Great room (soft beds) & quiet, great amenities, great helpful staff and great location. What else could you ask for!

Good location, reception staff friendly. Bed and pillows were great and very comfy.

Checked into a room apparently marked down from $600 per night. Honestly, if they charged $600 a night for the room we were in, it’d be the most overpriced international hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are pretty small however the place is clean and staff are well trained. They accommodated our needs well and the place is positioned in a good location in the CBD. In a nutshell, it presents as your typical international hotel.

Recently spent 1 night at Capri.
Won’t ever be staying again. Booked and paid online, for confirmation only be hit with needing to pay a deposit at checkin… No mention of this! $100 deposit that they hold for 5-7 days! After the staff made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and making me cry did the manager come and make alternate arrangements so we could still stay. Get to our room, want to relax
Our bathroom was dirty, I cleaned the tub before using and there was chunks of hair on the shower wall *photo attached* For what we paid I honestly wish we had just left and drove home. The staff weren’t happy with us not having the deposit. They were stand offish and made us extremely uncomfortable. Won’t be recommending or using again!
Please research before you book because there was no mention of a “deposit” on our booking or confirmation AT ALL!

Great food and very friendly and darling people.
I enjoyed having dinners over there.

The service was brilliant no problem was too big or too small and all done with a smile. The staff were polite and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

We've stayed here twice now as a stay-cation. The staff are friendly, amenities clean and updated and the location is close to the action. See you next time. ❤

We have had such an amazing experience. We're already planning our next trip to Brisbane and can't wait to stay here again. Friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Capri is so close with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. We will be back.

We used to stay regularly until I left a bag behind containing personal items that were worth $1000 plus when we booked out.
I had one email sent to me not even a call after I had called 3 times, no one gave a dam I know my items were stolen. I told them I wasn’t sure if I left them in the lift or room but I knew I had left my charger plugged in but thought it was to much hassle parking to go back for it. They could have checked security cameras but no one gave a dam. It has cost them as I do not recommend the place and we used to stay regularly. They do have the best pillows and beds I have experience anywhere.

Really lovely hotel that is super close to Queen St Mall Rooms large and really well equiped. First time staying at a Capri property and I will definitley use their properties for future stays in other locations.

Nice hotel in very good position close to the Botanic Gardens and shops. Room very well equipped, staff highly efficient and very charming.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. A bit of a slow check in. But nothing too bad. Rooms can be a bit small, but even with that still very nice. Very quiet and the blinds keep it very dark. The bed is very comfortable. I've not used any other facilities.

Comfy. Clean. Great bed and bathroom. Not happy window facing block of office suites. Otherwise terrific.

The room was clean and modern with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. The coffee machine was a treat and we loved swimming in the indoor pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows may not be to everyone's liking but it was good for me. There are a variety of facilities at the hotel, including a laundry room where you can do your laundry (soap powder provided), and wait comfortably in the lounge right outside of the room (TV and Xbox available). They have bean bag chairs.

Perfect choice for us to stay. I will stay here again if I come back to Brisbane. The location is fantastic… lots of great cafes, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The amenities are defi nitely a plus. The laundry was a savior for us. The gym, sauna and pool were awesome. And the staff… super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in the Capri by Fraser.

Picked up great price for extended weekend. Rooms were clean and perfect for place to sleep centrally located in brissey. New restaurant created some nasty smells when they were repairing some furniture.

Great service, comfy beds and a good work space in the rooms. Modern and clean. Breakfast buffet is good, but not stellar. One of my more favourite places to stay in Brisbane for work.

Great service and they went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Was there for business and had package with free parking, breakfast, Internet and sparkling wine. Extended parking time while was at conference on last day which was fantastic. Bottled water refreshed and the room was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Good coffee. Easy to stay, good price and convenient for business. Will stay there again.

Brisbane City Centre. Convinient location for transport and touring. Lots of food places but lacks late night activities. The hotel is good. Bedding is clean but some spots like chairs not completely clean. Breakfast was okay but not much choice.

Rooms are well designed, modern and recently renovated. Felt fresh. Well staffed with friendly and professional people. Well located. Quiet. Very well priced. No complaints have stayed here twice.

The staff at Capri would have to be the best at assisting someone who changes her accommodation booking — three times! Not once did they stint in the way they handled this situation. Upon arriving the smiles and greetings certainly made for a relaxing introduction to this amazing hotel. That we were upgraded had more to do with being the mother of the bride for the hotel's first wedding reception. And what a night Capri put on for us. Firstly the bridal suite gifts were amazing, thank you, Capri. The helpful staff at all times did themselves proud keeping up the canapes for the bride and her maids — and her mother. The reception food was just wonderful with perfect timing per the menu with the set up for the bridal table and other tables and chairs breathtakingly beautiful as we walked in. Capri, thank you for being the very best hotel we have stayed at, here in Australia or overseas. Well done!

We got an executive studio and it was a nice sized room. Very clean and enjoyed the stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. $40 onsite parking is a bit steep considering we were able to find a place to park for $14 for the night. Also not impressed by booking online and finding it would of been $30 cheaper had I not.

Thanks for a fabulous night in the City we couldn’t fault our stay at all, from the great weekend deal of free parking, breakfast and a bottle of bubbly, to the yummo breakfast at Asana, the comfy bed and Nespresso coffee machine you had us covered your reception and restaurant staff were super friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble this was our first stay at Capri and it definitely won’t be the last! The only thing that would completed our fabulous stay would have been a win by the mighty Brisbane Lions great game boys!

Hands down one of the best value for money hotels around. Great facilities, large room with the most comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom but the best of all was the service provided by the friendly staff. The gym, pool and free laundry were really well set out and catered for, such a well thought out hotel for a good price.

Good rooma for business travel. Shower head too low… but well designed spacious bathroom otherwise. Continental breakfast below par. Will stay here again.

Capri by Fraser exceeded my expectations! The rooms and bathroom were all spacious & clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff topped it off — will definitely be backl!

It's not as great service wise as it used to be which could just be that I haven't been there as frequently as I used to. It's still a lovely hotel and perfect for business travel. All rooms are nice but the rooms that end in 01-06 are really dark because of the building next door. I personally prefer natural light and this stay was much better than the last. The restaurant (Asana by Pete Evans) will take 10 years to answer the phone because they are apparently short staffed… (every time I stay of course…) if you want in room dining and the food is touch and go so I'd go elsewhere if you're in a rush and/or don't want bird seed for brekky.

Beautiful hotel that borders on luxury. Spacious rooms with amazingly soft bedding! Powerpoints near the bed, always handy for charging phones, tablets, etc especially when you need the alarm to go off in the morning! Amenities are great! Indoor swimming / lap pool, steam and sauna rooms make it ideal to relax in between work days.

We just left and will definitely be coming back. The rooms were amazing, but that isn't the reason I'm giving 5 stars, the customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure that the customers have the best experience. As an example: In passing we mentioned that we were going to Dreamworld the following day, half an hour later our doorbell rings and Daniel (staff) gives us a printed list of the best prices available at various retailers online for Dreamworld tickets. That is just one example of the many great things they did whilst we stayed at this hotel. I will be recommending Capri by Fraser to everyone staying in Brisbane!

Stayed here for work, which is in a great location in the middle of the city. They offer a great range of pillows and fantastic amenities such as a microwave, wine glasses and nice shampoo and conditioner to go with the rain shower head. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! Stayed here for one night and enjoyed every minute! Everything is clean and tidy and the rooms are well appointed. Beds were really comfortable, with your choice of pillows an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Brisbane CBD area and will definitely come back soon!

Highly recommend. We stayed here for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The room is nice and clean, very comfortable beds and the bathroom was a great size. The service was excellent; nothing was too much for the staff and they made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious with lots of variety.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, value for money, beautiful facilities, very nice lighting, quiet and one of the only places around which had an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym. The entertainment area is set up so that it is a home away from home. The only negatives were overly soft bed, fat pillows, hot doona with no alternative bedding in the room. This place definitely has a lot of positives, including the 11am check out. We would gladly return.

Nice room, booking included 2 mini-bar items and free bottled water which was a nice touch. Advertised smart tv, however smart functions were disabled. Very expensive parking (I used secure Park down the road for a quarter of the price).

The hotel is very clean! That's unfortunately where the positive stops. We travel a lot, so we know what to expect from a highly rated hotel. Unfortunately this wasn't it. Reception staff made our stay painful. While checking in, the staff member assisting me answered the phone twice, dealt with the phone requests and then picked up the phone and placed a call to maintenance while I was attempting to check in … I will admit some lower budget hotels normally allow this but a hotel focused on high standards of service doesn't adopt this policy. It's a real slap in the face. We had accommodation booked and paid for us by friends so when handing over my credit card I notified them the room had been paid and the card was for our personal incidentals only. This was noted by reception. The reception forgot to return my Photo Id, on check in so I received a phone call to "come and get it when I was down next"… this is a total no no. If reception inconveniences you it would be proper policy to bring the card to your room not tell you to "come and get it". When I did get down to reception no one could find it and I was waiting there for 20 minutes while staff scrambled for it… finally it was found and I could check out. After leaving I noticed my credit card had been charged for the room. I phoned, explained again that it was paid for by my friend who booked the accom and was assured of a refund.

We had a phenomenal stay! Incredible nice and attentive staff! Every staff member we came in contact with was nice and competent! Beautiful rooms! Pretty new and pretty clean rooms with anything in the you could imagine! Great general facilities! Pool, gym and same are all clean and in a great state! Phenomenal breakfast! This is not the Sofitel, but still great breakfast with really high quality foods and nice seating! Just a bit low and the veggie side (tomatoes, mushrooms etc. ) Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights on the weekend. Highly recommend. Wonderful stay from start to finish. We had a wheelchair modified room. The room was perfect. It was set out for easy wheelchair access. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Since I'd read reviews I had a fair idea that our window view might be an office building, but that wasn't really a bother. I guess a sweeping city view may have been nice, but I'd be nitpicking to say it bothered us. We took advantage of valet parking and late checkout for the small extra fee. The $20 for a 4 pm check was well spent. Breakfast was lovely. I read some negative reviews, but I found the good tasty, healthy and there was plenty of choice. The yoghurt! Amazing! We will always stay at Capri for city escapes in the future. Thanks for a wonderful time away.

Such a great place to stay. Very modern and lots of unique activities. Includes a 24/7 gym, xobox one, sauna and swimming pool (heated). Highly Recommend.

What a fantastic place to stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived in an early flight and were able to check in really early. The room was really spacious with great amenities. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel extras such as the gym, soon and play room and the saunas were great and made us feel really at home. Even the hotel buffet breakfast was delicious and well worth paying for. We will definitely be back.

Very central to everything for Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley and South Bank. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive and well positioned hotel with nice, modern rooms.

The stay itself was great! couldn't fault it. The room was clean, service was great and the view was excellent. However, I have had nothing but trouble getting my bond returned to my account. I checked out on the 27/05/17 and it's now the 13/06/17 and Have had to contact the hotel 5 times due to them not releasing my funds even though they told me several times that there's nothing pending on their end and to contact my bank who have shown me proof that the transaction of $100AUD is still pending with the hotel & that they have not released the funds back or done a reversal and have not sent a fax through to the bank which I was advised they had done. This is getting beyond a joke and I don't know whether a sixth or seventh call will even make a difference. I advise that if you stay there you ask to pay your bond in cash to avoid this drama.

My husband and I just got back from our 3 weeks holiday and we are very happy to have found Capri by Fraser as we were looking for a place to stay in Brisbane. We were not disappointed when we got there after a very long flight from the US. We initially booked for a week stay and after 2 days of our very comfortable accommodations and the great service and good breakfast, we decided to extend our stay to 3 weeks. The amenities were great most especially that we could do our free laundry while working out. Our room was small but comfortable and we love the bathroom. The location was excellent and walking distance to restaurants and shops and Southbank. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend the place. Thank you to the staff for your services and for making our Brisbane experience a memorable one.

So I am used to having city breaks at Brisbane city and we do like plush hotels. On searching for a different location in the city I came across the Capri by Fraser in Brisbane. The reviews were good so I thought I would give it a go to determine whether this will be a repeat stay at this hotel. The booking was a breeze and the price was really good value for the package, which was a studio deluxe room. We arrived and had valet parking and it was really reassuring and the staff at reception were really polite and helpful. We went to the room as I was going with my wife for a final 22nd wedding anniversary celebration. The room was fantastic and certainly great value and located in a perfect location with a 4 minute walk to the Queen mall and a 10 min walk to south bank. So an ideal location. There is no unisex sauna or spa facilities however just a minor issue, and gas a great gym and a small but adequate pool. The hotel was well presented and very clean and the staff were always dressed smartly and always professional. I had booked a breakfast with our package and went to the buffet breakfast. Considering it is a well reputed restaurant, the breakfast was very disappointing with hard sausages and tasteless scrabbled eggs. If you had eggs made your way by the chef then this would of not been an issue. I did make the waitress aware and she had spoken to her manager who had spoken to us we our concerns. Has this stopped us returning.

I was last a guest at Capri 2 years ago and remembered it being a good hotel with great food. Not sure what's happened since but I was very disappointed with my stay this time around. The room was nicely set up and and had all the amenities one would expect. But the bed was actually 2 singles pushed together, and the pillows were horrible. I was also really looking forward to the breakfast at Asana, but like the room this was a let down. The food selection was much smaller than last time. The juice available tasted like supermarket home brand. Sad to say I won't be looking at staying here again on my next visit to Brisbane.

How refreshing to experience this quality hotel. Having worked over 20 years in hotels I am often dissappointed with my hotel stays but not this time. Our room was simple, beautifully appointed comfy bed and pillows. Not to forget the complimentary bottle of sparkling such a delight. Congratulations to the team! We stayed three nights at the Capri by Fraser in Brisbane. The location in walking distance to the Queens Mall and many other points of interest is very good. The hotel is new and modern, the room was quite and very clean. Full recommendation, we will come back.

Great value. Everything seem a new or kept really well. Schmick decor and facilities are awesome. Have to try the steam room.

Depending on your room location, you will experience this hotel differently. Our first room looked out onto an office full of workers some 19m away. We managed to move to the street side of the hotel with a better, not great, outlook. Rooms have been updated and are nice. Staff were friendly.

Disappointed is an under statement. I booked a room here for myself and my partner for our anniversary. From the second I walked in, I was greeted by 2 rude asian girls, who had no idea what they were doing. When I booked the room, I asked for a room over looking the city as this was a special night. I was assured that my room would have a lovely view. When I opened my door to room 1206, I was surprised to see that I was looking straight out into an office building, with no view what so ever. It doesn't get much better when we walk down stairs to get our complementary breakfast. The young guy at the front counter said we will be billed for our breakfast as he cant find us on the list. I insisted that we had already paid for the breakfast when we booked our room. He implied that I was lying and said he would need to check with his manager. The ONLY positive on our stay here is that the room was clean and the hotel was close to our Eagle St dining location.

Second time here… & there will hopefully be a third, forth, fifth :) Central to everything, modern decor & great mix of facilities, well priced, friendly attentive staff. Basically 'all good'!

Encouraged several of our wedding guests to stay here with us and couldn't have been more appalled by the terrible customer service. Victoria couldn't have been more snarky when we asked for a second key. You need a key to access the facilities and operate the elevator. We're mortified at having recommended this hotel.

Had a great time at the Capri. After a glitch in the breakfast which was elegantly handled, we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great hotel, great bedding, great service, great location. Fabulous.

I recently stayed here in a Club room. The service was amazing and everything was clean and professional. The club reception was great and the bar well staffed during the day. Lots of foods are paleo and very healthy. This hotel is really modern and in the centre of Brisbane.

Brand new hotel, beautiful quiet rooms with the most comfortable bed around. Food is first class and location in the CBD is perfect and makes is very easy to get in and out. On site parking, awesome gym and top notch service makes this my no. 1 choice to stay in Brisbane.
