Not bad, but not 5 stars، the location is far from the centre of the city, but still ok.

New hotel, everything you need is there, including disposable slippers. 7 minutes by taxi to the railway station, 12 minutes to Registan (25 and 45 minutes on foot, respectively).

Very helpful guys that own this place! I would definitely recommend. Altough it's pretty far from the center of samarkand. You need a taxi to get there.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is good. We hope they can serve the breakfast earlier. They promised to have breakfast ready at 7:30 and did not keep the promise.

Very clean and cozy place. The owner is a polite, gentle and helpful man. The price of the hostel was reasonable. I definitely recommend everybody to stay here.

This was a great family run place. There were issues with the water in the local area due to the government shutting it off.

Had a two nights stay here, and it was very pleasant. Old school house and the rooms was very spacious. Nice living room and dining area.

The location was excellent and Mr. Furkat went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Not really a tourist hotel. Not far from the train station. Clean. Toilet and shower were on a separate floor from my room.
Two fried eggs, a hotdog and dry sliced bread was the full breakfast!

We booked the whole guesthouse for our family and had a wonderful stay! Very welcoming and a true home atmosphere. Value for money is unbeatable.

The hotel doesn’t have a sign and looks like a normal house, so when you take a taxi there, you should call them and they will come out to pick you up. The host is very polite, friendly, and kind.

Affordable and super clean. The owners are very nice. And guess what? The house wife has a great hobby:planting flowers. The house looks like a paradise with all those flowers!

Excellent guest house with great service. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff was professional and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
