Room 23 was absolutely disgusting! Smelt of cigarettes, floor was damp, sheets were all damp, broken window with NO CURTAIN, room backed onto someone else’s yard with screaming kids. Shower had mould on roof. Will NEVER EVER return. It’s not a hotel. My kids all ended up sick from the damp carpet and sheets. I never went to reception to complain as I would have been locked up. I have reported this to a hire department as it’s un hygienic and MANY safety issues.

Checked in on 14th May 2022 and was shocked. Patrons was smoking in the gaming area and because I have asthma I couldn't play the pokies. I was in room 4 and it was very clean. However the toilet kept running water. As a PT user this hotel isn't recommended as buses finish early. Would I stay here again? No.

I stayed at this motel on the 8/6/22 very disappointing stay. We arrived to check in and got our room key for number 16 we had family stay in number 15 and there room was no better. Our air conditioner was broken, we then were given a portable heater but it had a strong burning smell to it so we were unable to use it, requesting an extra blanket to be brought to our room it arrived with yellow stains on it. The toilet was not cleaned, half open drinks in the fridge and mould in the bathroom which is extremely dangerous for me as I’m an asthmatic. Disgusting 🤢 motel and will never return. I understand this is a budget motel but every room should be up to certain cleaning standards.
