We loved our stay, very impressed with the modern decor and it was spotless. All our needs were met in the room everything is well thought out to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The best motel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean, modern, luxurious and comfortable. The king beds are quality. The staff are so so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. So many thoughtful touches in the room, quality toiletries, tea/ coffee and biscuits. All of this at a reasonable price in a great location (eat street, powerhouse markets…). I would stay here again and again, can’t recommend enough. Thank you Kingsford Smith Motel!

Tanya was the loveliest, kindest on-site manager I’ve ever met. She had an amazing smile that made us feel welcome from the minute we walked through the door and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable and clean. We stayed in a triple room with a 5 year old before our very early flight and it was overall a lovely experience.

I will highly recommend Kingsford Smith Motel, From the first moment I set foot into the office on arrival I was welcomed by a beautiful lady with a wonderful smile, myself my daughter and my grandchildren were all greeted as we were going up to our room, we were given a upgrade as someone wanted to stay on in the room we booked, The accommodation was clean, beautiful and modern so amazing, I have been here a few years ago, I will always come back to this beautiful motel when ever I am in Brisbane, such gratitude so thank you 👍❤️

My stay was 10/10 from the commencement of booking online with a friendly follow up phone call and email, to the friendly and efficient check in; the room was impeccable, quiet, and bathroom nicely renovated. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the TV screen a really good size. The location was easy to find and get to other places. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

I come to Brisbane for work once a month and KSM is the perfect place. The staff are amazing, friendly and really make me feel like it is a home away from home.
The rooms a clean, tidy and you can tell they care they have such an eye for detail and the little things make you feel honoured as a special guest.
I will be back regularly. Love this place and the staff!

We recently stayed there with a group booking of 12 rooms before going on a cruise. They could not have done anymore than what they did to help us all, nothing was to much trouble. This is not the first, nor will it be my last time there, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for helping me start my birthday cruise early.

We stayed a night on either side of our cruise and we loved it. Amazing managers that make you feel so welcome and nothing is a drama. Had a fantastic breakfast also. Congratulations on running a gem of a hotel. Will definitely be back and be highly recommending friends & family to stay with you.

Great parking even for 4WD. Rooms clean and well appointed. Could not open a window and airconditioning gave me a sore throat both times I stayed there, and made a colleague really sick.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's convenient to get to the airport & cruise terminal. They even have a shuttle. Close to shops restaurants etc. The room was comfortable and the bed lovely. Our room was very quiet and parking was easy. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed 4 nights at Kingsford Smith Motel. Great accommodation, quiet considering close to main road, road works and airport. Lorraine was really lovely and helpful with directions etc. Mark took us in the free shuttle to our hire car at the airport and off street parking. Close to Portside, Airport, Entertainment Centre, Chermside shopping and DFO. Room and beds were comfortable and clean.

Friendly reception from pleasant staff was a nice start, followed by a comfortable room with a nice, big, very comfy bed. Double glazed windows work really well at cutting the noise from the busy road outside too. Only negatives were the lounge chair looks very worn (peeling vinyl) and the bathroom door was a bit loose and tricky to open from inside.

Had a lovely stay at Kingsford Smith motel. Nice being treated like friends by Lorraine & hubby & Trevor. Easy check in. I was helping my son move back home (US), we had 4 big luggage, and they helped me get my luggage to the room! Nice room, very comfy king size bed. Double paned windows, so cant hear the traffic outside. Great location. 5 mins walk to some nice restaurants, grocery store (IGA), and movie theater. Also, great plus… free shuttle service to the airport which is only 10 mins away. I highly recommend this place.

Great accomadation, clean, convenient, friendly staff, deliscous breakfast and accomadated our late checkout, highly recommend.

Book 3 rooms to attend family birthday. Accommodation was clean and tidy, greeted by happy and friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Book out and got cold bottles of waters for our trip home. Thank you 10 out of 10.

To start with had a very welcoming welcome. Good size and clean room, very quiet because of double glazing, which was good due to road works. Handy to shops, restaurants and Portside. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely amazing staff and management had to deal with Road works outside and they cut water off staff bent over backwards to accommodate quests highly recommend.

Stayed here with my hubby and was more than pleaed with the room which we got a bath spa as well. Owner's are beautiful people who are more than will to help with anything. Also allowed us to park our prime mover on site.

Booked for the night before we left for our honeymoon P&O Cruise, cannot recommend more. Bed (King) was so comfortable, room was spotless, and good ergonomic use of the space. Staff were awesome friendly and helpful, and complementary shuttle to the cruise terminal. Reasonable prices for everything. Would stay again.

Very nice motel with excellent staff We arrived after midnight after a long flight and with prior arrangements had no fuss getting into our room. We found the room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy. The staff were also excellent and helped us with everything we asked of them. Many thanks to them. Our family always uses Kingsford Smith Motel when they are in Brisbane but we have also recommend it to EVERYONE who askes about our stay in Brisbane.

What a lovely stay here, room was spotless n smelt fresh, staff n reception spot on comfy bed. Stay here again anytime, read reviews n only 1 that should have a good hard look at himself.

We stayed 2 nights and loved it great service friendly staff who was always happy to make your stay so enjoyable would highly recommend this motel the owners were only to happy to shuttle us to the cruise ship thank you very much.

It's Not a top fancy hotel in a beautiful location, but we were looking for somewhere close to the function we attended, king bed and spa, but it was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful, was what we were looking for at a great rate. You get a small bottle of milk for tea and coffee and we got a bottle of water each when leaving. Only issue was the aircon wasn't cooling, hubby being an aircon tech opened it up to look and it's filters were also filthy. With the road works, they need to be done more frequently. But other than that very happy. Bed in our room was the extra large king size so comfortable, slept so well. Was great. Would Def stay again.

Staff interaction quiet good. However, room facilities & hallways looking a little tired, unsure how the property can continue to market itself as 4-stars Umm!

We had a very warm and friendly greeting at arrival. Room was spacious and tidy for a 3 night stay. I love how in the foyer and in the rooms there are framed wall photos of Charles Kingsford Smith. There is a shuttle bus to take you to the cruise terminal or airport. Although because of the amount of bookings we were unable to get a late checkout due to a late flight home we were offered for our bags to be stored securely while we went exploring until time for the trip to the airport in the free shuttle bus service. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely family atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows. Airport and Warf pick ups and collections is a real plus! Breakfast is only served to the rooms, there is no dining room. Wi-Fi available.

The owners at the Kingsford Smith motel were very friendly. Room was nicely presented, shower was good, location to local shops and events were perfect.

I stayed in this motel twice and it's a lovely 4 star place, nothing too fancy but with clean and nice rooms. They have room service for breakfast (which is a bit average, but also cheap). The hotel owners are very friendly and easy going people and I just loved the owner's Maserati (wished I could have test-drived it)! The motel has an outdoor pool and it's conveniently located between the industrial/ trade area (Hamilton/ Eagle Farm), the Airport and the city. The portside is just down the road, where you find excellent restaurants, a cinema and the wharf from where you can take the river cat ferry to the city.

Recently redone. Very nice Pastry chef, woofy, was exceptional A bit far from ferry stop (20 min by foot).

I liked the hotel. I thought that it was nice, clean and tidy. It is also only a few minutes from the Airport, which was good for those 6am flights! Food was a bit of a problem, I seem to remember having to go find somewhere that served food on a Sunday evening.
