Second stay, as bad as the first. Lovely people but beds hards as a rock and showers are terrible and not very clean.

Great place to stay. Prime location. We stayed here for state of origin. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Most importantely, the shower pressure is great! Great service. We stayed in a room which was facing the highway and it was considerably quiet. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my time at the Waldorf. I only met a friend there.

Well positioned for Western Sydney, do not be fooled their two bedroom apartments are not two bedroomed but a pull through screen that has no noise protection, from the hall you can hear conversations in rooms, lifts work well, office staff rude and offhanded, restaurant staff great, breakfast for poor staff are like a feed lot, over run by rude people filling containers with milk and hot water for the bus trip. Needs aclotbof maintenance in rooms.

Nice room. Limited free Wi-Fi and difficult parking when checking in and out. Otherwise overall pretty good.

Good rooms with decent amenities. Great it's got onsite ecure parking although car park is a bit tight.

Two bedroom apartment was in fact 1 bedroom with a slidable wall between two beds. Was hoping for two real separate rooms, so watch out for that.

Good location close to Parramatta. No cafes within walking distance though. Parking available on-site which is great. Rooms were clean and room service was nice too.

Visitor parking would be nice. The venue we went didnt have the air con on and it was really hot. I would recommend the staff to check to make sure the aircon is on.

I only used a function room and it was fine. Nicely lit, clean & spacious. Served well for a professional purpose. However, my impression of it as a hotel was not so positive. Very dirty on the outside, dingy, building appears dilapidated, work out, grimy etc. Very poor impression.

Very nice conference room. Located up a set of stairs. With a lovely waiting area outside of it with seats and tables.

Wasn't much space for visitor parking but the reception area was very comfortable with good chairs. The service was polite and everything clean and tidy.

Opposite Rosehill Racecourse. Nice rooms at reasonable prices. Friendly service from staff. Nice food at restaurant.

Very expensive but good location. Need some renovation to give it that extra feel holiday makers are seeking away from their usual home. Maybe instead of weekly cleaning; daily cleaning will be a good start.

A really great hotel to stay at, we stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it was very cozy, a lot of provided utensils made staying there so much better. If I had to make a more accurate rating I would rate it more 4.2~4.4 stars out of 5.

The room was clean and spacious. Very helpful and nice staff.

Nice large bed. Kitchen is installed in the linen cupboard. Little mould in shower grout. Not somewhere to stay during the day but good as a base of operations for days out.

I had the opportunity to stay on level 11 the Executive floor for a week. The room was fair, nothing more. Noise from the street at night was irritating and I pity those in rooms lower down as the noise would have been unbearable. The room itself was dated and old. Bed was not comfortable with depressions and ridges everywhere, the carpet was ripped in several places and one of the curtains did not operate. The kitchenette was minimalist with a warning to use more ventilation than was available in my room or fear a $500 call out from the fire brigade. On the up side the restaurant was very pleasant and the food was enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and while it was not what I expected from the name Waldorf it was a comfortable stay.

Great service. Rooms slightly dated but adequate. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Executive level provides excellent views.

Parking is secure but very tight to maneuver through. Rooms are cramped. Queen beds are just 2 single beds pushed together. Quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Not worth the price they charge.

Clean amenities and helpful staff! Street parking somewhat limited though.

Could do with a bit of an update to the overall design. Also double check the cutlery is clean in the room. One of our forks looked like it was covered in honey…

I have stayed at the Waldorf Parramatta for around 9 years under 3 company names. This year they have priced themselves out of my accommodation. No loyalty to returned customers, no Sydney Caravan Camping Show Exhibitors rate so Waldorf I'm staying across the road… at your opposition.

We stayed fpor a weekend in Waldorf apartments in Parramatta. Good accommodation — spacious 2 bedroom hotel apartment with good onsite security and services. Nice breakfast daily free internet & security car park8ing. Very close to our family relatives place. Good value for family stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful; the room was comfortable (but lighting a bit dim) ; but watch out for the underground parking. If you have a low slung car, the bars at the end of each parking bay will wreck your spoiler. A Holden Commodore SV6 touches these, for example, and even a Subaru Outback touches them (sump guard perhaps? ). Most ramps from one level to the next are narrow, too, so don't try for the car parking record. :-) Car parking may not be free any more, so check this for yourself. Overall, good.

Check in at 2pm — I arrived at 3.15pm to find a cleaner in my room. This was after trying to check-in where the male receptionist took calls whilst I tried to get some service. His australian co-worker even apologised for his rudeness. At 'breakfast' if you could call it that (virtually nothing) I was harrassed because they said I hadn't paid, which I had pre-paid. 4 times they interrupted my breakfast to hassle me, including the manager. After proving my case, they let me off — gee thanks! The carpark is the size of a shoe-box. If you own a car any larger than a mini — forget it, you will ruin it. Noise? It starts at 5am and end at 8pm — no double glazed windows here. Just cheap, drafty garbage. The bar and restaurant? If you like to pay fine-dining prices for schnitzel cooked by 18 year olds — go for it. Avoid this hole like the plague. Even a fellow traveller in the lift suggested going across the road to Rydges. Which I will do next time.

I really like the accommodation here though the breakfast choices were a little disappointing (limited fruit and cereal choices). I'll never stay here again though, the parking was a nightmare. Seriously, it was like being in a nightmare and unable to wake up. Very narrow turns, high curbs in blind spots and tight spaces. Mine was not the only car damaged that night and the receptionist admitted that they get regular complaints. Don't go here unless you are a very confident driver or have a tiny car.

My family stayed for 9 days whiles had house renovated, I love it clean modern, friendly helpful staff.

We have great 11 nights in Waldorf Rosehill in Parramatta. Our family shared a 2 bedroom apartment which was fully furnished and equipped and had full kitchen, laundry, nice veranda with view and good internet service at very reasonable rate. The complex is very modern and has on site pool, gym, 24 hours security and it provide us with free light breakfast at no charge. Very good location and very very good value for family accommodation.
