Excellent hotel. The only thing you notice is that there are many pages that have the old pool in its services and it does not exist. The taxi service does not meet my expectations. I ordered a service and the taxi driver gave me 500 pesos less change, as much as I tried to locate it there was no record of it.

Excellent. Never in my life has I ever had such a good time. Excellent deal. Very rich coffee and excellent lunch. Excellent service.

Very nice hotel by my standards. Rooms are spacious, not damp, not shabby, half overlooks the bay and promenade. A quick Wi-Fi that is well caught even 100 meters from the hotel. Breakfast is quite decent. Located near the city center, to Independence Square — a short walk. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. If I'm back in Uruguay, I might stay there.

A few years back I stayed at the NH and must say I was positively surprised. My room would face directly the river, the walks on the Rambla were amazing and the staff was highly trained and very professional. This time I preferred the Sheraton for work, but the NH stays what places the Radisson will never be… a friendly good place for tourists. Not a bad choice at all!

The rooms are very comfortable and with good view, maid service excellent and the restaurant very good! I loved it I recommend it a lot! When I was the menu had many dishes with fruits of the sea, for those of us who like to is excellent, I recommend it highly.

It is an old hotel, in a key location in front of the ramp, near the pedestrian. Good service and good attention. Price is pretty good for the market. They're remodelandolo.

If you need to accommodate someone or you in a central place and in a place with attention to simple and correct is what you are looking for. The price-quality ratio is a little on the pricey side, but the view and closeness make up for it.

Very good location! The hotel rooms, dining, all very good infrastructure! I had problems with the safety box and the staff of maintenance came after an hour of waiting and have requested the presence of a responsible! Things happen, that should NOT happen! To remedy the inconvenience I was offered to pass me to a superior room! thing reject! we did get an entry from deli meats! Very grateful to a Miss of reception!

Elevator was malfunctioning almost every day. Otherwise ok hotel.

The rooms are standard size, quality sheets. Good clean and good breakfast. The building is somewhat old but reacted, and the elevators take a lot and often don't work.

Pleasant but a bit tired. Bar service very slow. No swimming pool and beach rocky near hotel.

Free guarded parking, no service with luggage. Rooms are OK! Only one menu is served in the restaurant.

Excellent attention and containment of all the staff, from reception, people cleaning, maintenance and bar are taking the stars, little maintenance on the part of the owners and Zero investment in the building and more staff! The employees are full and they do what they can and more, I do not recommend it, considering what they have 4 (FOUR) STARS and by not what problem (? ) one day 30 December and 31 December 2017 there WAS no HOT WATER, after having traveled 8 hours in car 4 people, What was the first time for Montevideo to spend the year with the family? See this for the claims, I do not believe that there is next time without guarantees, total informal, I paid for this I want to be respected. My family and friendly circle will know this!

Lousy experience. No pool, little staff, bad breakfast. One night our room was out of light and to the next, no hot water (which was kept for 14 hours). Very bad hotel for your price.

Very good location and the service of its employees is also very good. Needs to be updated. It seems that it was 20 years back in time. As well as is not can be considered a 4 star hotel.

Hotel with correct rooms but old bathrooms and worn out facilities. The breakfast, the attention of the restaurant and the food are a real waste.

Hello, I was staying with my wife in November and not had very good, I was notified that I was not including the breakfast xq the reserve was x booking, the room on the floor 7 of the betrothed very bad, a lord with loud music all afternoon, the room appliances, treadmills, and bikes were not working and no light. We provide reception and gave no solution to the case xq there was a single person. The building in general very been less. What's breakfast to me annoying a lot and also if I wanted to I had to pay $ 15 x person. An outrage! Sorry to write this but it is the truth.

Lousy Hotel. No trunks. Breakfast costs 15 dollars and is very poor. The rooms are dirty with dirty and worn wood floors. They offer parking and is a place in front of the open air Hotel. There are many more deals in Montevideo better than this hotel scam.

Spacious and comfortable rooms just like the bathroom. King beds very comfortable and smelled clean the atmosphere (there are hotels that have smell of humidity or confinement) The view of the 819 was unbeatable. Very attentive to the staff. The breakfast was very good. If they had to improve on something, it's a covered parking lot for hot days like ours. That would be optimal. Of course not in front of the hotel as it would take the beautiful view to the sea they have. Really recommended.

The area after 6pm is very dangerous. All closed. The old hotel. Good attention. Go to Punta Cartas. The pure Old City tenement. Good view to the Rambla. That's not enough.

Amazing experience, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The environment is the historic center of Montevideo.

I have visited it only in business days, using the rooms for events, economic talks, trainings, etc. The infrastructure and quality of service at the restaurant level are very important. Recommended.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, the window curtains were dirty and broken, they could not be closed and the clarity came in. The hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get out. No Coherence Q price you charge with what is the room Q.

Great location at the Prata river shores.

Very nice rooms and breakfast. Very good location: across an avenue from "La Rambla", which allows for a beautiful run by the Rio de la Plata. The hotel is also a few blocks away from major landmarks in old Montevideo. Although the hotel has complimentary Wi-Fi available, the speed of the internet is very slow. There were a few times when I couldn't even check the webpage of a newspaper.

A well located hotel near the city old that it has been recently renovated. I have participated in events in the hotel and the service is very good. It has good views towards the sea.

Great location along the malecon. A ways from the center of the city and being close to the viejo district seems like in a bad section of the city. The superior rooms are good but that's not what they want to give to RCI members. Most resorts give RCI visitors the better rooms.

Very bad experience at this Hotel. You take the credit card as a guarantee and then you charged in the same expenses that you did not. Care.

Great hotel! Location is not the best, specially when dark. This NH has a lot to offer. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful rooms at great price (99usd per night double room). Absolutely recommended.
