The place is very basic. Clean and simple.

Just a lovely motel. The staff are so friendly helpful and treat you like a friend. The rooms are just spotless. No dinner of a night. A ckub across the road and restaurants everywhere.

The staff were nice. My room was a little tired, a bit loud and the Wi-Fi couldn't quite reach. Otherwise, your standard motel.

Very disgusting smells! Cannot connect to the internet at all! Water pressure of the shower sucks and the temperature is so hard to control. Give two stars just for good service.

Very nice owners. A little dodgy looking but I slept well. The Wi-Fi was spotty. No airport transfer, but they'll call a cab for you.

Clean and tidy but pretty horrible looking room and much better choices for the money. Would rather drive few minutes further into new farm and stay in nice area in pleasant hotel even if for 1night between flights.

Great motel. We stayed for one night before going on a cruise from Brisbane’s Portside. Room was spotless and plenty of space which is always a bonus, facilities were comfy and modern. Staff advised they’ve just renovated. Staff were friendly and offered plenty of dinner options within 10 minute walking distance. 5 minute cab ride to the port terminal. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at! While the facilities are clean, tidy and comfortable, the service I received while staying here was absolutely appalling. As the daughter of two motel owners I have grown up in the hospitality industry and I know the level of respect that is expected not only as a guest but as a human being. The way I was treated by the office staff here brought me to tears. They were rude and belittling and extremely unfriendly. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted, let alone given a smile, the second trip to the office was much worse. I have never felt so angry or upset in my whole life. So by no means would I ever recommend this motel to anyone until there is a change of staff.
