I just love staying at this place as the staff are absolutely amazing and always come back here as they have an amazing restaurant right next door and the rooms are so clean with everything laid. Out for you Thank you ❤️

Great Location and a WI-FI connection excellent, Needs free bottle water, Brief note or information needed from guest, and if provided restaurant for guests in the hotel, rather not to go out for breakfast and dinner outside from the hotel.

Disappointing hotel in serious need of refurbishment, as run down. Basics such as lose tiolet seat, hygiene questionable, one drinking glass for double room. Seriously felt it was substandard and the mattress felt like foam. Not up to standard of NZ Quality inns which suggest and live up to its name. Brisbane let me down.

Great location. Near the airport and close to the ocean. Has a great restaurant and a great staff. Definitely recommended.

This hotel offers the perfect location if you are heading away on a cruise the next day as it’s right across the road from the cruise terminal, and the price is reasonable… We are repeat customers and will come back again and again.

I like to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to accomodation when traveling for business or pleasure, but this is the straw that has broke the camels back. Let me give you the run down, Have stayed at this place numerous times for business and the business has put plenty of expense into this place for numerous events, but after tonight I will not stay here again. First issue was being put on the road side of the motel and all I got was noise, 2nd time I had stayed here was being put on road side with a broken air con, 3rd time was being placed on the”quiet side” of the place with a bed that sank in the middle that was so soft it hurt my back. The 4th time I had stayed here I was put in behind the office where the back of the fridge that is in reception faced and hummed all night and the TV did not even work with stains on the carpet and a room that would scare a dog. Now I do not like having to do this but I have had enough of trying to support this accomodation when all I get are rooms that something is wrong and don’t get me wrong I have stayed in some nice rooms whilst staying here but they have been minimal (2good rooms out of 10 disappointing rooms) compared to the terrible rooms I have been placed in, tonight I was placed on the “quiet side” and under the air con are towels placed on the floor with a sign printed out stating “Do not turn the a/c below 23•” and this is because the a/c leaks which is only due to the drain hose being blocked!

The room eas unclean and stinky. There were cigarette burns on the bed cover. The place was sold was having a swimming pool which is a green mouldy pool out of action. Very disappointing experience.

Rooms smell funny! Not a Four Star Hotel! More Like a Three Star!

Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Easy drive to airport.

Tired motel. Locked out after 9.00 pm!

This place sucks. Wifi is a hit or miss and whenever you are able to connect it is ridiculously slow. No power outlets by beds, which are cheap cushions on roller frames. The few outlets around don't always work. Everything is old. General junk.

We had a pretty good stay. For the money I paid, it was a comfortable stay.

The Room was wonderful staff where great and the location for getting on the plane was great.

It's a bit dated but rooms are a reasonable size not suited for a long stay.

Reasonable prices and good location. The owners are very accommodating, however the onsite manager is highly unprofessional and inappropriate, which really impacted our experience there. It's a shame because it really brings the place down.

I thought the restaurant bar man could improve his manner, learn how to respect his guests. It is a motel, there is no receptionist after hours. Poor insulation. Aircon makes a lot of noise, plus the noise from the motor vehicles. Overall, not very good value for money.

Good service and very handy to Portside which is has lots of different restaurants and some lovely boutique shops. Also handy to the City Cat ferry to the city. Clean and comfortable, and were asked if we wanted a quiet room or a balcony room which was more noisy (on a busy main road). Short drive with uber taxi from the airport.

Great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant was lovely. Very close to airport, restaurants, Portside and City.

Wonderful customer service close to shops ships and park for kids.

Yes I can highly recommend this Quality Inn its clean, good food and wine and friendly staff and managers in Tim and Sandra Senior. O I forgot handy to shops, airport and cruise terminal.
