Receptionist Chau is very helpful. She help me with motorcycle rental, book tour, and bus transfer to Da Lat. I almost miss my bus transfer to Da Lat yet she called the bus operator and request them to wait for me. She also book Grab for me to chase the bus. Excellent customer service from her.
