The hotel was great, accommodated all my friends and I very well. We got upgraded rooms and rooms we cleaned and made up every day.

We had x2 stays at this boutique hotel in the centre of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. First in a standard double and then post Hua Long bay cruise, a x4 night stay in one of their well-appointed suites.

This hotel is in a fantastic central location in Hanoi. We walked everywhere. What sets it apart is the excellent service, from the check-in to the cleaning ladies. The breakfast is simple but great.

My husband and I came for facial and massage treatments that I was able to book the day before arriving via email.

Would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Absolutely stunning property unlike anything place I’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail is a true 6 star hotel.

We stayed here only for 2 nights on our trip but I kind of wish we had more time! From arrival to check out we were happy with everything.

The hotel is located in the "old" section of Hà Nội so it's close to all the different types of restaurants.

We stayed with the May De Ville hotel for 4 nights in Hanoi and it was a fantastic stay! From the start we were made to feel very welcome.

I stayed at Du Parc Hanoi while attending an event held at the hotel, which made the experience especially convenient.
The hotel is comfortable, with rooms that are spacious enough and very clean.

My husband and I stayed here for our stay in Hanoi and we loved the clean and spacious room. We booked the junior suite which is larger than the average hotel room in Hanoi.

Perfect location for walking to a variety of places. If needed, it is very easy to get a car. The lobby is calm and smells really good. The room we received was a decent size for four people.

Brilliant location by the lake and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. There is a luxury feel about this hotel an we paid a really good price and the service we received was amazing!

Best hotel I’ve ever been in hands down. The breakfast buffet was like absolutely insane I’ve never seen that much food in the same room. The rooms were amazing too and the staff was even better.

I want to thank the hotel staff, ：“Ha, Cloud, and James. ”They are people our family has been very grateful to these past few days, and we have received a lot of help from them.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dal Vostro for 7 nights. This is an older hotel but very clean and well-maintained.

Great stay at Dal Vostro hotel! The hotel was centrally located in Hoan Kiem and close to everything, literally next to Pizza4ps and Polite&Co.

Stayed at the Shining Hotel for a night and loved it that much we came back for 4 nights.
This hotel wins on levels of comfort, cleanliness, food quality and an incredible level of service.

There are a few luxury boutique hotels in the Hanoi Old Town. I stayed at this one for 3 nights and I thought it differentiate itself in the level of service, particularly by the manager, Molly.

I love the room my wife and I got and the service is phenomenal. We used this hotel as a home base while we have trips around Hanoi such as Sapa and Halong Bay.

Stayed as a family of 4 for a short visit in adjoining rooms. Rooms were big enough & had the most comfortable beds we had experienced thus far.
