Fantastic gem of a hotel. Service is spot on. Very personal and will go out of their way to help. The manager Mr. Thang is wonderful, funny, alert and so aware. In fact his entire team are faultless. Rooms are great, breakfast lovely and hotel is very central. Will choose Hanoi E Central again.

Nice Cha ca restaurant downstairs. Rooms are a bit old. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Be careful with juices, they are too sweet…

Good hotel, elegant environment, everywhere you can see the heart. The Secretary will also draw a map to tell you where to eat and where not to miss. Suitable for check-in on the first day.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast food fresh and appetizing. It is such a handy and central location, you wake up amid the hustle of this vibrant city. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staffs are very friendly and warm. Breakfast and room service meals are great. The companion restaurant Cha Ca Lang is top one in Hanoi and is not pricy. We stayed here for 5 nights. Our kids (2 and 5) love this place. It is also located at great position for scenic spots… There are also sister hotels around and the restaurants are excellent too.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Rooms are clean and nice, but the best thing about the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here 11 nights and were very pleased. Provided breakfast every morning was very nice as well.

Our stay here was warm and inviting. Every staffs here are very attentive and helpful. The location is also great as it is located at the quieter side of the old quarters, so the notorious honking are less disturbing in here. The windows are very good at noise cancelation as well. Absolutely a great place to stay.

The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. They speak English well too. The room that we are staying is also very clean and a laptop is even provided. The hotel is located in the Old Quarters and is within walking distance to various attractions. Very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location-perfect•transfers-can accommodate any time of arrival/departure & punctual•staff-speak english well, accommodating, friendly, helpful & polite• hotel-good ambience, complete toiletries, replenished everyday•food — everyday free water, coffee/tea, biscuits, candies & really good buffet breakfast• BONUS: the receptionist gave us complimentary dinner with water to bring with us at the airport since pur flight is at 1am.

Best hotel with best hospitality I've ever stayed in Hanoi so far, complimentary fruits and drink are very nice, all staffs are friendly and supportive, price is reasonable, good location (4 minutes walk to the lake). Highly recommended!

Best service one can expect. Though with limited number of rooms — have best personal service with smiling and care taking staff — what you want to eat, where you Want to travel or what you want to see or Do. They help genuinely. Location is also very good. Close to lake — where one can walk and witness local people doing walking, exercising, playing and relaxing. Specially groups doing exercises in Dance from On music is very relaxing to watch. Close to this hotel is Le Siesta Spa — which this hotel books. Very good for Massage and facial. Recommend as top pick in this budget category.

I am pleased to say "Best service" I've had in Vietnam hands down. Thoughtful, helpful and courteous the staff makes this hotel. Well worth anything you spend there.

Absolutely 100% would recommend everyone and anyone book this hotel or one of their sister properties for their stay in Hanoi. I would give it 10 stars if I could. On top of the property being beautiful, new and clean, this hotel has the BEST SERVICE I have ever received from any hotel with any star rating, and my husband and I have stayed at some very high end hotels across the world. My husband got food poisoning today and the hotel went absolutely above and beyond for us. They called a doctor for us, consistently sent staff promptly to our room for every single request we had (water, ginger tea, food, towels, the list goes on), acted as translators when the doctor arrived for him, personally went to the Pharmacy where they purchased, hand delivered and explained the recommended remedies from the doctor/pharmacist and did it all with a smile and genuine helpfulness and empathy. I have never been treated so well at any place I have stayed in the past. Besides that, the breakfast and especially the Pho Ga was delicious, the welcome drinks were great, and the room itself was extremely clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. The price, room and service offer great value. The location is fairly good too. The staff were always very polite and helpful during our 7 night stay. The rooms are very nice and a decent size. You can barely hear any of the outside noise, so it's a nice escape when you need a rest. I would definitely stay here again.
