Very convenient location. But is small hotel.

Good quality hotel in the middle of the old Quarter. Clean and well decorated room. Busy street but very quiet rooms, not giving on the Street. The price is that of a quasi-blind room with a window overlooking a very unlighted pipe. Very nice staff. Good breakfast Good address, no Passion.

Right in the centre, this hotel is ideal for visiting the city on Foot. Many shops and restaurants nearby as well as many Sights. Although located in a very active day street, the night stays Peaceful. Breakfast was good.

We were a couple of years ago. We went with 2 young children (my 2 year old daughter) and it was spectacular.
If you write an email explaining what you want to prepare everything, they make offers and you do not have to worry about anything (since you leave the airport until you are left there again), just enjoy the city. We did it like this and everything was great.
It is located in the city center on a busy street but at the same time you don't hear almost noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. They adapt to you at all times.
100% recommended.

Prices vary depending on the face of the customer.

A very nice experience, the staff is at the small care.
The room is very clean (unlike other establishments).
The bedding is comfortable.
The only downside is the windows… we have a ripe in front of us, but hey it's all over the old neighborhood alike.

Service is the best I've ever experienced, even from more upscale hotels.

We had booked in this hotel but following a room problem we were moved to the second hotel of the same group.
The staff is really in the small care. We had the breakfast offered until they found us a solution, it was varied and good.
The second hotel was also top! (Hanoi Era Hotel)

Its a super good hotel. Is in the centrum of Hanoi. It only doesnt have a pool witch is to bad.

I only spend one night and it was perfect. I was transferred from other hotel that had a problem with our room and after one night we didn't want to go back. Perfect.

Very comfortable and polished and as centrally located in the Ancient Town as you can get. Slightly pricier then its neigbours but arguably comes with an extra star rating (or two)

Highly recommended. It is in the center of old quarter very well located, but with a dreadful traffic (as in the whole city). Excellent attention, has taxi to the airport for 18USD. Breakfast very acceptable and prices very affordable.

Great location, but noisy and pretty cramped. We originally had a room that faced another building, so essentially, no window. When we arrived, I had a terrible headache and wanted to sleep but due to construction this was not possible. After requesting a quieter room, however, we were upgraded to a deluxe room with a window facing the street. The room was significantly nicer and I appreciate the extra care taken for customer service. In addition, they let us leave our bags overnight while we did the cruise. Breakfast was pretty average and extremely cramped, but the excellent customer service made up for quite a lot. Considering the price, it's pretty good value.

家を出てから12時間もたって、ホテルに到着。スタッフのランさんのおもてなしで助かりました。りんごシナモンティーのWelcome Drinkはとっても美味しい！それから丁寧に街の案内して、おすすめのレストラン、喫茶店、Banh Mi、などを教えてくれました。また、市内で緑か白と赤のタクシーなら安心して乗れる事も教えてくれました。こんなに丁寧に街を案内されるのは初めてでした。もう私達はランさん大好きです。 食事はビュッフェがあり、メニューから注文もできます。私はメニューに出てない、ヴェトナムオムレットを注文。美味しかったです。 Old Townの真中で全てに合理的。特にめっちゃ美味しいPho Soung、夜中に食べるデザート屋台、足マッサージのSunflower Spa。ランナーの方は朝6時頃Hoan Kiem湖周りを走るのがおすすめ。ハノイ市内で気持ちよく走る唯一の場所です。勿論色んな観光スポットも近いです。 部屋は綺麗だけど街が賑やかなので、裏側の部屋がおすすめです。

Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Hanoi, staff were very friendly, gave us a map and circled some places to visit. Lan remembered all 4 of us by name, she was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great with nice breakfast menu choices (sweet and savoury, omlettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes) and also a buffet selection. There is free Wi-Fi.

Centrally located in the Old Quarter located Here is raging of course the life (and the traffic), however, is the noise bearable when the Windows are closed (all rooms are air-conditioned). In the back rooms, the noise from the house is shielded, the straßenseits-facing rooms have double Windows. The cleanliness in the Hotel is top. The equipment for this class is also good (lift access, a Minibar, a large safe for 15' Laptop-and medium-sized photographic equipment, pleasant room, good beds, good hot water, 24-hour reception). The Breakfast is for Vietnamese conditions with good and varied (fresh fruit, various juices, good coffee and the Breakfast menu is omelet, scrambled eggs, noodle soup and much more. ) The staff is super friendly and very helpful! At any time gladly again.

Strategically located at the heart of the old quarters. The services and staff are great: all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
