I stayed in the King Suite, an impressively spacious room featuring a _real_ king-size bed and an expansive, luxurious-feeling bathroom. The room felt elegant and high-end, with thoughtful design elements such as a recessed ceiling adorned with a beautiful chandelier, ample outlets, good lighting, plush carpeting, and impeccable cleanliness throughout. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, maintaining a consistently comfortable temperature — even when the key card wasn’t inserted while I was out.
The bed was among the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Uzbekistan, outfitted with four large, fluffy pillows that added to the overall sense of luxury and restfulness. The bathroom included both a shower and a deep soaking tub, complemented by a generous supply of toiletries.
Service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were smart, responsive, and efficient in addressing any requests. Laundry service was handled promptly and professionally. They also accommodated special requests, such as refrigerating medication and storing luggage for multiple days.
The property features an on-site spa and an indoor pool. I booked a 60-minute massage, which was satisfactory.

This is very new with good decor. But as it's new, I could still see some structures not completed with construction debris remain on the ground. But with a glance, it's very beautiful from the outlook with fountains at the entrance.
Room very spacious and cozy, with all amenities one needs. Air conditioning, hot showers all work. Bed comfy and clean.
There's a large restaurant at the building. I had buffet breakfast which is quite good.
Service so so.
Price good, easy to call taxi everywhere in the city. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in perfect location, the staffs are very friendly and very quick service for any requests. Overall we love this most during our visit in Uzbekistan. I suggest to deploy someone speaking English in restaurant to host outside visitors.

Rooms are good according to charges, service is also good near by city.

My last stay during this business trip was here at Ametist hotel. The hotel’s location is very good, the interior of the common area and rooms is attractive. The hotel is white, bright color that makes it pleasant for your eyes. I quickly checked in and got into the room.
The room was spacious and charming. Soft bed, soft and hard pillows, TV with access to youtube. The shower in my room had some flaws like shelf for shampoo but it’s manageable. They mis shoe horn too. They serve continental breakfast when there are few guests at the hotel, so my was the one.
However, it was quite spacious and rich, I liked it, they also offer hot dishes too and I chose omelette which was the best I had in this trip.
They also have a bar with alcohol drinks and reasonable prices. I liked the restaurants, no complain.
The only main complain I have, but no other guests had (I checked booking. Com reviews) is that they miss soundproof wall, I heard the guests next door talking behind my wall, and when in the bathroom I heard them too, that was pity ( (
