Worth the money and great location. Walking distance to many different toursit location. The staffs are friendly and nice. 8th floor view is stunning when you head thier for morning breaky.

Not great. Nothing works in the hotel anymore. But very well located near the center.

A bit old hotel but can tell it has spent lots of money when they built this hotel. The size of room is very generous for being in Hanoi.

Hotel is perfect location for walking near market restaurants, circle k stores, massage. Our room were clean. Their service are very professional. This is better choice for you.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. The room smell like someone vomited and have not been clean for days. The broken bathroom door and air conditioning is worse than the temperature outside of the hotel.

The worst hotel ever. Step into the room, aircon is not functioning, room is smelly, toilet door cannot be close and service average. Totally disappointing.

Good location in Old Quarter (centre of Hanoi). It has good facilities. I was upgraded to the room for free. Which is why my bedroom was very comfortable. A giant bed, air conditioning, TV, a comfortable bathroom. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well. The breakfast was very nice and the room was very clean. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. But the janitor was weird. The price is very good for what they offer.

Great location Excellent reception. Aging hotel that would require a good renovation. This is the superior room.

Hotel classified with good service and welcome. But the intolerable sewer smell in the bathroom and actually in the room, yet signaled without any suite of the establishment, we really spoiled the stay. Sad for a hotel of this standing.

The hotel is very well located. Service personnel need to strengthen training, booking shuttle bus, due to flight delays to the airlines, has called the hotel staff, arrived at the airport but did not pick up. Arrived at the hotel said the room left one, show the booking certificate only to two rooms, every other morning and I want to flight transfer money.

A nice budget 3stars hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Easily accessible to all ultilties, shops, foods etc.

Nice hotel in center of Hanoi, Bed is comfortable, Air conditioning is working very well, Bathroom look a little old, no view. Great for a price they change.

Nice hotel, at center but I don't like staffs. She asked me to pay 2 bottles if water but the guide book is told that they are free.

Location, at the old quarter of HANOI"Downtown", Walkable, Affordable, Average breakfast, Dated facilities, No hot water in bathroom, don't recommend, never stay again!

Wonderful view of the city, and perfect location. So many places go and things to do only walking distance from the hotel, and the service is amazing!
