proximity to inner city sites was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and arranged for tickets to the Opera house and a trip down the Donau (Danube in English). They helped with last minute requests including transit information. The fitness club, although 1st class is too expensive for a quick work, out so just do more walking or jogging. If you need extra water snacks or confectionery there are many stores nearby. Note they are all closed on Sunday! My father was born and raised here so it was a great experience to retrace his youth. We will come back.
