Great location opposite Central Station, clean and spacious apartment, staff welcoming and kind.
It does get noisy at nights but that didn't prevent me sleeping.

We have stayed at Adina (Anzac Square) on two occasions for four day each in the last few weeks. On the first stay there were a couple of problems but I must say I am very impressed with the Adina staff in making our second stay on 26th August really enjoyable. We are frequent travellers and I enjoy the smaller boutique Hotel/Apartment where the staff have the personal touch. Also, the location I found to be excellent. Walk South Bank via the bridges and Queen St Mall is very close. Fully recomend Adina.

Stayed here Sunday night and Monday night. Good room. However I forgot my Fitbit and earphones in the room. As I left room service asked if I was checking out and I responded yes. In the afternoon I realised I had left my earphones (placed on the bed) and fitbit on the side table. Called the hotel and was advised house keeping had not handed anything in. Was told they will follow up the next day. They did not. My PA called and was advised issue was not reported. Got a follow up call saying they did not find anything. Common sense would suggest its with housekeeping especially when the customer clearly remembers. If its just 1 item its understandable. When its 2 items its obvious there is a problem. Stay here every 6 weeks. Expect abit honesty as this is not a 1 or 3 star establishment. Won't be staying anymore.

Outstanding accommodation. Across the way from Central Railroad Station. Very close to the CBD. The staff are A1 with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment interested in staying in a Brisbane accommodation establishment.

The room was modern, spacious, spotless, well-equipped and had a super comfy bed. Super-fast Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant service.

Incredibly conveniently located directly across the street from Central Station, this gem has comfortable rooms, clever in-room dining, delicious breakfast, and superb staff. A fantastic choice for the CBD, especially when needing to come and go from the train station.

Great value for money with a nice central location and opposite Central railway. I caught the air train to airport for $18.00 Very friendly staff as opposed to last hotel I stayed at. Room was very clean and private with second door to block out light from hallway if needed. Double glazing helped keep noise low from street.

Good location. Staff were pleasant. Rooms are comfortable with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and oven with hotplates. We try and stay atvthis Adina if visiting Brisbane.

Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Rooms were clean and adequate. Bed I found slightly too hard but that's up to personal taste. No real complaints bat all really. Location wise was great. They have a washer dryer in there All plates and cutlery etc. Many teas and coffee including decaf included Body wash shampoo conditioner shower cap and even moisturiser included although not earbuds.

Great hotel in a very convenient location in the city. Immediately across the road from central station and a short walk to Queen St mall. Room was clean and tidy although the sound insulation from the street noise could be better.

Great price, great location. Minor gripe is with the amount of light that came under and around the entry door. Lights outside very bright and at 2cm gap under door.

Last Minute booking for an impromptu visit to the city. Clean, modern with the aged character. Friendly & helpful staff. Will use them again.

The building was in a great location, close to everything we were interested in: shopping, cafes, bars and the South Bank walk along the river. The room was ok and sleep quality good. We just didn't expect to be charged $35/day for parking on top of the accommodation, OR to have to wait for a staff to bring the car every time we needed to go out. We were told we had to give 30-minute notice if we we needed our car! A bit odd and inconvenient as we had to go to hospital twice. Christmas not a good time to choose this place as the restaurant was closed.

We are in love with this place. The staff are so friendly — the best customer service we've received from the Hotel Industry. The rooms are sparkling clean spacious and modern but still in keeping with the grace of the building. The location is so close to everything, we've finally found our place where we'll always stay when coming into the city.

Excellent City stay. A very comfortable and quiet night's sleep, and I was on the first floor. The apartment was equipped with all necessities to cook and eat in. So convenient to all transport options, and exploring the City on foot.

The house is old, easy to jump electricity, but also met the midnight fire, the restaurant unexpectedly completely did not carry out evacuation or appease guests, also did not explain the cause of the fire. The only advantage is that it is close to the central station.

Could be quite noisy because it's in the heart of the city. Though in a best location with available bus and trains. Great rooms and staff.

We stay at Adina occasionally when we are in the city for a night out. The rooms are always clean and fairly spacious. This trip we accidentally booked a studio room and when we saw it had no lounge area for our visitors to sit later that evening, the friendly helpful front desk staff member Andrew arranged a bigger room and came to help us move! He later also found the box of guest dvds and called to room to let us know we could come and choose as many as we want. Overall a great place with outstanding customer service. Well done Andrew!

Best location in town, right over the road from central station and can walk everywhere else. Super comfortable, plush room and kind staff. Will be back for sure!

Very nice rooms with excellent service. They provide for everything, and the cost isn't farfetched. Location-wise it is right across Central Station and 2 blocks away from many bus stops. You can also walk anywhere you need to it the day is clear. Overall excellent, but the carpet and style on the first floor reminded me of The Shining.

Located right in the middle of the city, across from central train station, perfect for a weekend visit. Service was good and staff were friendly. Rooms comfortable enough and had what you need.

Great location, directly across from Central Railway Station, located in the same building as the ANZAC Square shoppingshopping centre and food court. The rooms apartment style, with basic cooking facilities and separated rooms for the kitchen / dining area and bedroom/s. The rooms and foyer areaarea are clean well maintained generally. There were a few minor issues with non matching or non available kitchen items though this doesn't impact the stay.

When I booked for a 2 night stay, I had checked they had valet parking. 2 hours before my arrival I rang and confirmed and was told yes valet parking $35 per night. Upon arrival after driving through a storm cell the arrogant females at front desk informed me no parking available and offered no alternative. I cancelled my booking as the advertised services were not available Yes they charged me $139. But I got better service up the street at the Sofital. Adina management the rot always starts at the top.

Great location, valet car park, friendly reception, good facilities in the room, washing machine and full kitchen. All good except noisy air conditioning and TV is a bit dated.

I was on my way to the Hilton and thought I might pop in and have a quick look at the rooms as they are so centrally located. I asked Courtney if it was possible to have a look at one of the rooms. Courtney asked me if I am staying at the hotel and I told her not this time, but possibly next time. Then the very rude snooty nosed Courtney made out as if it was the biggest ask in the world. She huffed at me to leave my luggage in the middle of the foyer, which I asked if I could just pop it out of sight (since I was not staying at the hotel, I'm pretty sure insurance would not cover the loss). She again acted as if this was a major hassle. It took me all of 2 seconds to wheel my bag just behind the desk. Literally. She then showed me a room on the ground floor being renovated and made it extremely clear I was a monstrous intrusion in her Y-gen life. Travel time to the room from the foyer? 10 seconds. Courtney, what you fail to realise is that IS your job. And if you don't like it, there are plenty of well mannered young women in Brisbane who would be more than happy to smile and represent the Adina hotel chain in a positive light. I for one, will now never stay here, and now hundreds of others won't either. Be careful who you are rude to Courtney. I am the Director of 3 companies and am in marketing. I do things like generate customers for businesses.

I flew from Adelaide 2015 for a business meeting in Edward Street. Disembarked from Qantas flight at 9 PM, caught Airtrain to Central Station, only had to cross Ann St for accommodation. Staff welcoming, quiet cosy room, comfy bed, nice facilities with Wi-Fi. Good value. Will do it again this year. Suggest you take Cup-a-soup or instant noodles as nil cooking facilities to speak of. Or walk down to Queen St for Maccas…

Very convenient location opposite Brisbane Central Station and within easy walking distance the mall. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well presented. As this is a refurbished older building, some services are not available here (gym, pool) but are available at their sister hotel in George St.

We were here 3 years ago and it was great, but not this time around. AC didn't work, had to change rooms.

Food was acceptable, customer service is absolutely atrocious. We waited almost 2 hours for TV to be fixed and no one came, we rang reception twice and no one answered. When checking in, receptionists were rude and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Icing on the cake, we booked a room with two single beds but instead were put into a double. Had to make do.

I stayed here for a short business trip. The room was clean, and best of all, a reasonable price for a good location. They offer late check out up until noon, and every hour after that is $25. That is a great deal for business travelers waiting for a meeting. I will be staying here next time I travel to Brisbane for business.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The staff was very kind and friendly. And the location is really good. Well… the place is not good for cooking. There wasn't a board. And only one pan in the kitchen. But I'd love to stay here again :)

Comfortable quite lovely staff very clean rooms short walk to queen street mall across the road from central train station fantastic food. Couldn't ask for better. Very affordable and cheap.

The pork was overcooked and dry. Staffs were only acceptable friendly. Table and wardrobe was covered with a layer of dust. If u r normally not an easy person to get sleep, dont ever come there. The aircon is way too loud and make noise all night long. Plus I had odered a large bed but what did they do. They just simply joined the two single bed into 1, left me impossible to get sleep in the middle. Will not be back there again eventhough they have a convenient location.

Comfortable, central, the staff are wonderful. We are local and when staying in the city for a special occassion, this is the place we go. Its a beautiful building and we always walk away happy. We left behind an item, it was posted to us at no cost. Would happily stay again, and again.

My recent stay at the Rendezvous Hotel Brisbane was most enjoyable. I met up with friends and family so the central location was magic. Staff were friendly, obliging and efficient. My room was clean and well laid out as was the bathroom. Boutique hotel sums it up well; it had the services and comfort of the larger chains but was far more personal and "homey" in ambience. I will definately stay again and have made a point of recommending this hotel to friends.

I stay at the Rendezvous Brisbane most of the times when I require accommodation in Brisbane. Location is adjacent to Central Rail Station and in the city centre. The staff are caring, courtious and friendly always willing to assist. I usually get the one bedroom apartment a little more space and comforts, however all types of rooms are all extremerly neat and tidy. The Rendezvous Hotel is one of the only hotels in Brisbane that has a designated loading zone located directly in front of the main entrance and who will allow visitors of people staying at the hotel to park free of charge for short periods of time outside of peak hours. I have found this very convenient.

I think the previous reviews have been written by people who expect to have HRH on their pillow cases. A friend is currently staying at Rendezvous and I have visited. We both really like the place. I also watched the staff and all I saw was friendly, courteous and helpful staff. I used to work at Mercure, and I think Rendezvous is very close competition.
