Fantastic resort right in the middle of Broadbeach.

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to the lovely restaurant’s. The beach is across the road and the markets are on every second weekend. You get the best price by ringing direct.

Amazing hotel/resort, great location, convenient…

We had a fantastic stay here, the location is perfect and there is so much within walking distance from the resort. Our room was great and the staff were all so lovely and accommodating. The pool and spa are also great! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is close to beach and restaurants, shops and Light Rail. Friendly and good facilities. Loved the view from balconey to beach. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Currently in the wrong room we paid for. Paid for a 2 bedroom superior but were given just a 2 bedroom. Told by customer service on phone they can’t do anything and this will be our room. Asked for a 2nd key as there is 4 adults. Also told they can’t do anything because reception closes at 12pm. If your check in is at 2pm how is anyone going to sort anything at an already closed reception. When asked how people would receive keys if they are to check in today. She said nothing is available. But all rooms are available. Also have stains on the bed cover. But probably wouldn’t be able to do anything until tomorrow…

Been staying there every Blues festival for the last 12 years… great position and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Broadbeach Pacific Resort! The staff is welcoming and effective. The hotel is conveniently situated: a short stroll of the Kurrawa beach, close to the oasis center and nearby the tram station. We enjoyed the heated pool and the spa after a long day walking in Pacific Fair. This hotel is a great value for money.

Loved the location close to Oasis shopping centre and great restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful the only negative thing was that previously people had smoked in the apartment. The stench was very strong and very unpleasant. Next time need to make sure it's a non smoking apartment.

Great reception staff Liz & Rod nothing seemed too much trouble. Had a great room, clean and views to die for. The location is unbeatable, restaurants cafes so close.

Cosy, great location and wonderful price! Clean and staff was so friendly and welcoming. Parking was secure, always a bonus! Pool was lovely. Will be back again! Some noise but it's the Gold Coast and it's noisy.

If you want a four star resort at three star prices then Pacific Resort is the place for you. Although some might consider the complex to be outdated, it nevertheless has everything anyone would need. Perfect location, beach views, pool and spa. Units are clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi included. If value for money is more important to you than prestige, Pacific Resort will not disappoint.

The apartment I stayed in was clean and tidy with plenty of views of city and Beach. The building has about 15 floors with about 2 large apartments in each floor.

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and tidy. May be a little bit older but they are clean. Staff are great and look after you as nothing seems a drama here. Close to everything but sometimes can be a little noisy on a weekend but usually only there for a couple of nights so we put up with it. Only thing I would love to see is some new beds for comfort otherwise it is good.

Great location, lovely room, clean and tidy. Loved the views, one slight problem the mattress was to soft but that is just personal choice over all so close to dining and entertainment definitely coming back Loved it!

Good clean place to stay 100m to beach, resturants, shops and supermarket. Heated pool and hot tub as well good views of the beach and local area.

The room is well sized and all the needed equipment is there, big balcony with nice view of the beach, I was on the 6th floor, and quiet. Bed was fine and nice bathroom but with a low ceiling. Great views and a ton of restaurants, convenience stores and fast food places. Close to the beach and mall. All in all, not bad. I was there for the Gold Coast comic con and everything was within walking distance.

Went there smoke alarm went off for no reason, had to be replaced aswell as fan was broken. Ciggarette bud in the pool, security was bad.
