Stayed at APX Parramatta in July, heating did not work, had reception come and look and he could not get it working either. The queen bed were 2 singles put together. One of those single beds felt really saggy and uncomfortable, upon check out I pulled sheets off to find that it had a massive dip in the middle which explains why I was sleeping much lower than my partner and ended up with a sore back. Complained to management and they said the would investigate the room. They said they could not find anything wrong with both heating heating and beds. Luckily I took photos of the bed. All they offered was a 10% discount. Will not be staying there again and do NOT recommend to anyone.
