Great central location and I love that not only do you get free Wi-Fi but every TV has an apple TV built in which allowed me to stream from my personal device to watch Netflix etc on the TV. It's a very smart move, rather than only offering a handful of Foxtel channels most people now have a Stan/Netflix/Foxtel account which would give them full access on their phones. Also love the 4 items free in the minibar. Have booked for my next business trip already!

Simply amazing. Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Great facilities. Great vibe. Friendly staff. Gym pool bar great view. Smart TV and wireless charger in the rooms. Impressive.

|GREAT FIND| loved this hotel. Awesome location, value for money, and highlighting some cool tech gadgets. Only downside is their terrace bar closed at 8:30 for drinks, hopefully in the summer months it’s open later. The room was very generous in size with a very comfortable bed and amenities throughout. Will stay here again!

One of the better hotels I stay. A tip is to put its address as Burnett Lane and confirm with the driver that they can actually access it! It's a technology savvy hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bathroom. The mini bar allows 4 free items per day which is a lovely touch from tight rip you off hotels. Some rooms have great views. It has easy access for food, shopping and business.

For a last minute choice the hotel turned to be really good. Very good location, the rooms are big and the beds are really comfy. The rooms are provided with necessary things. All in all good experience and for sure coming again.

Fantastic modern hotel right on Queen st mall. Only 10 minutes walk from Central station. Check in was easy and the room was compact but very nice with all that you need. 4 free items from the mini bar is a great idea. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Good choice of free movies. Will definitely be staying there again.

The location was great — so close to everything. The room was clean and nicely decorated — comfy bed and modern appliances (including a phone from which you could control all the lights in the room! ). The staff were friendly. The rooftop bar was great and the bartender really knew what he was doing.

A fine place to stay. Location, layout and facilities cannot be faulted in any way. Staff helpful and efficient. Highly recommended and that's before you mention the pod coffee machine in every room and free items from the mini bar.

-Receptionist was a bit abrupt on my arrival. -You control all lights in the the room from a mobile phone. Nobody explained that. It didn’t work very well, the phone was dead in the morning with no battery and I couldn’t switch on the lights or call the reception. -The shower pressure was ok, not great and the water temperature not consistent. Sometimes warm but not hot. -Breakfast a desastre. Savoury muffins not fresh, cheese slices not looking fresh. They had 4 options for cooked breakfast. I just asked for a simple omelette instead. It was REFUSED! After I complained they decided to make it and then I declined. -What is on the pillow cover (photo below) : Everything Evolves around around you”. It is a lie.

Booked a weekend here for my partner’s birthday weekend. We had a fantastic time and we loved our room! We paid under $300 for 2 nights and 3 days. We were forewarned about the valet parking and when I mentioned that it was a bit out of budget at $45 per day I was informed I could pay for parking at the Myer Centre for $20 for the whole weekend — stoked! It’s literally a 3 min walk to the hotel from the Myer carpark, super convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were even given an additional $50 credit to use on whatever we wanted! We actually got to upgrade our room and order room service covered with the credit — brilliant! Not to mention to 4 free items per day from the mini bar that came free as part of the room. Also you get free movies (pretty good selection) and free Wi-Fi. Or you could order other movies if the freebies weren’t good enough for you. All of the hotel staff treat you like royalty and always put your needs first. If you are at the elevator they will allow you to go in and use it and they wait for the next one even when they were there first. Everything was super convenient and we could control everything in the room from a smart phone by the bed. Lights, TV, phone etc. Absolutely brilliant. Check out was a breeze — handed the room keys over and they greeted us farewell with a smile. I completely loved our stay from the moment we walked in to the time we check out. We’ll most certainly be back! Thanks guys.

I've stayed at next hotel on two occasions note and both were great experiences. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has good food — though not as good as the first time I visited. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is done of the extras that make this a good place to stay: the free mini-bar items, the movies and the technology filled room. I would definitely recommend next hotel.

I lOVED the tech! mobile phone in each room that you can take with you as a hotspot, which is awesome if you are an international traveler. The phone also is used for ordering, light switches etc. Easy set up to mirror the TV with your phone or tablet so you can work on the big screen or watch films. Its a comfy place. Ive been in Oz for two months. Best hotel yet!

Great business lounge, perfect for working from when you're away from the office. The same lounge turns into a nice bar with a fantastic outdoor area later in the day. Slick check in/out & great customer service. I'll definitely stay there again.

An Incredible two night stay. We were very impressed with the contemporary design and decor, the 4th floor pool and the transit lounge; all part of a great 5* package just annoyingly let down by inattentive staff and lack of table cleanliness at breakfast.

Probably the best business hotel I've stayed in Brisbane. Rooms are modern contemporary design and everything is meticulously designed and thought for the convenience of the business traveler. Special mention about the smartphone based concierge and TV infotainment is worthy. Best I've experienced in any hotel in Australia or elsewhere. Bonus: 4 items per night from the mini bar free of charge ;)

This the second time we’ve stayed here in eight weeks.
The room was in better repair this time.
It’s the little things that make it more enjoyable, being able to have bedside lights on, not always both lights.
Fridge bar maybe customer could request 2 ciders instead of beer etc
Coffee pods tasted awful
No peppermint tea but it was downstairs.
Locality to city and Southbank was great.
Staff offer excellent customer service.
Young lady this morning on the breakfast service desk with glasses very friendly she deserves to be recognised for great customer service.
Hoping to be back in May, l am hoping it will be an even better experience and stand out out even more than our two previous visits.

We stayed here for one night, but we wish it was longer. On arrival there was convenient parking at Myers (only $15) and once we arrived, there was a swift and friendly check-in. The room was clean and fitted out with all the convenient technology to make our stay comfortable. Mood lighting, free movies, very comfortable beds and and a great view. We will be back again soon!

Great hotel in a great location in Brisbane CBD. We stayed in a Next More Room although there was a bit of confusion on check-in as this ended up being two interconnected rooms. It turned out we had been upgraded. The free mini-bar is actually limited to 4 free items and doesn't have a huge range to choose from but it's still a nice touch and we did get 3 free drinks at the bar. Beds were really comfy and the pool area has a nice vibe. View of the riverfront from the room was also great.

Good location for business.

Nice ambience and good wine list. The big negative for me is the cost… very expensive if buying wine by the glass. Nice to pop in, though, during the week after work if wanting somewhere a little quieter than a rowdy pub.

Lots of modern conveniences including free mini bar snacks. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a business stay.

Nice spot for a drink provided the balcony isn't booked for a private function. Staff are friendly but service is slow. There were no after-work specials, so best for a short pre-drink on the way to dinner or somewhere else. Appreciated the quieter atmosphere — it's actually possible to have a conversation here ☺️

This place is not what it used to be. Staff always seem like aliens from another planet at front desk. Like they have no idea what is going on but can read the screen to tell you how much you owe them but it's wrong because the people you spoke to 12 hours earlier are from a different and didn't leave notes on your account. I find this annoying in hotels. Sometimes I think they do it just for kicks. Restaurant, breakfast, what a disappointment. Used to be the whole point of coming here but the full hot and cold buffet has been slaughtered to a cheap cold buffet with a meal voucher. So disappointed. Great location on queen street mall. The room cleaner that bangs on your door despite the do not disturb sign to require an explanation of a late checkout. The free mini bar items, no real benefit here as their mini bar is unique. It's the small things that matter in life and in high cost cbd hotel stays and it pains me to say, we won't be back.

Except for a minor hiccup on check-in, overall fantastic service and location. The two things that really got me was the presentation and portion of the in room meal. Takeaway style doesn't really suit the prices asked. The in room phone control for room functions worked but was a hit and miss affair. The curtains had light bleed from the morning sun as it does not cover the windows sufficiently. But the room was very comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the pool was fantastic.

From end to end. Probably one of my favourite hotels in the entire world. Staff is friendly, smiling and approachable. The restaurant custom redesigns meat dishes to make them vegetarian on request. Room is top notch modern and clean. Love the shower the bed the TV with a free selection of uploaded movies. The centrally controlled room through a remote control phone. I love this hotel.

Spectacular Hotel in the center of Brisbane, helpful staff.

Sadly despite great reviews from friends & family this was not my experience. After ordering drinks & paying for food we were told we had to finish up as due to the weather they required our table for another function. When we asked for a refund on the food (we were yet to receive) the waiter argued the point. Now, we get to rush our food wand find another venue who is happy to take our money for food & drinks. Very disappointed to say the least.

Stayed for a drink at the bar. Great looking hotel and nicely looked after. Bar was gorgeous and had a good assortment of drinks. Would visit again.

Best location on Queen Street mall. Super modern design and always up to date with latest technology. Smart room with HVAC and lighting controls from smart device. Free movie selection. Free coffee pod machine. Stayed here multiple times and always impressed.

In one sentence: great location, modern hotel, but for breakfast go elsewhere. Cooked breakfast is very average, and they charge an arm and a leg for it. They used to do much better than this. Also room control systems need maintenance. This is my 4th stay, and first time I am so disappointed.

I didn't actually stay here, but the staff were very helpful and compassionate in helping out my daughter we she got hurt just outside the street. Even though we were not their guests, the staff did not hesitate at all in promptly providing medical aid. I really appreciated their help.

Great facilities, everything you could need. The design is great in public area's such as pool area. Would recommend heading to the pool area and also try the sleep pods out! Complimentary mini bar items were a big plus! The concierge went above and beyond in his duties! Helping my wife with her wedding. Only negative feedback would be the toilet/bathroom design is not very good and if you are sharing a room you will hear what is going on next door and you have to physically close the wall. Highly recommend this place for all travelers but in particular business trips as it would have to be the best hotel for business purposes.

I've stayed here many times. Each stay has been excellent. I'm particularly impressed with the modern but comfortable & calming styling of the rooms. The beds are 10/10 for my chronic back pain. The staff are friendly and efficient. The gym has 24/7 guest access & is well equipped. Sleep pods & departure lounge are rare guest services and much appreciated for early arrivals or late departures. Food and beverage services also offer variety and convenience. It also centrally located to transport & places of interest. NEXT is my favorite Brisbane destination.

Fantastic hotel, comfortable, stylish and conveniently located. The gym was an above average hotel gym. Free 4 mini bar items is a nice touch, plus selected movies. I didn't use them but they also have sleep/work pods for use after check out but before you need to leave. Highly recommended.

Tech lovers Nirvana. Everything that opens and shuts — fully Smart TV with casting capabilities (although it was a bit delayed), streamed movies, a smart phone and app to do pretty much anything. The chair at the desk was fabulous and the Level 4 facilities are beyond par — they even have pods for a quick sleep, printing, Apple Macs and a huge lounge for … whatever you want really. But the best was the four free bar fridge items. Much appreciated. The location is perfect. Only downer is having to pay for parking which hiked the price up considerably. I'd definitely stay again.

Best hotel experience ever modern touches with the smart controlled rooms and the 4 free items a day in the mini bar is a master stroke. Epic central location only minor complaint was the limited in room dining options. Would 100% recommend a stay here should you visit Brisbane.
