Arrived late due to the timing of my flight.
Owners were waiting for me to check in, thought I was going to use the lock box!
Lovely and clean.

The owners are amazing and they look after the customers.

Was very clean, comfy beds, great location, staff are wonderful! I would stay again.

Tidy room friendly service nice easy walking distance to club for a great feed and a short drive to airport.

Loved being able to check in after midnight after 30 hours travelling and getting a comfortable bed.

Arrived early from a night flight and man on reception had cleaners get our room ready.
Clean and comfortable but a bit dated, we slept in the day and it was quiet. All staff were polite and friendly.
Would stay again and recommend it.
Only downside it is a bit far from Brisbane airport and taxi ride is between $30 and 42.

Overnight stay before a long haul flight. Clean facilities. Friendly customer service. Walking distance to some nice restaurants.

Basic, tidy. I only stayed the night prior to a flight. Motel is not close to airport as you may think, it cost $27 to get to the airport. There is a shuttle phone for use by reception. About 20min walk to nearest place to eat, past the racecourse.

Nice clean rooms, stick standard everything you need for a stopover. Reception was very friendly and quite helpful with any questions etc. The motel is in a convenient place for traveling and also a good spot for anything on at the entertaineren centre too.

We stay at best western when we returned from a holiday overseas. We booked in at 1:00am and went to bed. Because of travel and time difference we overslept. We were not charged for late check out.

Easy to book, don't need money /credit card up front, clean big enough rooms, receptionist was thoroughly helpful and friendly. Has a lovely pool, and clean tidy smoking area. Close enough to walk to eating districts, would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. We checked in late. Everything was ready to go. Only thing was, there were people above who arrived late 3am ish. They were pretty loud. Over all — friendly staff.

Basic, but very clean and reasonably priced. A simple clean bed to sleep in if you're not after anything fancy.

Excellent location for train to the city, airport close, restaurants close and racecourse around corner and breakfast very very good. Room was excellent very comfortable and perfect for our 5 night stay. Would recommend highly.

A lovely experience to stay at a Best Western Group Motel they really were our "home away from home". Just wish all motels had Best Western standards as they made for a welcome, clean, quiet and comfortable experience.

Small overfurnished room. Told that room had mini bar, ok if you drink coke. Good continental breakfast.

Perfect hotel for a quick visit being both near the airport and train station with easy and fast access to the city. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location is good for the domestic airport.

Place was nice rooms were clean staff helpful and a bowls club close by for a great feed.

We had a lovely stay here. Our flight was late getting in and we arrived at motel and easily got our keys. Made our way to our room which was very clean and comfy. Best pillows I have had in a motel in ages. Sleep well which is unusual for me. Breakfast was included. Very nice stay, will be back and recommend.

Great motel only 10 minutes from the airport, across the road from the train station and only a short walk to the ferry terminal where you can cruise the Brisbane river to the city center. A great little club called Galloper's (named due to the two race tracks in the area) at the end of the street offering value meals and a cold beer. There is also two food precincts within 10-15 minutes walk that offer a huge variety of different cuisines that would keep anyone happy. The motel is staff are friendly and there is two complimentary light continental breakfasts with every room and extras are available in the breakfast room. It's great to be able to sit by the pool enjoying the free Wi-Fi while the kids swim and after a long day get a good nights rest in clean comfortable beds. We totally recommend this motel.

I think this is probably the best possible motel experience. Breakfast is included and the rooms are nice, new and neat.

We arrived early and david checked us into our room which was at the back down stairs
could not fault any thing the pool and spa was great breakfast was good and good to have free Wi.

Had a great stay here recently. Arrived very early in the am after a 13 redeye flight. Kim took great care of us and got a room ready so we could show and feel human again. Great service.

Lovely friendly staff. We went on a very busy weekend and they still took time to answer our requests. Rooms are a bit small, but if you are looking for something as a stop over. Lovely clean pool and BBQ area. Non smoking but has a great little comfy space away from the units for smokers.

Nice and close to Brisbane Airport. (10min drive. ) Across the road from a train station. Fairly quiet.

Stopped here the night before we flew out on a holiday. Only 10 minutes from the Brisbane Airports. Breakfast was free in the dining room from 7am and snacks and drinks were on offer in your room on at Reception. Friendly, convenient and great value. Only downside was from trains blasting their horns occasionally during the night.

I entered the room to find the previous occupants rubbish and empty boxes of items the had left on the counter. The bed had not been made but the sheets flicked back. The rooms are nice. I would stay here again as I believe the over sight of serving the room was not intentional.

Bed was really comfy. Room very clean and comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast. Would have only been improved if it had room service or restaurant open at night but for overnight was excellent. Host very friendly and helpful and they had a set price deal with yellow cabs to get to the airport.

For an overnight stay I would recommend a closer hotel. Almost $60 for taxi to /from airport. If you are on the first floor level, not fun with a 20kg suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. Overall though, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed one night. It was clean and safe. I liked how close it was to the Brisbane airport and rail system. The price of the room also included a continental breakfast. We had no problems and arrived at 7:30 pm. This two story hotel does not have an elevator.

Check in starts at 1500. Upstairs and ground floor rooms. Excellent sound proofing prevents aircraft and train nose issues. A good light breakfast is included. Parking is on a first come basis, not the space outside your room, if you are a late check in.

This motel doesn't even deserve a star. extremely disgusted with the customer service here. travelled interstate from sydney to arrive at this hotel and be turned away even though the room was paid for. the staff here are rude — argue with you. RACIST! Would not ever recommend anyone to stay here, I daresay I hope no one ever does. We had to sleep in our car because the staff would not let us in over "safety protocol". Mind you this all happened at midnight, so good luck to anyone whom arrives here after hours — be expected to be turned away and treated like nothing. Extremely disgusted Customer who paid $175.00 for one night and could not stay in the room I booked — had to sleep in my car. Absolutely pitiful excuse of a "Motel"!

A room. Promised a beer, there was none. Promised breakfast, we were too early so there was none.

My stay here was very good. The motel has recently (within the last month) changed management and my hosts were more than accommodating of my requirements. I needed to work from my room and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to complete the work required. I had also turned up early for my book in and they helped out with changing rooms so I could book in straight away. Obviously it's not the Ritz Carlton and there is some road and rail noise, but it was clean, the rooms were neat and the service great. The free breakfast was also an unexpected bonus.

The staff at this motel have a complete lack of empathy for their clientele! We booked a 1 night stay as we had an early flight out the next morning. Unfortunately, I was admitted to hospital so we were unable to travel. As soon as we became aware we would be unable to stay we notified them, but they insisted on charging the full nightly fee, despite our situation, and blamed it on our reservations agent. I contacted our agent who were prepared to offer a $0 cancellation fee given our predicament, but the motel still refused. It wasn't until I contacted their head office to complain that they were remotely reasonable, offering a 50% cancellation fee. All other major hotel brands would have waived the fees given our situation, and I find this property's approach to be completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this property or brand to anyone.

My booking experience was a shocker, In the hotels defence I failed to check my dates but when I realised the error I had made I immediately (within 10 minutes) phoned their 0800 number only to be told that they could not make the necessary correction to MY error It must be wonderful to be perfect. I will never book a Best Western again.
