Fantastic service, rooms perfect, looked after us well.

Nice hotel near the center of the city: You can walk to the centerwhere you will find many restaurants, theater, andere other attrations.

It is a very good hotel, near the lake. The deluxe room is nice, friendly staff, good breakfast and the location is quite and if you don't want to walk a lot to dine, the area has nice dining places. Can definitely recommend Sunline Hotel.

Thought it is a small hotel, but the room is comfortable and the location is very near to famous old quarter of Hanoi.

I litterally had a crush on Sunline hotel on the very first day I arrived in Hanoi! We originally booked only 3nights but after walking around the Old Quarter for days and nights, Sunline was the best choice so we booked another 4nights : the street is quiet with very nice restaurants around, the breakfast is delicious (thanks to the Chef and the whole team! ), the bedroom (deluxe with window and the executive suite are both stunning) and obviously the hotel manager and staff are super nice! Thank you so much Sunline.

Peace, quiet and good value if you are looking for a $50 hotel in the heart of Hanoi.

Very good location. Breakfast outstanding. Lovely place. But the toilet works weird.

I am currently staying at this hotel with my friend. We are just back from Ha Long Bay boat trip arranged by the hotel. Yesterday the receptionist told me that kayak was included in the trip and was free for the hotel guests if arranged through them. However we did not have kayak at all and the tour guide blamed the hotel. When I informed the situation to the same receptionist, she blamed the tour guide by changing the schedule. No refund was offered. Secondly, the plugs in the room are too loose and the adapters just do not fit, so I cannot charge my devices and use the water boiler to make coffee. Although I have informed the reception for this problem on the first day and additionally left a note in front of the plugs before the room service, they did not attempt to fix it. These are important details that reflect the lack of quality and ignoring customer satisfaction that next visitors should definitely know.

Very strong Wi-Fi. Location is great. Room is clean. Enough space in the room. Reception speaks English, Japanese and vietnamese. Friendly and professional staffs. Takes quick and smart moves. Breakfast is delicious. Just 1 Thing. Shower room door doesn't close perfectly. And that's the place where water leaks. But not a big deal.

This hotel is just great. Very nice people, good location, very good breakfast, room big and clean, speedy Wi-Fi, good value for the money. A great place that I am happy to recommand.

I don't usually write reviews but I think the staff here deserve positive acknowledgement. On other positive note, the hotel is located on a small street making it peaceful, quiet and cozy. It's walking distance to all of the main attractions.

We only spent one night but the staff was excellent and the hotel was beautiful.
