Outstanding! The Sheraton team made us feel welcome the minute we arrived, so friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are world class but it's the people that make it special. A real real credit to Frank and his team.

Beautiful brand new hotel especially the swimming pool, so awesome and we love it. The staffs are friendly and attentive, in particular I am very impressed with Khanh Vo, the nice young man at the check in counter. He is professional with friendly smiles. We definitely like to come back. To the management team: I understand room services and restaurant prices are comparable with high end 5 stars hotels, but it would be great if the management team can workout some strategies to help lower the prices on foods to close the gap between local restaurants vs hotels. This will help increase your revenue on private customers beside the tourist group and encourage hotel guests to enjoy dinning at the hotel. This also help to keep up the Sheraton brand name image. Head up! Some parts of the hotel are still
under construction such as steam/sauna rooms are not up running yet which is something I personally enjoy!

Spacious rooms. In its first year of operation when visited. Not tried lunch or dinner as went there for 1 night but breakfast was good.

Luxurious, cozy and comfortable. Great service with excellent facilities. Staff are ready to provide necessary service to ensure customers comfort, even when there is any unwanted technical difficulty. Awesome pool to leave yourself to be relaxed. Can't compare the cozy bed with any thing. And the view of the Sea from the pool… You have to go there to taste it.

A perfect place to stay peacefully! My wife and son love the resort. We wish to be there one more time. Thank you for the kindness of staffs.

Too new (construction) … Needing to improve some small details… Anyway, great atmosphere, managers and workers very nice. Fantastic 240 meters pool. Very normal beach.

Amazing resort. Friendly staff. Rooms well appointed and beautiful. Had a corner upgraded suite that was HUGE! ocean views from the bedroom and living room. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Food was fresh and authenticly Vietnamese. My only suggestion: Patio Furniture! The decks are spacious and beautiful, but without patio furniture, I have no place to sit and enjoy the ocean views.

We stayed for a week with our 2 children and overall had a wonderful experience!
Accommodations: Superb, newly opened. Great kids club. Because newly opened there were no hotel stores to purchase items such as snacks, beach toys etc… had to go into Danang to purchase.
Service: Staff were all friendly and welcoming. They have been very open to feedback and making new adjustments daily. One rule they have is to keep pool towels at the pool—it was a bit windy towards the end of the day, kids all wet and were cold. We started walking back to our room and were asked to return the towels. I even told them our room is close by, can I walk to my room and return immediately—he said no. Next day we brought room towels to use at the end of the day. Restaurant manager Ti always welcomed us for breakfast each morning and suggested new dishes to try. We also joined for dinner one evening and offered the children ice cream—they enjoyed it!
Pool and beach: Both easily accessible and fantastic, clean.
Location: About a 20min taxi ride to both Danang and Hoi An.

A very upmarket Resort on one of the most beautiful beaches, Sheraton Grand in Danang is newly opened property of the group. The property recently hosted a conference attended by top world leaders. All amenities that you expect from a top end resort is available here with a nice courteous staff. The location is out of the city, and about 30 minutes drive from the Danang international airport. The resort is priced in the higher segment and deserves. All the rooms are Non Smoking and they will fine you approx USD 200 for smoking in room. So be careful.
