Ametist Hotel Complex has some good features, but our experience had several problems. The room size was good, and having a shattaf in the bathroom was convenient. Free parking inside the building is also a plus, and the bed was big and comfortable. However, the air conditioning was not working properly and was stuck on heating mode, making it very difficult to sleep well for two nights.
During check-in, I informed the staff that I wanted to stay only 2 nights instead of 3, but they did not respond. The next day I had to follow up with them again, and they said it wasn’t possible. I had to escalate the issue to Booking. Com customer service, who resolved it for me. The staff didn’t proactively update me and I had to keep asking every time.
Overall, the hotel has some positives, like room size, parking, and bed comfort, but the service and lack of responsiveness made the stay frustrating.
Looks good on photos and thats about it. Free shuttle costed $15 to airport or train station. Wifi was unreliable and weak at best… missed my business meeting. AC didn't work and had to sleep in 28C temp unless I would leave patio door open all night long where anyone could walk in. Sauna Spa was only free for 1 hour only and before 6pm. In short either go with a name brand you trust or save your money amd get an airbnb house for same price.

It's very rare to go to a hotel and find it is better than the pictures, but this one was wonderful! The staff are super friendly, the spa services are great, restaurant food was super and breakfast was very good. Rooms nice clean and spacious. Just a bit of traffic noise at night and they could probably do with turning the heating down in the corridors.
