The attention of the staff is impeccable, especially the receptionist Mr. Mayer, whom I thank for his agility and his good disposition with the guests … for the little I paid, I didn't expect to get such a good service… I was surprised.

Good price for good location and comfortable hostel.

Very clean, spacious rooms
great employees and experience.

Close to the train station which was ideal. Short walk to get to places. People worked at reception were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

For one or two nights ok and certainly longer for young people. Value for money good. I was annoyed that I booked a parking space and was accused of not being right. Good thing I had access to the chat conversation!

We caught a clean room
Unfortunately, the mattresses are felt hard like stone.
The location is great. We didn't get any more space in the underground car park. Have parked behind the hotel in The Contipark. Here you pay 10€/24 h instead of the TG from the hotel 15€/24 h.
What was unfortunately an absolute no go was that despite the signs everywhere at breakfast hardly anyone adhered to the masks and glove duty.
The service staff did not admonish anyone.
We definitely should have been more behind here!
All in all for the money but all right.

Poor Service. TV didn't work, didn't care. Additional costs. Curls with a lot, although not everything works, not everything is there, and the Buffet is rather poor. You realize, you should rather pay a lot for little performance. To not recommend!

No responsibility. No Service. Let's start with the price. When I 1000€ (with hidden payment on check-in) for two weeks I expect service, at least. Price not relevant. Ordered twin-room and got checked in the 4-people room. Nice. Just perfect. I pre-paid 1 month before and you guys received money immediately, and as a result, you don't have this room for me. Don't tell me that we were living alone there. The room has way less space with this 2-level bed. My food got stolen from the fridge. "We can't help you", "We don't have access to the camera". Okay, so I am paying 1000 for feeding someone else for free.
And one time the thief just opened the box and put it back (maybe he doesn't like noodles). Sad. Housekeepers not doing their job at all. We haven't got a clean floor (room floor) for 1 week. All they are doing is stealing dirty towels, because they aren't leaving you the new one, and taking the trash out. So after work, I have to come and search for a new towel. We asked to clean the room floor. Nothing. The next day with screams and psycho-speaking we got cleaning, and even after that, they not cleaned after the table and beds. Placement is bad. Completely smokers air near the Bahnhof and a lot of homeless.
I think it's for 1 night and getting out of here. Booking no.

Very close from the train station and easy to reach. Friendly reception, clean and beautiful and above all practical rooms.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good each morning. The girls at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!
