The restaurant good choice quality price in Andorra, good service, especially its 2 Argentine waitresses gave us an exceptional service, very attentive, friendly and helpful with diners.

They cook very well, fantastic waiter service, a 10 to the Restaurant and the Hotel also everything correct and to go shopping the location is perfect.

Totally recommended, its attention, its food, its location, its professionalism, make it a good place to stay in it.

Very friendly service. Hotel in general well, the only thing we didn't like was the tub/shower I had, it wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, location and great price!

We went only to eat, because we were staying at another hotel with lousy food, and here we found the best of Andorra. Yes, you have to take your time because the service is correct and friendly but it goes a little slow.

I was very surprised at the quality of the kitchen. Staff very friendly and able. Very premium tapas and rations at affordable price.

Right menu. Right amount though Justita. But it's all very good. Drink or Entrava.

The location of the hotel is not bad. Breakfast repeats itself every other day. Poorly closing wooden windows from which the wind blows. The fireplace is stoked in the evenings and from this smoke on the entire first floor, the chimney is not working apparently.

Very good rooms, pleasant staff, excellent location. Breakfast-diversity no so good as expected.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The problem is the noise next to the window for several hours of the evening/night in room 309 of some device maybe of heating or something similar.

The hotel is very clean and quiet and it is wonderful to let pets in. The girls at the front desk are majísimas. I do not give the maximum score, because in the morning we opened the doors the girls of the cleaning super early and without warning. For the rest, all great.

We were in the restaurant, we wanted to try the tasting menu of €25, but we were told that by having too much work they did not do it on those dates (December 29).
We decided then by the normal menu. And that's it, average. The rice and pasta very simple. Meat with nothing special. The desserts nothing of the other world.
Without being bad, it doesn't stand out at all.

Positive: Very cozy, friendly staff, well located, dinner in the restaurant exquisite, negative: expensive parking, old room and uncomfortable bed, high night price although if included dinner is worth it,

Disappointed the room did not meet the conditions to be able to rest in conditions, the toilet cistern was constantly losing water, the shower pear was broken showering was a torture and the worst a constant noise as of a tick tack tick tack watch that we thought It came from the heating system and wouldn't let us sleep without putting on any plugs. We have been on many occasions in this establishment we like by its location but next time we will think about it.

It was a birthday present for my father and family and they have only spoken wonders of this hotel. I appreciate the detail of the cake without foresight. Totally recommended.

The food was very good in general but the supposed filet mignon I've got was filled with nerves and hard pieces. The maitre was very gross when he came to check out and I showed him the evidence that they were NOT serving what they say they were selling. I certainly regret having dinner in this place that should be avoided while the present maitre still works there… Consider yourself warned!

Location Good price. Indifferent but correct attention. Rooms with 70 years furniture. Breakfast varied and enough, not spectacular.

Great location for a good price. The rooms are small, but it's what you would expect from a hotel in this part of town for that price. Would recommend.

Very good reception, firm bedding, very clean set. Only flat window room 414 more efficient so noise. Nice brewery. Paid Parking as everywhere.

Aside from the TV that's in bad shape. The reception and the staff are lovely. The breakfasts are perfect. The restaurant also only downside the desserts.

Very good location. We arrived about 8pm on motorbikes after a very wet and cold trip over the mountains to find they would only allow one of us to park in the secure car park which meant leaving one on the road overnight. We could have clearly left the two bikes there for overnight as cars were not going anywhere. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Staff at breakfast were not overly friendly. We ordered vegetable chips with meat platter, it was very good but not chips, it was more like a stir fry with prawns, I don't eat prawns. Most staff were helpful though.

Good decent hotel near the city centre and not expensive.

Very good hotel in the centre of andorra la veilla. Friendly people in the reception and dining room. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Very good priced. When you go to Andorra, take this hotel.

I stayed here with a few friends while on a skiing trip. A nice overall hotel with easy access to the town. You will need a car to get to locations to start skiing.

Very nice Hotel with a warm welcome, a spacious room, and a very nice catering service.

If you want to see hotel staff that actually get up from their seat and help you stay here… The person that checked us in took us outside the hotel to show us the best place to park and how to get there. The food in the restaurant was great at dinner and the staff were also helpful explaining food choices… We would definitely stay here again as for a three star hotel it was great…

A perfect hotel for skiing and shopping.

The hotel is very well located. There is free Wi-Fi and it works very well. It is clean and comfortable. The ratio is optimal.

I've dined here this summer and both the deal and the food were excellent. Recommended.

Appearance of the hotel is features plus great location (five minutes away from the shopping street) and has a rich and varied breakfast.
But these, personal think and cannot cover its shortcomings of where, first personal wants to said of is that bad of parking, only 6 a spaces plus a article just enough accommodate a car car into of downhill alley, for trick bad of friends for, really of is a nightmare, and daily needed pay 18.50 € of parking fee (is said to have hotel near of public parking to than this cheap have more)
Followed by the room, I saw for the first time there is no toothbrush and disposable slippers Hotel lucky stayed just one night … ，
Is the worst air conditioning settings, mode and cannot be manually adjusted the heating/cooling system, and air conditioning is set 20 minutes off, the room is no quilt, only thin blanket if you feel cold, needed approximately every 20 minutes to restart the air conditioner, which is one thing I can't stand.
Although the price of the hotel and we can't expect too much, but personally do not recommend this store, except near the center of I really mean anything good.

Clean, friendly, accomodating. I recommend it. Had a very nice continental breakfast with automatic coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine and various cold and hot things to eat. I stayed 3 nights. The view from the room wasn't great, but for the price I wasn't expecting a view either.

We went with our cat for six days and I highly recommend it. We coordinate with the cleaner so that the cat would be the shortest possible time in the carrier; in some cases speak directly with responsible for not having to talk daily with cleaner and have it coordinated beforehand. The room was quite correct. The situation is very good for getting around the city. There is a municipal parking not far from there that allows you to save you money, since it is impossible to park in Andorra la Vella in the street. The breakfast was quite good and varied. The price to go with pet is the best in the area. I will no doubt repeat :D.

Unbeatable location to walk to go shopping and do not need the car.
