⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a Fantastic stay at the ‘Beach Haven’ Broadbeach and I cannot recommend the resort high enough.
What an amazing place, perfect location, gorgeous clean spacious apartments, amazing views, fantastic facilities second to none, and the friendliest staff around. Brenda at the front desk is the nicest most helpful staff member I’ve ever booked a room with, a true example of excellent hospitality! Without a doubt one of the best resorts on the Gold Coast.

Fantastic location, facilities and amazing staff. This property is my favourite on the coast. You don't need a car as everything you need is within walking distance. It is undergoing a major facelift. Love this place and can't recommend it enough.

Just a lovely place to be very handy to restaurants and shops and beach.

Our spur of the moment wk end away worked out well! The room was lovely, however, will try and get an A or B room next time for more views of the beach. Oh & we didn’t have a credit card, only debit, so we were asked to pay $500 cash security bond.

Beautiful suites with fantastic views across the whole area. Lovely pools and hot tub. Location perfect for getting around and shops nearby.

I lived here for almost a year and the staff are always on to it.

Last day of our honeymoon and annoyed that we are been booted from our lovely room because of the hotels error. Really annoyed and disappointed just because we are guests of the owner and not the hotel they are doing this. The Gerneral Manget thought it was okay to yell at me over the phine. Will take alot for us to come back.

Excellent spacious 2 bedroom room on 29th floor overlooking broadbeach will be returning soon 5 star stay.

Up on the 31st floor in a penthouse, the views are awesome. Lots of room in the apartment.

Paid a fortune for the room, it smells it is so outdated and definitely DOES NOT REPRESENT the photos on their website or booking. Com fans are not working floors are stained. It boasts updated rooms but they clearly are not. Maybe a manager should actually be on site during a busy period to handle situations that arise.

Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. Stunning views and impeccable customer service from the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Superior ocean view room was memorable and we will unequivocally return on a regular basis in the future.

Just arrived and it is perfect, spotlessly clean, looking straight out to the beach. Reception staff super polite and helpful. I have stayed here before and will always return. 3 pools one heated, Spa, Steam room and tennis. Walk to the beach perfect position.

Stayed on level 30. Balcony pretty much gave us views of everywhere… was amazing. Alittle outdated inside. But didn't dissapoint. Kids loved it. Pool water could have been alittle warmer.

We stayed 4 nights for the Gold Coast marathon. The location is fantastic plenty of restaurants and close to the tram and beaches. The unit is very sad thou. Very dated and in urgent need of TLC The fridge looks like it has been picked up off the street and the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry are stuck in the 70s. If you book make sure you don’t get 2c. We would stop again because of the location but we would ask for a renovated apartment next time.

Love this place keep coming back. Great view close to everything and apartment we stay in is lovely.

I won this trip, and will gladly return as a paying customer. We had an Ocean View 2bedroom apartment. Modern, unbeatable views, beach front, Foxtel, Wi-Fi, surround sound system, two huge balconies. Even a spa bath. I just can’t say how impressed I was. A 5 min walk to Oasis, Broadbeach Mall, Casino… Indoor & outdoor spa. Just amazing. Next time it’ll be more than two nights.

Highly rate the beach haven so central to everything including shops surf club tavern and casino all within 3 mins walk 8 to the casino. Lovely clean apartments with awesome friendly staff. This is my 7th time here and wouldnt go anywhere else for value and view.

We had a big unit that was well appointed with beautiful beach views. Make sure you are up early to see the sunrise. Its wonderful. Great location. Beach Haven has everything. Great staff, they are generous with towels and pillows, the beds and lounge are very comfortable. Cant wait till we come back!

We just had our trip to Gold coast and what a beautiful place to stay home away from our own home. Staff are very polite and helpful. We want to go again and again to ULTIQA… Thank you for being awesome.

Was under construction/renovation. Outdated decor and fittings. Small bathrooms, and the TV didnt work correctly.

Very spacious, but dusty conditions or AC caused allergies to flare up and 1/3 of our access cards didn't work on the first night.

Suggest staying in a B unit for great breezes and a balcony without much wind. We stayed in 19B and it is great. Comfy beds, big TVs and modern. Had friends stay in others — best by far. Will be requesting it next time.

Beautiful, clean, modern. The most helpful staff. Only a few meters walk to the beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants and parks. Facilities GALORE!

Nice large apartment straight across the road from the beach next to all the shopping restaurants great location 3 pools good property.

My friend and I stayed here back in November and everything was amazing! Clean rooms, amazing views, endless amenities, walking distance to beach and great restaurants and the most friendly helpful staff I've ever seen when traveling. They went above and beyond for us and we didn't even have to ask. I would highly recommend ultiqua beach haven to anyone wishing to go on holiday on the Gold Coast! It honestly deserves more than 5 stars!

Organised a HK school reunion in the GC in March. Had a number of rooms there. The manager and staff were fabulous and very friendly. Our room with ocean view was great. Highly recommended as it is nesr to everything.

I loved staying at this hotel it was a great experience and a great view!

Ultiqa Beach Haven has been well refurbished and is in a top location for beach holidays or access to the convention center.
Great restaurants within 2mins walk, light rail station 4mins walk.
Great spot… very freindly staff.

Awful, dirty apartment. Utilities not working and privacy breached numerous times despite "do not disturb" button being pushed. Items moved around rooms while not there. Very creepy.

We stayed five nights in a beach front apartment. Fantastic modern room. The room was great couldn't fault it. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Stayed here for the 2nd year running. LOVE this place. The staff are fantastic the rooms always clean and spacious. Have had 2 amazing holidays here and would seriously recommend to anyone. It's my favourite place to stay and can only wish I win Tatts so I can buy a place of my own in Broadbeach. ❤️

Amazing views, clean and well presented rooms. Great amenities, two outdoor pools, as well as another indoor pool with spa and steam room. Fantastic.

Room are small and inadequate. Regret staying.

It was very old apartment, works will be done to the pool, which was just below my room one morning at 06:00 began work they, tomorrow was what a joke, still out and these 2 workers wore outside you could them here as they were next to you, on another night I was at the spa and I could all here next to me was the Jack hammering of the pool, just a few days, pretty disappointing actually was not very relaxing.

Have just stayed in a newly renovated apartment number 15A at Beach Haven, right on the beach at Broadbeach. The views from the living areas are fantastic — sweeping 270 degrees up and down the coast. Beautifully presented kitchen, modern bathrooms, all new furniture and really comfortable new beds. Walking distance to cafes, supermarket and more importantly the beach is just across the road. Would recommend for your next stay at the Gold Coast. We had a great time.
