Small nice hotel in the hart of Old Quarter of Ha-noi. Very good for the funny money. Some rooms without window!

Even for backpackers… not hygenic. Has molds growing in the bathroom. Not the best staff support.

Good value for money. Clean Rooms, only point to report the excessive humidity in some parts of the bathroom. Nice and helpful Staff I only Report that the last morning I could not have breakfast because the staff was not ready (hours 7:30).

Smell room with the mold on walls. After we complied we get a diferent room and it was better. Dont use Air BnB to book this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights and the rooms aren't the cleanest, I guess that's what you're getting for the price. The only plus side is it is in old quarter and there are tons of restaurants nearby.

I booked online and received confirmation, but when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist stated that they have no reservation, the rooms are not available either, but I can be taken to another hotel. This is frequent hotel fraud in Hanoi. The hotels in the center thus supply customers to the bedbugs outside the tourist area. Refused. In a couple of days I received a letter from the support of the site on which I booked the hotel. The hotel wrote to them that I did not appear, and the support was interested, whether it is true. You see, they turn this number often. Scammers and Hamlo.

A very cheap place. Room was rather small after adding in a third bed. Coffee and tea provided for at anytime of the day but were not of standard. Service was great. Overall a good compromise for a budget hotel.

Very good hotel good value for money very well located. Only downside the Wi-Fi does not work superb in floor but good has by that nothing to complain!

A dump. Noisy. Dirty. Horrible. Avoid.

I just loved it! Very friendly staff, clean & tidy rooms, located in a convenient place. For visiting night market, Cầu Thê Húc Bridge, Temple of the Jade Mountain, Old French Bridges.

From 1-100, I gave 65, no breakfast, normal price as the usual price with other hotels, a/c noisy, also air vacuum machine in bathroom also noisy. But worker are okay even nice, old elevator that even makes feel I'm going down! Quite hotel at night, just every is old and a little without maintenance. Still, is a hotel that can live.

1. The arrangement of transportation was poor, the driver was 1 hour late. When we arrived hotel, they apologized without explanation and no sincerity at all. 2. The Bathroom is full of vomiting smell (from the previous guest? ) and the shower handle is spoiled. 3. Our room number was 404 and this is unlucky number for chinese. I definitely wont go back to this hotel again, although the location is good but I rather to pay extra 20 dollar per night to stay a better hotel. There is no point for us to complain or argue to the manager because this is family business. Yes, they are friendly and kind but for "Caucasian" only.

The bath room was a nightmare with the bathtube door broken and inconvenience. The employees were nice but the security guy asked me about the high fee for his watching my bike that should be his job… the hidden fees really made me very annoyed.

The room is quite small for a 3 stars hotel but the service is good. Additionally, the bed is big and enough for 3 people but it makes the room less spacious. The thing that I like about this hotel is that it is in the center of HN so it is very convenient to go and visit other places. Besides, the hot water works well every time I need. Might come back if I could.

Good hotel.
Room were spacious. Clean. Hot shower working well. Even though we didn't get connecting room, they accommodate the best they can by giving 2 rooms side by side. … Breakfast selection were ok.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location bit secluded from the hustle and busy old quarter. But within walking distance to do the shopping. However not so near to water puppet theatre (took at least 15-20 mins to walk) The only setbacks we face were delayed pick up at the airport. Despite arranging airport transfer well before hand with them, there was NO ONE to meet us at the airport, until I contacted them through the fb messenger (luckily we got free Wi-Fi at the airport) and then they got me a driver (at least 30 mins waiting and wandering aimlessly). Then when we arrived at the hotel, we were met with warm smile from the lady owner of the hotel.
There was delay in check in because of somr misunderstanding about the booking that we made through Expedia. Overall, the hotel was ok for us, given the price that we pay.

Dorm without air conditioning, sheets stained and bad Wi — Fi. No parking, but well located.

The location was great, as it was in the middle of the Old Quarter, which is Hanoi's best place to visit and hang out. The service was good and the staff were efficient and friendly as well. The room was OK — functional without being anything more than that, but for the price that's perfectly acceptable.

Hotel central you away from the chaos of the city. Good attention at the reception.

Fantastic budget hotel in a great location. My room was basic but clean. The staff could not have been more helpful. The air con and Wi-Fi worked very well. Free coffee, tea and water always available. The lift went either half a floor above or half a floor below where you really needed to go and breakfast left a lot to be desired but for the price it was fine.

Its a wonderful place if your in Hanoi. Great location for shopping, food, and night life. The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, decent amount of options to choose from.
I will be staying there when I come back to Hanoi.

My wife and I are European Australians and we stayed at the Atrium Hanoi Hotel, Also has the name Atrium Boutique 2 Hotel outside. We stayed a total of four nights with a break in the middle to go to Ha Long Bay for two nights and left our main luggage with the hotel. We had a Suite which was two room, one with a queen size double bed and the other for entertaining guests which we used when friends visited and it has a small but functional old fashioned ensuite. The hotel is in the Old Quarter and is an old hotel with a small slow lift and narrow stairs. The facilities are old but the air-conditioning kept the room cool. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is great value for cheap accommodation. The staff are fantastic and booked trips at the cheapest price for us and advised where to go for great food and shopping. The breakfast was included and was good with choices and good quality food. The entrance to the hotel is narrow and not at all impressive but the hotel is a lot wider back off the street and is very functional in a great central location. We found this to be excellent value for a cheap but very comfortable and enjoyable hotel. We recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value cheap accommodation in a good central location in Hanoi.
