Very good hostel. Safe. Clean. Great location. Sensible and really nice staff, especially night staff Rob and day staff Jessica. Recommended to anyone, especially if you need somewhere to crash longer than just a few nights. Would go back.

I had a nice stay there in the Hostel. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathrooms where fine as well. They allowed me a late check out what made my day start good. One thing they could improve is to offer free towels or give them out for an deposit instead of renting them.

Great location and fair prices. The stay was pleasant overall, but the hostel needs a few renovations.

Not the greatest back packers but not the worst. Room was so hot and had no control over temp. Toilets were average but did function. I guess you get what you pay for.

Reasonable hostel. Clean and has the basics. Location is OK in the CBD and not far from the central station.

Couple of us stayed in 4-bed dorms. Nice clean rooms, toilets and bathrooms. It's great for the price. Location is awesome. Would stay again next time we're in Brisbane.

Excellent location. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Love the fact that the hostel maintains a quiet atmosphere despite being in the centre of the city. Good service.

Not one of the nicest hostels and the rooms do smell so take air freshener just in case you get one of those rooms. Located at the heart of Brisbane central its perfect to step out into the city and shop and the bar is pretty good for food. The showers are always busy and need a clean.

We checked in at 1:30 am and were greeted by a very friendly girl at the front desk. When we couldn't get our air conditioner working she came up and helped (although it didn't work in the end). Bathrooms seemed reasonably clean to me, despite what the other reviews have said, but I came prepared with thongs so I didn't have to shower barefoot. I did also see the cleaning lady scrubbing the shower floor. As for the rooms, ours smelled pretty bad when we got there but it aired out upon opening the window. There were also a lot of cockroaches and bugs. Sheets and bedding seemed very clean. Remember that this place is budget accommodation. You're going to get what you pay for.

The base is above a loud nightclub. No air con so windows have to be open. Loud drunks all over the street. Toilets are nasty. You might catch something. Walls are paper thin. Will stay away in the future.

Great location, bed, staff. Bad things are the showers and toilets are disgusting. I dont stay there anymore because of them. NO privacy in the showers — there is only about 3 showers per floor and all in the one room — they do have shower curtains but you cant take your town or clothes into the shower so need to leave them in the shower room before jumping in.
