Shower was running fine at comfortable temperature. Suddenly ran very hot, as I tried to escape being scalded I slipped and fell. We have 6 rooms booked here and others say the same.
Toe looks like it’s broken along with bad bruising up right side of my body, reported to reception. Will speak again in the morning.

Good hotel, nice garden views. Breakfast is excellent and only single room is small and shower cabin too small. Location is ok.

This hotel was very tidy and the staff very competent and friendly. My room was in top condition and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious. Was very satisfied and it is only recommended to experience in this hotel the stay in Salzburg.

Very nice, very modern. I hope I'm not damning with faint praise when I say this felt like staying at a Mariott in the US. The building was well laid out with lots of spacious rooms overlooking nicely manicured grounds. In order to achieve this they had to be a few blocks on the far side of the train station, such that every time I returned I felt like "It should be here? Oh wait no, another 2 blocks". But that's hardly bad, especially if you prefer a more suburban setting as I do. It was only a short walk to that station, and from there buses to anywhere in the city. The attention to detail was top-notch. Solidly the best breakfast of the 4 places I stayed on my trip. (See attached picture for an incomplete example. I ate well. ) Refrigerator available on request. Excellent Wi-Fi. Clean comfortable room. Nice looking restaurant downstairs although I didn't eat there because I didn't travel to Austria to eat Italian food. Also you can buy a Salzburg card right at the front desk for all-in-one bus transport and admittance, which was convenient and a savings. The only real downside I had is that the walls are pretty thin. It's not a youth hostel type of place and not downtown, so there weren't late night parties or anything to be disruptive. But I did literally hear someone snoring next door. Hardly a dealbreaker but it did surprise me. Were I to stay in Salzburg again I might experiment with a different location just to see. But I'd also be happy to repeat here.

Nice hotel close to Salzburg railway station with an easy 30 minute walk into the old town. Breakfast is good with a large variety on offer. Vegan pate was particularly wonderful. Nice bar and large garden. Only needs a pool to be perfect.

Quiet and well-located hotel with a large park. The hotel has large spacious rooms. These are equipped with air conditioning. Rooms also have a balcony. Sauna and gym are available. The hotel has several seminar rooms and a large banquet hall. It also includes a restaurant. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the centre. The train station is nearby, from there there are also bus services in all directions.
The hotel has plenty of parking spaces. The staff are very friendly. A great and extensive breakfast buffet. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is a bit small. All together highly recommended.

Everything as expected: friendly service, quiet location and very good breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms are not very large for the price compared to other hotels.

Was only one night there — very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast has also fitted. Nice people and top service.

The hotel is like 4 star, but the breakfast is quite simple — the offer is not big — not red fish or other fish products at all. Rooms also okey, but no bath in Superior room. Shower cabin is quite small for stronger and bigger people. Good are the rooms balconies — dogs liked those very much. Nice green area in hotel back to walk with dogs. Room price is very expensive compare with room conditions — needs some painting work and refreshment.

Food is very good. Large selection of beers plus beer specialties. Smoking area available. You should reserve in advance.

We stayed for one night at park hotel. Booked two rooms as we are a family of four. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming the rooms were clean with good free Wi Fi, air conditioner, a water boiler and coffee cups and even a tablet. They left candies on the pillow which was cute the garden view was good. The breakfast was great they offered a wide variety of well served & healthy options. If you are planning to book the sound of music tour you can ask the front disk for tickets also they provide a shuttle to the tour bus location but you should find your own way back to the hotel (car or walking). I used their free parking, the hotel is in a very good location.

Gem. Friendly staff, sweet little balcony overlooking secluded garden. Good breakfast. I really liked some of the art on the walls.

We loved our stay at the Parkhotel Brunauer Salzburg. Easy walk from the main railway station, and so easy to get around Salzburg from there. The reception staff were first class and could not have been more helpful. Very good restaurant at the hotel for meals and excellent breakfast provided.

A super-equipped business hotel with super cuisine and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

According to Internet reviews and the 4 stars I've hoped for much
However, there were many minus points.
1. No functioning ventilation in the room toilet.
2. Sauna was broken the whole day through.
3. No appearance of a bowling alley which was described on the Internet.
4. The food in the House restaurant unfit for human consumption. (Spaghetti with tomato sauce were 4 spoon pasta in a tomato soup not definable soaked without spices)
5. Location not ideal for women because it is necessary to the old town by a not very pleasant neighbourhood.
6. The TV in the room very small and far away from the bed (people with Seheinschrenkung have problems to watch the TV program without glasses)
There were 7 with booked Mozart balls which supposedly is there to leave, no.

We are as always much to peace. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room clean, with balcony and view to the hotel garden. The cuisine is very tasty.
There are many parking spaces right at the resort and it has good connections to the public transport network.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel and sightseeing of Salzburg. Services of staff members are very good and kind. Room is clean and comfortable. A wide variety of breakfast is good. Location is very convenience. It takes about only 5 minutes to Sbg. Hbf on foot. I want to use if I visit Salzbrug again.

Hotel is situated very close to Salzburgs city centre. We used bicycles and needed just 5minutes. Parking place was adequate and clean and offered feeling of safety. Room had balcony, was big enouph and very clean. Big clean bathroom. Breakfast was perfect too. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to offer assistance and information. Wifi reception was good too and at good speed. The room was quiet, no noises or disturbances from the inside or the outside of the hotel. Can only recomend.

I can the Hotel, with its Park, and the extremely nice, friendly and competent staff only recommend. Especially the Director of the hotel is very to its guests sought and fulfilled all our wishes. Unfortunately, I was only 1 night in the Hotel. The next time I'll stay longer.

My wife and I visited 7 european countries in July 2014. By far, Best Western Plus Parkhotel Brunauer was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. The Staff was amazing from the moment we stepped our feet in the lobby. The room, the restaurant and the garden were simply fantastic. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Good hotel for a short stay; rooms are reasonably sized given the prize; restaurant provides very good pizzas; very friendly staff; better airconditioning would make it even better.

+ Points, very accommodating and helpful staff, very good breakfast, food well priced in restaurants, room and bathroom very clean. — Points, standard rooms on small size, no air conditioning, no fridge in room but is available on request. Would book again but would upgrade to larger room.

I really enjoyed the days in the hotel even though I needed the emergency services by a sudden attack of pain. Very friendly gentleman in the reception helped me with advice and compassion. On the remaining days, I could fully enjoy ambiance, food and service. Due to the convenient location, I'll choose this hotel during my next visit to Salzburg.

Quiet hotel. With a good location. Very contact staff. The room was very clean. Excellent restaurant with great desserts. There were no problems. Recommend.

As always good. The room I simply lack a refrigerator. At Breakfast I would like a Leberaufstrich and a basic muesli without additives, that are quibbles, of course, but then that would be the deal for me perfectly. In the gym would be a 2nd wheel to recommend that a was continuously occupied. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Hotel has for me, as Zugreisender, a great location and the Park helps incredibly in the "Down".
