Had an exceptionally wonderful time at Oaks Lexicon! Its clean, kept, and the rooms are so well thought out, great kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. The television in our room was excellent, modern and we loved the Foxtel and DVD player, I get home sick easily, so I like to take my DVD's with me, the fact that they had both a modern TV, Foxtel and a DVD player is excellent! Swimming in their pool was sensational, fully undercover so its completely sheltered from the rain and warm! What astounded me was how fast the Wifi was, not to mention it was so simple to set up on our computers! We loved using it for Netflix, Stan and Youtube. The receptionists were sweet and helpful, they anticipated that we needed a spare bed and we found it ready in our room when we first arrived.

The room was quite large which was really good and reception was really helpful with check in. The rooms have great views of the city, but only if you have a room that isn't blocked by another building (which is hard to get). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Middle of the road — tired rooms, terrible quality tvs, no useful cutlery, no clothing rack in laundry, no drawers to store clothing for long stays. $85 a week for Wi-Fi — you have to be joking, is it 1996? Definitely not 4 star accommodation.

Spent three nights here over Easter, great place to stay, however very disappointed in not getting our requested wakeup call, thus missing our shuttle pickup to the airport. Very stressful indeed.

Comfortable bed, spacious living area with kitchen, glassware not clean, small bathroom, TV in both living and bedroom, towels missing, bedroom remote not working, great central location near train station.

Location is good. It can be a bit noisy at times, but the room is nice and the pool is good too.

Rooms were cleanish but old. No views on the 6th floor. Only one elevator that took 15 minutes at times. No mini bar or room service at all. The Wi-Fi didn't work even though we'd paid a lot of money for it. The bed was two singles pushed together and was really hard and uncomfortable. Shower was small and grimey. Foxtel was at least working. Close to lots of good city restaurants and bars. But it's a long walk back up the hill to go home. I will be trying somewhere else next time.

Nice rooms. One pillow was provided. Only one soap bar and towel. No room service or mini bar. Fantastic city views large balcony off lounge and bedroom. Great lounge room. No mini bar and bathroom was tiny and could use an update. Lovely stay enjoyed it thoroughly. We had a great time close to the club's in the valley and close to China town. No parking offered. Great friendly staff.

Very complete and confortable serviced apartments.

It was nifty having a TV in your room, the rooms were pretty good and we got a nice view on the 21st floor. Staff was nice. Location was also pretty good, with only a small walk required to get to the city. 240 a night is not unreasonable especially if you are staying with 4-5 people. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Everything I required to do in Brisbane was either in walking distance or easily accessed via local transport and without the timely delays. Room very comfortable neat tidy and still got the best night sleep! 10 out 10 for me. Thanks to all the friendly staff very helpful…

An excellent place to stay and one of the staffs really made us feel so welcome by the name of David (Reception). Wonderful customer service and room service without a hassle and with great manners. I'll stay here anytime and very central to everything around CBD. Well done David.

Great location, Central station, fortitude valley and Queen Street Mall are all within walking distance. Staff very friendly, great heated pool undercover. I would stay again.
