5-Star Hotels in Kampala5*

I was not booked in the hotel rooms, however, this hotel has very good environment, and I particularly enjoyed staying around the artificial 'lake'.

The Kampala Serena Hotel remains the undisputed heavyweight of Ugandan hospitality. It isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s the city’s most prestigious social and business hub.
The Atmosphere.

We had great experience upon our return, service is improved, quality of food, conference facilities. The sweet warm welcome smile from maria at reception lasted longer.

Beautiful massive hotel but quiet, cosy and nice views especially great is the access to the lake.

Exceptional Hospitality at Sheraton Kampala.
I had a truly wonderful experience at Sheraton Kampala, thanks to their outstanding hospitality, polite staff, and excellent service.

Luxurious Stay with Excellent Service!
A top-class hotel with amazing service and world-class facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of Kampala.

It was such a great experience with an interesting environment. As we reached there we got a warm reception from the customer services or receptionist, calm, friendly and helpful as well.

Wonderful resort. Rooms away from the main hotel reception and restaurant area.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Great facilities that include a pool and spa services.

The entire Serena brand can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned, so I am a tiny bit biased.

We had an amazing stay at Mestil Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail.

This was a very beautiful resort 5 star hotel, the room service was excellent and the employees were very very nice, plus all the food was delicious!, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
