We had a great experience with this hotel! the staff were very helpful and the location is the perfect walking distance to everything in the old quarter.

Excellent hotel with great location. The staff are very friendly and give good advice on what to visit. The bedrooms are very clean. It is possible to book excursions with the hotel for Halong Bay. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent location at Hanoi’s center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. They makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants, etc. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Great hotel in central Hanoi. Easily accessible to many interesting sites. Peaceful rooms allow you to rest and relax. Staff is kind and attentive. Would stay here again when in Hanoi!

We stayed here a couple different nights. The staff is great and really goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are good sized with nice bathroom amenities. All in all a solid place to base from for a short stay in Hanoi.

A great boutique hotel which has just opened for the past 6 months, service is top notch and the hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is simple and taste good. Keep up the awesome work, you guys rock.

Best hospitality in Hanoi! The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and most of all helpful. We left our camera on a bus that dropped us off after a trip to Halong Bay — they got it back. We wanted to book last minute overnight train tickets to Sapa (which can’t be done online) — they booked them for us, with a discount. The rooms are well air conditioned and nice and dark, so we had great sleep. Clean and modern, we decided to re-book for the rest of our stay in Hanoi after our visit to Sapa.

The rooms are modern and spacious! The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was as expected. The location is convenient as everything was within a 10min walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Hanoi!

Great little hotel and great staff.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take many photos of this place but it’s very new and clean. It is just like the photos you see on the internet. The stuff are so nice, amazing and helpful. They gave a free bike ride to the restaurant I wanted to go. I enjoyed the stay very much! I have arranged airport drop off through the hotel and it was less then 20 dollars for 2 and they sent us a VIP van. It is located close to the central. And walking distance! There was a convenience store in a couple mins away. And it was fun to walk around. The breakfast was also great. There was a little buffet area and you can order 1 from the menu. I ordered pho and it was tasty! Going back to Honoi soon again, I already booked this hotel again.

During a family trip with my mom, brother and his girlfriend we stayed 4 nights in The Golden Rooster Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. It was simply amazing! 1. Super friendly personnel : everyone was so nice, genuinely friendly and helpful! The best service we had in Vietnam! An extra thank you to Thom, he’s such an amazing and humble guy! He even went to the market to buy some fresh fruits for my family to take back home! 2. Super clean : everything is super clean! Not only in the rooms, but everywhere in the hotel including linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, really everything! 3. Amazing breakfast : so much choice from the buffet and from the menu as well! We could order as much as we wanted! We tried everything in these 4 days and all meals were delicious! Big compliment to the chefs, who were so friendly as well! On top of all this they offered us a free city tour in an electric car as well! 4. Great location: in the middle of authentic Old Quarter and everything is on walking distance. Nice shops, markets, cafes and restaurants closeby. Eventhough it’s pretty crowded in the streets, inside the hotel you don’t notice any of that! It’s nice and quiet inside, they created a very peaceful atmosphere! There are so many hotels in Hanoi to choose from, but we are very happy to have stayed in The Golden Rooster Spa & Hotel. The new restaurant! The service staff is very nice! Go to Halong Bay and back to the airport to pick up even the sights and ask them to help call the car.
