Location not bad. 1 minute walk from main road so quiet sleep. Plenty eateries around. Price wise unbeatable. Clean beds and hot cold showers. Only downside is no lifts. But doable for 1st to 3rd floor. The sisters owners are really fantastic. Find best bargain tour for me. Gave really good advice and help in any way they could. They ran a little salon below the hotel too. Relationships are reciprocal. Be nice to others and they reciprocate twofold. I find it quite sad when I see tourists coming to Vietnam and hassle over 1 or 2 dollars. It's little to us but a lot to them when average salary is just a few hundred dollars.
We booked a room here almost last minute (4 days before arrival) and it was good. We arrived late, stayed the night and checked out by 12. The room was clean, has air conditioning and a fan, a fridge (stocked with a few drinks; a big water was 10 dong) and a TV. The room was tight though but that was fine. It's well located for cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel did the job for an overnight stay at a great price.

Very nice place. I was here in the first half of June 2018. Quiet little private hotel in a quiet little street, 1 minute walk from the big central street of this city. Near the hotel is a place with delicious seafood.
