Nice location and nice staff.

The view is nice but the food is average and room is super bad with poor amenities. The bathroom and toilet look like 30 years ago of a low cost hostel. We booked 2 nights on 18 and 20 Jan. We complained right upon the arrival and told them we wanted to cancel the second night. However in the morning, they said why we didnt tell them last night so that they could change to other room. The hotel manager attitude is unacceptabe. No apology but insisted on full pay for second night in a super low season. Never again.

We have a room in the back side close to the pond, the room is clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom and entry. The whole farm is very neat and well organized. We enjoyed massage, sauna, biking and kayaking. There are many big insects and toads to be spotted. At night, there are even light bugs! Swimming pool could be better with more frequent water renewing. We see many larvae’s along the swimming pool wall and do not dare to go in anymore.

This was my absolute favorite stay on our two week motorcycle trip through Vietnam. The scenery was beautiful! The rooms were luxurious! Everything was so very clean and all of our needs were taken care of. We wish we could have stayed here a few more nights!

The rooms are clean, the food is good and the staff is nice. They don't speak English very well but that is standard in Vietnam I'd say.

Stayed here after an Oxalis caving tour, the food is good, staff are very friendly, the beds are very comfortable, beautiful scenery and the pool and sauna are nice options. Wifi was the strongest I've experienced in all of Vietnam, the offered laundry service kayaking as well, I would recommend staying, great for kids here too.

Had a wonderful stay in June 2018. The staff were very friendly and always working hard to make sure everything was perfect. We were able to get a sauna in while we were staying and it is highly recommended. The only discouraging thing for us was a very limited vegetarian food menu, but what was available was delicious. Take time to read the story of Chay Lap that is in the room and you will get a whole new appreciation for the Farmstay and the people working there.

This was a mixed stay. Firstly — the best thing was that the staff are so friendly and nice. They are absolutely awesome. The next thing was that this was a very very clean and tidy which was really good. Also, the restaurant breakfast and dinner was delicious. The bad part was that we initially had a normal room (107) which was very plain, without much decoration. It had very bad Wi-Fi as well. Worst of all was the bed which was so uncomfortable and hard. The worst bed I have ever slept on. However, when we asked at reception for an upgrade, we moved into the farm room. This was AMAZING. Great bed, great Wi-Fi and the room looked so so much nicer. It would have been a 5-star review if we had the farm room from the start but regardless, I would highly recommend this resort. Just avoid room 107 :)

They have good cocktails, but that's about it. The food was mediocre. The beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioning, which I only expect when advertised, did not work well, as my room felt like it never got colder than 25 c, despite being set on 20 c. The rooms did not offer basic amenities (conditioner, lotion, etc) that I've come to expect of anywhere graded better than a hostel. General disappointment.

Had stayed here for two days. The ambience and view from the rooms were extremely beautiful. The staff were helpful and polite. The food was okay. But little bit pricey. Except for food lived every single thing about this place. They even have kayaking and cycling complimentary. Wish we could stay longer.

Customer service (both reception and restaurant) was a joke. Allow extra 30 minutes at checkout and check your bill carefully. The smoothie at the restaurant was really really good… But only if you can get someone to come take your order or give you the correct drink! Or take away your completely untouched drink because they wanted to clean up for the night. Seriously it was a joke. I had laundry done, I was impressed that they did them overnight, but do they really have to wake me up at 7:30 to give them back? Also, they came back smelly (as if they have washed my clothes with a hundred smelly socks). I could rant on…

We stayed at Chay Lap for 2 nights in March whilst we were travelling from South Vietnam to North Vietnam over 3 weeks. We stayed in a concrete room the first night and a wooden farmhouse the second night. It was absolutely stunning. Surrounded by the view of the mountains. The staff are amazing and can’t help you enough. We were sorry that we could only spend 2 nights there! The food was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend this place. One of the highlights of our journey.

Super nice place but you are necessarily dependent on a scooter and the transfer from the eig city is not so cheap to organize in front of the place.

Beautiful setting with views of karst mountains. Food only ok. Beautiful crystal clear pool.

Khách sạn có view đẹp, yên tĩnh, trang thiết bị trong phòng mộc mạc nhưng hữu ích cho vùng hay gặp lũ (nhà thiết kế bằng hệ thống nhà phao), khu trang trại với nhiều rau xanh tự trồng để phục vụ du khách rất mát mắt. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình, giá cả phòng và ăn uống hơi cao nhưng nhìn chung nên thử 1 lần khi đến Quảng Bình.

Perfect location as if you were in a movie. Pool bar + pool are great. Especially the house cocktail is delicious. Everything fits here.

The place and location are just amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming, in addition they have plenty of complementary activities.

Great place with awesome atmosphere and service. Complimentary breakfast is decent, however the food they serve for dinner is overpriced and not very tasty. Giving 4* for the service: had checkout early in the morning and they even prepared a packed breakfast for me.

Fabulous haven in the mountains, pool a very welcome sight in the 40+ degree heat. Good food, staff friendly… other noisy groups of guests not do great! Thanks for s lovely couple of days.

Really friendly reception, a lot to do (biking, hiking, swimming in the pool or the river, many caves nearby, …). Very child friendly.

Very good customer service. However, food options for breakfast, lunch & dinner is limited. Good for family bonding.

Comfy beds. Terrible complimentary breakfast. Free kayaking is very fun. A bit to expensive for what you get.

If you have more time to explore nature around the area of Quảng Bình province. You should stay here. Free bike, nice view with fresh air. A cozy place to stay. Food is not so bad, but not tasty.
