Great staff at the check in area, breakfast and everywhere else. A welcoming hotel worth the stay. Close to shops, restaurants and lake.

Exceptional service and great location. The hotel receptionist named Eddie was really helpful and informative. He provided us so much information and suggestions for food, and places to go. The room is a little bit small but the decoration is really classy and cozy. We had great experience during the stay. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Bà ngoại tui dắt hai con trốn vào miền nam 1958, HỒ CH MÌNH ra lệnh mở chiến dịch "cải tạo tư tưởng", cấm tự đó báo chí và thủ tiêu rất nhiều trí thức, nhà văn, nhà thơ chỉ vì họ dám lên tiếng chỉ trích sự sai lầm của HCM và ĐCS trong phòng trào "cải cách ruộng đất" từ 1954-1958 Kể từ 1958, HCM ra lệnh cho tất cả các nhà thơ, nhạc sĩ, nhà văn, nhà báo. . Nếu muốn sống phải làm thơ văn, nhac, viết báo ca ngợi HCM vĩ đại, ĐCS muôn năm để nhồi sọ con nít từ mới lọt lòng phải biết ca ngợi “chủ tịch HCM vĩ đại, ĐCS muôn năm”. HỒ CHÍ MÌNH ra lệnh cho Phạm văn Đồng ký dâng hai đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa năm 1958 cho Cộng sản Trung Quốc để đổi lấy vũ khí cho cuộc chiến việt Nam làm cho 3 triệu người mất mạng. .

Clean, comfortable and passionate staffs. We had relaxing four days stay where the hotel is in the old Quarter and near the lake but in a quiet lane. The staffs are very passionate and helpful. Thanks to Eddie who shown us a list of restaurants and marked them on the map. The three sunshine girls in the breakfast area greet us politely everyday. We had surprised gift when leave and they packed us breakfast to take away as we were leablea very early in the morning.

I stayed there 3night. Staff are so nice and helpful. Also location is good :) Near by everything (night market, restaurant, shops and lake. ) If I go to hanoi again, I will stay here again!

A very nice hotel. Very neat rooms with clean and very moderb bathrooms. The staff is so kind and smiling all the time. That makes you feel good.

Bonsellas staff go above and beyond for you. We were greeted by Lucy and staff with watermelon drinks on arrival, and we were given so many recommendations, from activities to food. When we enquired about where to get water puppet tickets, Eddie at the counter just took care of it and collected the tickets from the theatre himself and had it ready for us. Not even an additional charge for that! Amazing. The breakfast was outstanding. Had everything. Pancakes, sushi, cereal, pastries, noodles, spring rolls, potatoes, I could go on forever. The staff put a smile on our face every morning. We were so sad to leave the hotel! Jason, the manager, and the rest of the staff even all walked out and waved us off as we left. We will definitely be coming back here if we return. If you're looking for somewhere in the city centre, reasonable price, amazing staff, and so clean, just book here, you won't regret it.

A pearl in Hanoi. Fresh well designed rooms. Great bathroom. Stable Wi-Fi. Customer oriented staff with a proper city intoduction of do:s and don'ts of Hanoi. Super clean. Great beds. Modern fast elevator. Fantastic breakfast. Location just perfect. There are not many places like this and I see a lot. I dearly recommend this hotel.

I was very impresed with all aspects of the hotel, from the warm greeting whicb was very late check in, to Jason organising our Ha Long Bay ovrnight with Signature Cruises (would highly recommend this company) the hotel took care of our baggage while we did the cruise on our return we were given a complimentary upgraded room to lake view which was wonderful, the breakfast had a good selection to choose from, all the staff were more than accommodating for all our needs, very clean and comfortable hotel, would we go back, Yes.

Great service and clean rooms. Hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast is on point with a nice buffet and free a la carte menu.

We stayed at 3 hotels over 8 days in Hanoi and liked this one the best. The street noise in the room can get loud but we found this to be true everywhere we went in Hanoi. City noise aside the street it is on is quiet and less scooter dominated than other streets in the old quarter. The staff were very kind and helpful. The view from our room was great as was the view from the top where they serve a great breakfast. Hoan Kiem lake is only one block away. Definitely recommend this for a stay in the old quarter.

The Hotel is brand new and located few steps away from Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Excellent breakfast and excellent staff. The management i. E. Jason and Janice are extremely helpful and they really take care of all the guests needs. Highly recommended experience.

A gem in the center of Hanoi. Wonderful staff, great location, excellent rooms, great service, delicious breakfast. Will definitely come back again. Few steps away from shops, pubs, and restaurants. Blocks away from night market and Hoan Kiem lake. This hotel is recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Hanoi.

Nice hotel with great staff and a good restaurant. No pool or gym but good location in old Hanoi.

I stayed at the Hanoi Elegance Diamond for 9 days and could not have been more pleased with the hotel, room, restaurant, spa and especially the staff. They had someone waiting for me in the airport, that person took me to the waiting van and I was driven directly to the hotel where the staff was expecting me and prepared with a warm greeting. The greeting included a towel to wash up, fresh fruit, a drink and a staff member sitting down with me in person to explain the hotel services and provide a map with guidance on where to go and what to see in the area. And there is plenty in walking distance to see and do. Some of the hotel staff remembered my name and room number and they were all willing to help any time I needed anything including guidance with things outside the hotel. On one occasion, I needed to visit a pharmacy to buy ibuprofen. When I asked about where to go to buy it, someone from the hotel actually walked there with me and helped me communicate with the pharmacist. On another occasion, I was going to ride a motorbike with a friend and a staff member gave me his personal helmet to use. The Hanoi Elegance Diamond is small with only about 4 rooms on each floor but my room was very well appointed and in like new condition. The cleaning staff kept very clean, sometimes more than once a day. I felt confident enough to leave my laptop and other things sitting out everyday and nothing was taken. (although they do provide a laptop in the room for your use).
