This place gets a second star because the breakfast was pretty decent and the views are very nice. That’s the pros. Cons, well they last a while. We booked online; I found a great rate online, and booked online. Upon arrival, the hotel completely refused to honor our booking saying he price was too low, and that they’ve had several people of recent with the same bookings and they’ve refused them all. He also admitted that the online prices are managed in-house and that they knew about the issue. So basically they just don’t care that they’re misleading people. Instead they did offer us a lower price on their room. At first we were ok with the room. They gave us the Wi-Fi code and took our bags up. We found the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach into the rooms, so it was completely useless. The beds are an old spring bed and the most uncomfortable that I’ve slept on in years. Neither I nor my wife got any sleep at all. The room was also extremely hot, even with the fan blowing. We were completely miserable. The bathrooms are about 50 years old and need some serious updating. The beds don’t have posts, so the mosquito nets drape on the beds and on top of you. Needless to say we woke up covered in bites. We were scheduled to stay 5 days and immediately checked out; there was no way we could stay another night there.
