Close to both City and Airport. Great food.

Absolutely disgusting not what they advertise no restaurant and management need firing as there care is zero.

Overall place is rubbish do not book here.

Staff had really bad attitude towards Aussie workers.

We booked a family room and needed to be in the vacinity of the airport for an early morning flight. Checked in and went to our room. Kids keen for the pool after a long drive and looking for the TV remote. No remote. Whilst looking for it they found nappies and a rotten passion fruit under one couch, a plastic tub of washing liquid under another. There was balloons deflated and still attached to the light from an obvious previous party. Kids had a swim (with a can of degreaser in the bottom of the pool), then when I went to dry their clothes, the dryer did not work. They showered while water squirted the entire bathroom despite the shower screen (no exaggeration). My daughter found blueberries moulding under her mattress. Then the clincher… a small bag of drugs on the wardrobe. That was enough for me. Called the reception and no answer, repeatedly. The landline number listed was disconnected. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for help. To the credit of the young lass who had to come back to work to deal with this all, she was very good. Not her fault. I did get a refund and I am thankful but this was an awful experience.

Lovely motel — just a shame no lifts from the basement.
Had to carry a 26kg suitcase up the stairs to the room.

A real hidden gem of a motel this was in a perfect location close to everything the staff were amazing Donna on reception very helpful and friendly and one of the best and I mean the best comfortable beds I have stayed in :-)

Handy to airport nice rooma well priced.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Like the free covered parking, too.

I Stay regularly, up to 6 visits a year for the last 2-3 years, very friendly staff, they have a belreakfsst Cafe with buffet continental but if you wand bacon and eggs it is cooked to order, not premade like most hotels.

Clean and tidy place to stay. Rooms are large and have all you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a great little pool area and the outdoor sitting areas are a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!

You won’t find friendlier people than business partners Mark & Matthew who run Pegasus. They will bend over backwards for you and are genuinely interested in making your stay as comfortable as they can! Would highly recommend this place to anyone, and the location is second to none. An easy walk to Racecourse Road, or Portside, a short ferry or bus ride into the city and an awesome fish & chip shop literally across the road. Doesn’t get any easier!

Brilliant service nice quiet sleep for the family, thank you to the two gentlemen last night that let my rather large car park in a secure spot.

Negatives. . Rooms were hot and stuffy Can't open windows… no screens No fans in room. So very hot rooms Walls paper thin Air conditioner over bed. So not good if someone sleeping in that bed Room wasnt vacuumed before we got there. So untidy and unkept. Foxtel is only on 5 channels. All pre selected no kids channels. We left early in the morning. Breakfast was suppose to be included. But a breakfast tray wasnt even left for us. Bad service. positives. Nice cleaning staff Lovely grounds Nice pool Free Wi-Fi good My opinion. Won't be staying there again. Paid good money. For not so good accommodation NOT RECOMMENDED.

Don’t recommend staying here, we felt miserable after being intimidated by a staff member who needs to learn how to control their temper. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels/motels/hostels etc and I have never experienced anything like the way we were spoken to by the man at reception before. Our room had not been cleaned properly between the previous guests and ourselves, when we asked for clean mugs and unopened milk (didn’t seem unreasonable) the man at reception stormed off and stated he didn’t want to hear about it. We understand everybody has a bad day at work, but we have not received an apology for this unprofessional behaviour. We are a pretty laid back couple but we found this behaviour very inappropriate. It’s the people that make a place and unfortunately we would not feel safe staying here again in the future.

Handy location not far from the airport and main arterials. Great staff, good food and always helpful. Accommodation is well above average and very close to some top restaurant's and renowned eateries.

Comfy and very quite unlike many other motels close by on Kingsford Smith drive.

Good for its price. I went there recently and was pleasantly surprised about how nice the people were there and how understanding they were.

Good friendly people and comfortable rooms. Stairs provide light exercise. Good space to sit and relax.

Pathetic service and terrible business practices. OMG how on earth could they mistake me for someone else who racked up a massive oustanding bill.

Relatively close to budget airport parking.

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms and property with good breakfast included. Nice and close to cruise terminal and airport. Perfect for a night before/after cruise. Only problem was walls seemed thin, as I could hear noises from room next door inc TV, water running etc, but it wasnt overly bad.

As other reviews attest, this is a clean and tidy place to stay with all the facilities you might want. What lifts it above the ordinary is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who go out of their way to give a warm welcome and assist at every turn. I must make mention of Mark whose customer service is exemplary.

Excellent room and close to the airport.

I normally try new hotels as I travel around, and there are few I just go straight back to and this is one of them. If you read my reviews you will know I really don't like two things about big cities… the price of taxis and the price of parking — especially airport parking. This place is only a short taxi ride from the Brisbane airport. Also because I can walk to the rental car companies, walk to the restaurants at Portside Wharf, walk to the bottle shop, great fish and chip shop across the road etc etc. The poolside restaurant seems very expensive at first, but when your meal comes … OMG Chef quality dishes… absolutely delicious every time. Definitely worth every cent every time. I choose the suites, they are are spacious and homely feeling. Complete with snacks and wine… range of beer in the refrigerator, you beauty! They even have a washing machine and dryer… so good after a few days travel to be able to throw on your own laundry. Friendly reception, efficient booking… why stay around, I just go back there!
