The Andes 1972 Museum in Montevideo is a tribute to the survivors and victims of the infamous Andes Flight Disaster. The museum is dedicated to the 45 passengers and crew members who were aboard the Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571, which crashed in the Andes Mountains on October 13, 1972.
