It is so great to chose to stay here in hanoi brother inn because all of their staff are very helpful and accomodating especially kevin and harry they are friendly. I recommend this hotel when you are in hanoi because of the cleanliness and easy acces to stores and tourist spots. And thanks for the. Cake guys I got also a present from them.

I can't stop loving these guys. In love with this amazing place and people — awesome staff. We came all the way from Fiji and instantly fell in love with the place and the amazing staff Highly recommend this place. Don't book anywhere else. Just book this place first ;) We are still in Vietnam and I would return to this place without any hestitation. Special Special thanks to Kevin, Hannah, Anna, Gary, Que and other staff. Definitely deserve a 5 out of 5 star rating ;)

We stayed in the family room, it was quite ok for the price we payed. Shower was working fine with hot and cold water although the bidet was not functioning well. But the staff was really courteous and helpful.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast food was good. We stayed in a room with a balcony, but other than the door out there was no window which was the only let down on an otherwise great visit.

We stayed in Hanoi Brother Inn for 2 nights and our experience was amazing. You feel like you have a family in Hanoi because the staffs are very much concern of your comfort. They will assist you in everything they could. I am also happy with our free breakfast. You can choose from bread, pancake and pho… The room is very clean… Keep up the good work and hope to come back again…

First thing to say is the staff are fantastic. We arrived very early in the morning and were told to help ourselves to tea / coffee while we were waiting for room (which we were able to check into earlier than official check in time) We were given a map of the area along with suggested places to visit, Good places to eat, general good advice and so much more. We had to change our flights and they were great, printing off whatever I needed. Room was fine. Good size. Windows with nothing really to see but we thought the painting on the wall depicting a window was fun. Comfortable bed, hot shower, toiletries, Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee, fruit and some juices. Good breakfast included. Easy walking to markets etc. Plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The guys will help you with anything. This is a great choice. Would stay here again.

Free egg omelet breakfast with coffee and fruit every morning. You can choose from other breakfast menu items including pancakes. They staff is so friendly and willing to help you book trips all arouns Hanoi. Love this place! Thanks Phillip for a great time!

Was supposed to stay for 5 days left after one. I have no idea how the reviews are so high. The room was not clean and we saw a rat in the lobby. Maybe if you are 18 it is a great place to stay but not for us. Spend an extra few dollars for much nicer places around. I do have to say we enjoyed the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. Staff was kind and helping. They booked for us an affordable tour in Halong Bay. During Christmas' Eve organize a nice party with all the hostel's guests. The price is average and it's located in the beatiful Old Quarter.

Excellent hostel and very friendly staff. The rooms are simple, but functional. There is a free breakfast and luggage storage. Wi-fi is fast and reliable. When we came back to pick up some luggage after a couple of days out of town, they let us use the shared space for free. The staff are very helpful for booking trips and figuring out transportation. A really nice experience for us.

Phillip and everyone else here is fantastic. Phillip especially, really made my time in Hanoi super memorable. The accomodations are clean, comfy and they offer loads of services for great prices. Laundry, great breakfast, tours, scooters, room service, whatever you need, they will take care of you. Next time I'm in Hanoi, this is where I will stay for sure.

Great value for money. Philip and his family were really helpful and went above and beyond in helping us out whenever we needed it, including helping us plan the rest of our trip. Gave us great useful tips which you wouldn't normally think about. No complaints!

The staff makes this place becomes outstanding. The facilities is normal, good value for money.

We visited four countries which include China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore. Hanoi Brother Inn is the best hotel. I wonder how they maintain the standard at such a cheap rate. We enjoyed early check in at 7:00 am. The manager was friendly enough to offer complimentary BF on 1st day morning although it was not entitled. We had a morning flight, therefore, checked out at 6:00 am. The receptionist handed over a packet for BF at 6:00 am! Unbelievable service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Before arriving on July 1, 2017 we checked our booking and we just realized we missbooked the date on July 2, 2017. So on the way to hotel I booked room for July 1, 2017. After arriving we told the front desk we would change date of the book on July 1 to July 3 and thank God it was okay and they helped us.
Welcoming drink was served. The service of staff is just like 3 star hotel.
And they also gave us map, explaining the place of interests and how to get there. Breakfast are available at 7 am and we can choose menu. The banana pancake is so yummy.
Recommended hotel if you come to Hanoi.

I've arrived in Hanoi early morning. The staff were very kind to let me in and get a good nap before the official check-in time. If the bed is available, they will let you check-in right away! Location wise is very good. Easy to move around for food or shopping. They provide all kinds of tours here. Just let them know and everything will be arranged by them. Very well organized. Special thanks to Gary for helping me book a tour, shuttle & bus tickets to Sapa. Also willing to open the door and let me check-in right away after I arrived at 3:30am from Sapa. Highly recommended place to stay while you're in Hanoi!

Wonderful stay. Staff are very helpful. Gave cake for my husband birthday. Accomodate our needs. Stayed for 2 nights. Airport pick up n drop available. They serve breakfast. Complimentary PC n book exchange. More like homely. Managed by brothers n sisters. Will recommend this place to all. A place without luxury facilities but make u feel home.

Booked this hostel for 3 nights, room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. All staff were great and Hai was very welcoming and helpful. We booked a Ha Long Bay cruise with Hai on V'Spirit cruise which was very well organised and a highlight of the trip. Thanks for having us Hanoi Brother Inn!

We stayed for two nights at Brother Inn Hostel the rooms were perfect — very comfortable and clean and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were amazing, especially Tony and Hai, who helped us to organise two trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. Both tours were great, good value and very well organised. We also arranged an airport collection and drop off through the hostel which was very reasonable ($15 each way).

Hello. We were staying at this hostel in the old quarter… The rooms are normal without many pretensions and the bathroom is the typical in asia… Shower on the floor and such… The hotel has 4 floors WITHOUT elevator. The breakfast is a la carte… Has free Wi-Fi and service is pickup at the airport (13$ negotiated)
We also booked tickets to Sapa and Ba (always Ask for a discount). We also provide you with a SIM data to the phone by (200.000 Dongs)
You are very kind … But you have to be on top of them. The hotel without the service you provide would be to rate it as normal, but the service you give up a little bit.
